Abstract

Nutritional Problems In Adolescents Can Affect Cognitive Ability, Productivity, And Performance. The Impact Of Nutritional Problems Depends On Nutritional Status, I.E. Poor Nutritional Status Is At Risk Of Infectious Diseases While Nutritional Status Is Over And Obesity Is At Risk Of Experiencing Various Degenerative Diseases). Adolescent Behavior And Poor Food Quality Are The Main Causes Of Nutritional Problems. Disease Infection May Also Be The Cause Of Low Nutritional Status In Adolescents. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine The Relationship Between Consumption Behavior And The Nutritional Status Of Adolescent Girls At Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Jatirokeh Islamic Boarding School, Brebes Regency In 2023. This Research Method Uses Analytical Methods With A Cross-Sectional Approach Design, Then The Data Is Processed Using Tabulation. The Population In This Study Was Adolescent Girls In The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Jatirokeh, Brebes Regency As Many As 40 Respondents Aged 10-15 Years. The Sample In This Study Was 40 Respondents With Total Sampling Technique. This Research Place Was Carried Out At The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Brebes Regency In 2023. This Research Has Been Conducted On November 23 – December 15, 2023. The Tool Used In This Study Was A Questionnaire. Analyze Data Using Chi-Square. The Results Of This Study Show That There Is No Relationship Between Consumption Behavior And The Nutritional Status Of Adolescent Girls At The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Jatirokeh Islamic Boarding School, Brebes Regency 2023 With A Value Of P = 0.108. There Is No Relationship Between Consumption Behavior And The Nutritional Status Of Adolescent Girls At The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Jatirokeh, Brebes Regency 2023. Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is very beneficial for reducing child mortality rates and improving maternal health in accordance with one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which ensures that children consume exclusive breast milk, but the achievement of Exclusive Breastfeeding in South Sulawesi Province in 2023 is 74.0%. This figure has not reached the national target in 2023, which is 75%. There are 12 districts/cities that have not reached the target, including Bulukumba Regency with an achievement of 60%. The success rate of exclusive breastfeeding can be successful with the support of husbands to breastfeeding mothers to breastfeed their babies because Exclusive Breastfeeding has very broad benefits, not only for babies, but also for mothers, families, and even the country. This study aims to The Relationship Between Husband Support and Exclusive Breastfeeding in Breastfeeding Mothers in Bulukumba Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a total sample of 13 people selected using the total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that most of the husband's support did not support by not providing exclusive breastfeeding as many as 5 people (38.5%), and most of the husband's group supported by providing exclusive breastfeeding as many as 5 people (38.5%). And there were 3 respondents (23.0) who received support from their husbands but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Using the chi-square statistical test, a P-value of 0.04 <0.005 was obtained. Thus, there is a significant relationship between the relationship between husband's support and the provision of exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in health services has encouraged the birth of new forms of services in the form of teleconsultation, including in midwifery practice. On the other hand, legal and ethical challenges have emerged to the implementation of these services by midwives, given the limitations of normative regulations that explicitly accommodate teleconsultation practices. This study aims to examine the legal responsibilities of midwives in the practice of midwifery teleconsultation, reviewed from the perspective of laws and regulations, namely Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health, Minister of Health Regulation No. 28 of 2017 concerning Licensing and Implementation of Midwife Practice, Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records, Minister of Health Regulation No. 20 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Telemedicine between Health Service Facilities, and the Midwifery Professional Code of Ethics. The method used in this study is normative juridical with a statutory approach and professional ethics. The results of the discussion show that legally, the practice of teleconsultation in general has been regulated in Law No. 17 of 2023, but specifically for the midwife profession it is still in a gray area because it has not been explicitly accommodated in Permenkes No. 28 of 2017, and is explicitly limited in Permenkes No. 20 of 2019 only for between health service facilities. On the other hand, legal responsibility remains with midwives for actions taken online, including the obligation to document through electronic medical records (Permenkes No. 24 of 2022), the principle of informed consent, and protection of patient data. From an ethical perspective, midwives are required to uphold the principles of professionalism, nonmaleficence, and protection of patient rights. In conclusion, a policy reformulation is needed that explicitly regulates the limits and procedures for teleconsultation by midwives to ensure legal certainty and ethics of digital-based midwifery services.

Abstract

Final year students feel anxious in facing the world of work, because they feel that finding a job is increasingly difficult and their personal qualities are inadequate. Therefore, efforts are needed to prevent or reduce this anxiety, one of which is through self-regulation. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulation and anxiety in facing the world of work in final year students at the University of Proclamation 45 Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative research method. The subjects in this study were 90 final year students with a sampling technique of simple random sampling. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Self-Regulation Scale (25 items α = 0.881) and the Anxiety Scale in Facing the World of Work (22 items α = 0.88) which have been tried out on 75 final year students. Using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, a correlation coefficient of -0.493 was found with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and anxiety in facing the world of work.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving employee performance. Many employees choose to continue their studies in order to hone skills relevant to the needs of the company. In response to this need, universities provide employee class programs. However, employee students face a double challenge, namely performing the roles of worker and learner, which can potentially cause role conflict. One external factor that influences their success in college is the campus climate. A conducive campus climate can enhance students' success in the learning process. This study aims to investigate the relationship between campus climate and student engagement among employee students at the Faculty of Psychology, University X. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between campus climate and student engagement among employee students at the Faculty of Psychology, University X. The research subjects were 140 working students selected using convenience sampling. The research instruments consisted of a campus climate scale and a student engagement scale. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson's correlation. The results of the study showed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.105 with p = 0.216 (p > 0.05), meaning the hypothesis was rejected because there was no significant relationship between campus climate and student engagement among working students. This finding suggests that other factors outside of campus climate may play a more significant role in shaping working students engagement.

Abstract

Employee commitment to the organization is an important aspect that must be possessed in supporting the sustainability and achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the relationship between work engagement and organizational commitment among Super Dazzle employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. A total of 115 of the total 198 Super Dazzle DIY employees were selected as samples using the Proportional Simple Random Sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this study consisted of two scales, namely the Organizational Commitment scale and the Work Engagement scale. The results of the study found a correlation coefficient value of 0.657 (p <0.000). This value indicates a significant positive relationship between work engagement and organizational commitment among Super Dazzle employees in DIY.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the differences in burnout in terms of tenure in the Dalmas Unit of Sat Samapta Polresta Yogyakarta City. A total of 74 people were taken as samples with random sample techniques. data collection methods with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The results of the difference test using Mann Whitney resulted in a Mann Whitney U value of 946.5 with a significance of 0004. i.e. there is a significant difference in burnout in police officers serving in the Dalmas Unit of Sat Samapta Polresta Yogyakarta City with a service period of < 3 years and ≥ 3 years. Descriptive statistical tests on burnout with a tenure of < 3 years show an average of 62.63. Meanwhile, the work period ≥ 3 years shows an average of 68.47. This shows that burnout in police officers serving in the Dalmas Unit of Sat Samapta Polresta Yogyakarta City with a work period of ≥ 3 years experiences higher burnout than those with a work period of < 3 years.

Abstract

Hoarding behavior refers to the excessive accumulation of items, which can interfere with the functionality of living spaces and the individual’s psychological well-being. Although many studies have examined hoarding, research specifically focusing on this behavior among university students remains limited. This study aims to analyze the causes of hoarding tendencies among students by considering psychological, social, and environmental factors. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted on two subjects one male and one female student who exhibit hoarding tendencies. The findings reveal that both subjects display hoarding tendencies influenced by various aspects, such as emotional attachment to objects, difficulty making decisions to discard items, family environmental influences, and neurobiological factors such as anxiety and poor emotional control. In addition, sentimental value and the belief that items may be useful in the future further reinforce the habit of keeping possessions. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that hoarding behavior among students results from a complex interaction between psychological aspects (emotions, beliefs, anxiety), social aspects (family influence), and environmental aspects (living alone, academic pressure). Therefore, an integrated intervention approach is needed, both emotionally and practically, such as raising awareness, relaxation techniques, and the structured application of decluttering strategies, to prevent the development of more severe hoarding disorders.
