Abstract

This study aims to determine the daily profit management of street vendors in Pringapus Village, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency and to find out the obstacles faced in analyzing daily earnings in profit management for street vendors in Pringapus Village, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency.The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews, observations and literature studies.The results obtained in this study are the average profit earned by street vendors in Pringapus village is 155 thousand. Then the street vendors in Pringapus village manage their profits by using them as daily necessities and most street vendors in Pringapus village have not mastered how to analyze profits properly and correctly due to education and age factors

Abstract

Tourist creative development through batik education tour is one of an effort in conserving culture of Indonesian society, encouraging empowerment of society. One of them is on the Malon Village which develops a creative tourism. This study aims to analyze the development models of creative tourism through natural-colored batik education tour to increase the interest of tourist visits in an effort to enhance the small to medium tourism business to improve the local economy. This study uses qualitative methods, a field observation, interviews, and library studies. The result of this Natural Thematic Malon Village has a privilege in natural dyeing sources from processing or reusing the natural waste (leaves, bamboo, woods and others) in the environment around the village. These things give an impact to waste utilization, and are friendly for the environment as well. In its development this place became a Creative Malon Village model that provides nature-dyeing batik education tour, however there is a number of necessary things that need to be fixed related to the marketing that is narrow. Promotions are more focused on exhibitions at the mall or certain programs, rather than using social media and E-commerce to help the development of creative tourism for the village incomes and the interest of tourist visits. The Pentahelix involvement on developing business involving the role of SMEs and local village government.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and the implementation of Sharia principles on guest satisfaction at Hotel Namira Syariah in Pekalongan. The population of this study consists of guests who have stayed at Hotel Namira Syariah Pekalongan, with a sample size of 96 respondents. Data collection was done through questionnaires, and the analysis includes validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive impact on guest satisfaction, and the implementation of Sharia principles also has a positive influence on guest satisfaction. The F-test shows that service quality and the implementation of Sharia principles have a simultaneous and significant impact on guest satisfaction at Hotel Namira Syariah Pekalongan. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the variable of service quality has a more dominant influence on guest satisfaction (the dependent variable) with a coefficient of 0.351. The findings of this study suggest that to enhance guest satisfaction at Hotel Namira Syariah Pekalongan, there is a need for improvements in both service quality and the implementation of Sharia principles.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Grasia Hotel Semarang which aims to analyze and explain the effect of sanitation and cleanliness and facilities which are in unfavorable conditions due to an increase and decrease in the occupancy rate of consumers staying from January 2022 to October 2022, and slow service to consumers when check-in, at the time of stay or in-house and at check out.Research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study had one hundred respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for management and teachers. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, test the model, test the hypothesis, and but before carrying out the test, the validity and reliability tests are carried out first.The results of the regression analysis show that the increase in consumer satisfaction is influenced directly or indirectly by sanitation, cleanliness, facilities, and quality of service. The results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with a determination correlation value of adjusted R2 square of 0.629. This shows that sanitation, facilities, and quality of service significantly affect consumer satisfaction while staying together with a close relationship of 62.9%. This shows that to increase consumer satisfaction, it is necessary to have sanitation, cleanliness, facilities, and good service quality.

Abstract

Ice bakery is a bakery located in the city of Berau. Ice Bakery is one of the shops that produces bread and cake every day. This research is a way to know, discuss, analyze, and conclude about service quality strategies in increasing customer satisfaction at Tanjung Redeb Ice Bakery, Berau Regency. Service quality is the level of service related to meeting consumer expectations and needs. Customer satisfaction is the consumer's response to the evaluation of the perceived mismatch between previous expectations and perceived product performance. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, inteviews and theoretical data. Researchers used respondents as many as 11 people with the following details 1 Manager, 1 Barista, 1 SPG, 1 Cashier, 1 Head of Production, 1 Table Staff and 5 Customers at Ice Bakery Berau.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing a cash management system . Cash Management system is a transformation of non-cash payments that is implemented. The respondents of this research were 458 schools in Purworejo Regency. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by distributing questionnaires to cash management system holders. The research results show that CMS can increase the transparency of financial management and regular monitoring by leaders for school financial management. with the implementation of CMS on payment methods, it makes it easier for treasurers not to hold money in cash and to pay for activities non-cash. The payment track record is also listed in the bank statement which can be accessed at any time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social capital on MSME performance through innovative work behavior. The population of this research is the owners of culinary MSMEs in Semarang City. Based on slovin calculation, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained and data collection using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis test, and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Mode (SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0 analysis tool. The results showed that social capital affects innovative work behavior and MSME performance both directly and indirectly. This is supported by the role of innovative work behavior variables in mediating the relationship between social capital and MSME performance. Suggestions for further research should add or combine with other predictor variables so that research can be generalized such as knowledge sharing, and entrepreneurial leadership to improve MSME performance.

Abstract

This research is to determine and apply green hospitality to brand awareness in Ubud green resort. This type of research is using a qualitative approach. The reason is first, this approach is descriptive, Second, this approach is able to familiarize relationships with research target subjects, Third, this approach is able to provide opportunities to find real conditions in the field. The data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was conducted using interactive models from Huberman, and Saldana (2014), which apply four (4) steps in analyzing data such as data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The implementation of green hospitality at Ubud Green Resort includes seven aspects, including: (1) Land use, (2) Energy efficiency, (3) Water conservation, (4) Use of building materials, (5) Indoor air quality, (6) Environmental management, (7) Operational management. Ubud Green Resort has implemented green hospitality successfully but there are several indicators that need to be addressed in the future. By implementing green hospitality, Ubud Green Resort can shape consumer awareness and trust in their brand. This advantage is an effective strategy to create brand awareness that can attract tourists and increase the company's competitiveness amid the rapid movement of the accommodation industry

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of economic growth, open unemployment rate, and Human Development Index on the number of poor people on the island of Sumatra both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research and the data in this study are secondary data from the period 2012 - 2021 sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and using panel data analysis techniques. The results of the study are that economic growth has an effect and is not significant on the number of poor people on the island of Sumatra, the open unemployment rate has an effect and is significant on the number of poor people on the island of Sumatra, the human development index has no effect on the number of poor people on the island of Sumatra. Simultaneously, economic growth, open unemployment rate, and human development index have a significant effect on the number of poor people on the island of Sumatra.

Abstract

A prospective and potentially profitable firm is a start-up that can expand. This study seeks to investigate the elements that impact the success of start-up firms by looking into young entrepreneurs who created digital start-ups in Gorontalo. A purposive sample strategy was used to pick eleven startup entrepreneurs from Gorontalo province. The Structural Equation Model—Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used in conjunction with SPSS and WARP PLS 8.0 to conduct analysis. This study employs human, social, and financial capital as independent factors, with company performance and innovation serving as mediating variables. The study's findings indicate that human and social capital have a substantial impact on corporate performance.
