Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and elucidate the relationship between food quality and price and customer buying interest in culinary tourism in Kebon Ayu village, West Lombok Regency, as it is mediated by brand image. The focus of this extensive study is on the statistical processing of numerical data, specifically looking at the factors that arise. The study's findings will explain how food prices and quality affect consumer purchasing interest in culinary tourism in Kebon Ayu village, West Lombok Regency, and how this is mediated by brand image.. The sample of this study was tourists who came to visit the culinary tourism of Kebon Ayu village as many as 120 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data were tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 20. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) price affects buying interest (2) food quality affects buying interest (3) brand image affects buying interest (6) price affects buying interest mediated by brand image (7) food quality affects buying interest mediated by brand image.

Abstract

An important aspect that determines whether firm goals are attained through employee performance is human resources, or labor. Through employee engagement, this study seeks to investigate and explain how job motivation and sound corporate governance affect employee performance. The study was carried out utilizing quantitative techniques. PT. Luky Tex Indonesia Semarang's 90 employees were chosen at random as a sample for this study. The method for gathering the data involved a questionnaire, and Path Analysis with SPSS version 25 was used to evaluate and analyze the results. Results of this study that work motivation and Good Corporate Governance affect employee engagement of PT. Luky Tex Indonesia Semarang. Work motivation, Good corporate governance and Employee engagement affect the performance of PT. Luky Tex Indonesia Semarang. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction with local clothing brands in Indonesian e-commerce in the city of Semarang. Partially analyzing the influence of price on consumer satisfaction, analyzing the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction. simultaneously analyzing price and product quality on consumer satisfaction. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis were also used in this research. Descriptive analysis of each variable item. Multiple linear test analysis looks at the overall impact of the independent variable and dependent variable. This research data uses a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents spread across all cities in Semarang. The sampling technique is convenience sampling.The results of the partial analysis can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the price variable on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of product quality variables on consumer satisfaction. The results of simultaneous or joint analysis show a significant influence between price and product quality variables on consumer satisfaction. Competitive prices and good product quality will provide consumer satisfaction with local clothing brands in Indonesian e-commerce in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Balerejo Village, Dempet District, Demak Regency, with the aim of this study is to find out (1) the influence of service quality on performance, (2) the influence of motivation on performance, (3) the influence of service quality and motivation on performance, and (4) which variables have the most effect on performance.The number of samples used as many as 60 people as village officers / devices, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations, while data processing and analysis techniques using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests.The results showed that (1) service quality variables have a significant effect on performance, (2) significant motivation variables on performance (3) service quality variables and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance, and (4) service quality variables are the most significant variables affect performance performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak, with the research objectives being (1) to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak, (2) to determine the influence of work facilities on employee performance at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak, (3) to determine the combined influence of the work environment and work facilities on employee performance at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak, (4) to identify which variable has the most significant influence on employee performance at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. In this research, a quantitative survey research method with a field approach was employed. The population of this study was all employees working at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak, totaling 61 employees. Since the population is less than 100, all employees (61) were included as the sample. The research results indicate that: (1) The work environment (X1) significantly influences employee performance (Y) at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. (2) Facilities (X2) significantly influence employee performance (Y) at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. (3) The combined influence of the work environment (X1) and facilities (X2) significantly affects employee performance (Y) at the Central Industrial Smokehouse Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. (4) The variable that has the most significant influence on employee performance is the work environment variable.

Abstract

The Indonesian tourism industry is very important for development because it can increase its contribution to gross domestic product (GDP). Recently, community-based tourism (CBT) has developed, which refers to a type of sustainable tourism. Community-based tourism aims to create a fairer distribution of tourism income, improve cultural preservation, and increase environmental protection by directly involving local communities in tourism management. The aim of the research is to determine community empowerment through village institutions to organize events, in a tourism village pilot as a case study. Qualitative research that focuses on community empowerment where the informants in this research are village heads, village officials, Pokdarwis administrators, tourism village managers, and economic driving community groups. The research results show that although production, accommodation and accessibility units have not yet been formed, the division of labor with reference to the main tasks and functions of each institution in the tourism village pilot, has produced culinary products, arts groups and agro-tourism areas.

Abstract

Tourism supports economic development because tourism contributes to the economy of a region. The benchmark for the success of the tourism industry, especially its development, is the increasing number of tourists, both local and foreign, while always paying attention to the sustainability of tourism destinations. This research aims to document and analyze tourism development with indicators of the number of tourist visits, sustainable tourism with environmental aspects through reviewing waste management, and social aspects through the sustainability of cultural heritage in Central Java Province. The research location is in Central Java Province, with aggregate provincial data which shows that in this province tourism villages are being activated and promoted, while this research uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that to reduce dependence on one particular market or tourist segment, market diversification is necessary. In the environmental aspect, it is necessary to provide sanctions for those who litter, strive to use environmentally friendly technology, and involve the private sector in supporting waste management programs. Social aspects by maximizing strengths, taking advantage of opportunities, overcoming weaknesses, and overcoming threats.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the changes in online shopping behavior of retail consumers after the end of covid 19 in Indonesia and the possibility of online shopping sustainability in the future towards digital transformation. Changes in consumer behavior occur due to the application of social distancing, including changes in the selection of retail product purchase locations and changes in transaction models to obtain the required retail products. The change of buying and selling locations and payment models from offline to online is inevitable. Therefore, Indonesian people are now increasingly accustomed to making purchases of various purposes online. Now, more and more people are making purchases online, so the impact on online stores is beginning to be seen with the increase in transaction activity. Research methods using previous research literature. The type of retail in this study is limited to the category of independent traditional retail stores such as food stalls, mini supermarkets, grocery stores and fashion stores as well as online shopping services that are still valid until the time of this study. Suggestions for consumers and businesses to continue to adjust online shopping behavior with the Times and technological sophistication towards digital transformation. In the future, online shopping is still needed because of the practical way with digital transformation service facilities that match consumer demands.

Abstract

Tourism has an attraction for everyone, both tourism practitioners and tourism enthusiasts. This study examines community factors in an effort to help develop rural tourism in the Mount Sumbing area, specifically in Mangli village. The objectives are 1) What are the main factors for the community to develop village tourism? 2) What is the community's motivation for developing village tourism. 3) What is the role of the community in efforts to develop village tourism? 4) What are the community's efforts in developing village tourism. This research method is a qualitative phenomenological approach with key community factors in tourist villages. The results of the discussion in this research are 1) the main factor for the community in developing village tourism is of course because it can increase the turnover of the mangle economy and reduce unemployment in the community, especially village youth. 2) the community's motivation for developing a tourist village, namely making Mangli village known to everyone, both locally, nationally and internationally. 3) the role of the Mangli tourist village community is to work together to prepare several tourist attractions that maximize their potential, namely the very beautiful natural scenery because it is the highest village in the Mount Sumbing area. Make something new every 6 months by modifying tourist attractions with a slightly different concept and creating rural tourism packages. 4) Community efforts in developing tourist villages, namely by collaborating in tourism village promotion efforts with the Magelang district government and content creators, and receiving training on hospitality training in an effort to improve human resources (HR) for Mangli village tourism managers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze theinfluence of price and facilities partially and jointly on guest loyalty at Rooms Inc Hotel Semarang and to determine the variables that most influence guest loyalty at Rooms Inc Hotel Semarang. This research uses a quantitative type of research. Quantitative research. The population in this study was 8,833 guests taken from data from November 2022 to December 2022 at Rooms Inc Hotel Semarang. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and observations. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research state that price and facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on Rooms Inc. Hotel guest loyalty. Price and facilities jointly influence guest loyalty at Rooms Inc Hotel. The price variable is the variable that has the most influence on Rooms Inc Hotel guest loyalty
