Abstract

This research is a descriptive research. The subjects in this research were all 1st grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta, totaling 22 students. This research aims to determine the factors that influence difficulties in reading and writing. Data collection was obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that some of the students were fluent and could read and write, but there were 3 children who still had difficulty reading and writing. Difficulty reading and writing is influenced by several factors, namely environmental factors which include family or parents, assistance and supervision, student interest and motivation and the school environment. The teacher's strategy for overcoming reading and writing difficulties is by providing attention, practice, guidance by the teacher and also collaboration between teachers and parents so that the reading and writing process runs smoothly. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that inhibit beginning reading in grade 1 students at SDN Cinderejo and the alternatives used to overcome difficulties in beginning reading. The research method in this study is qualitative using a case study approach. The instruments used were teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and interview guides. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the factors inhibiting beginning reading in grade 1 students at SDN Cinderejo include: 1). Intellectual Factors, 2). Environmental factors, 3). Lack of motivation from the family 4). Lack of student interest in reading. Meanwhile, alternative solutions that can be used to overcome difficulties in beginning reading are: 1). Class teachers prioritize children who experience difficulties, 2). Class teachers must also pay special attention to children who experience difficulties, 3). Good cooperative relationship between class teachers and students' parents 4). Parents must pay more attention and monitor children in learning to read, 5). Students' interests must be developed and trained continuously. The results of this research can be used as improvements and to improve the quality of learning which can develop the interests and abilities of low grade students in reading skills. Abstract

Students' practice in living the values of the Pancasila precepts has decreased. This is evidenced by the rampant deviant incidents such as fights in public, bullying, harassment, and vandalism. This study aims to analyze the profile of Pancasila students who struggle to defend the country in grade V of elementary school. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample was determined using the cluster sampling technique with a sample of 79 people. The non-test method in the form of a questionnaire will be used for data collection. Two techniques are used during the data analysis stage: quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the survey data analysis showed that the percentage of students who implemented the Pancasila student profile varied in six dimensions. Each aspect is explained as follows. The first dimension has a score of 86.42% for Faith, Dedication to God Almighty, and Noble Morals, the second dimension has a score of 84.3% for Global Diversity, and the third dimension has a score for Collaboration. 82.08%, the fourth dimension of Independence with a score of 80.38%, the fifth dimension of Critical Thinking with a score of 77.94%, and the sixth dimension of Creative with a score of 80.22%. Therefore, even though the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile by students can be considered good, there are still some students who give a negative response to the statement. It is hoped that the implications of this research can be explored more deeply, complement and become a starting point for other researchers. Abstract

The results of this research aim to analyze the development of enthusiasm for learning in class VI students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Blora at home. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using interview and observation techniques. Interview conducted with sixth grade teacher. This research was carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Blora, using 30 grade VI students as subjects. At class meetings, there are 3 stages, namely socialization, implementation and reflection. Based on the research results, it was found that 85% of the 30 students were able to download the application smoothly. Furthermore, 95% of the 30 students were able to use the application well and have fun. So the Kippin School application in student learning at home is able to foster student enthusiasm and motivation for learning. Abstract

Low science learning achievement is a problem in class V of MI Ya BAKII Planjan. This is due to the low understanding of students in learning science and the lack of selection of appropriate learning media, especially on material on Human Blood Circulation. Therefore, the researcher conducted this PTK with the aim of finding out how to use video learning media in improving the understanding of science learning materials about human blood circulation in grade 5 at MI Ya BAKII Planjan. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a cycle model which is carried out in semester 1, namely in October-November 2021. There are two cycles with a total of 22 students. The data collection technique is by test, observation, and documentation. The result of this study is that the use of video learning media in the science subject of Human Circulation material class V at MI Ya BAKII Planjan is proven to increase students' understanding of the material. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation in each cycle. In the initial condition, 9 students or 41% of students completed the course, in cycle 1 there were 11 children or 50% of the students who completed the course, and in cycle 2 there were 19 children or 86% of the students with a total of 22 children. The data shows that from the initial learning before using the video learning media, students who completed it were only 9 children. After using video learning media in cycle 1, the number of students who completed the program increased to 11 children. And in cycle 2 it increased again to 19 students who completed. Thus, each cycle has increased in terms of understanding and mastery of learning materials. Keywords : Video Learning Media, Science Learning

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the relationship between Islam and science from the perspectives of conflict, independence, dialogue, and integration. This study employs a literature review approach, drawing on various references and sources as the foundation. The findings indicate that the four models of the relationship between Islam and science conflict, independence, dialogue, and integration represent a spectrum of perspectives in understanding the interaction between these two disciplines. In the Islamic tradition, the approaches of independence and dialogue tend to be more dominant, with an increasing number of Muslim scholars and scientists advocating for the integration of scientific discoveries with religious teachings. This approach underscores the importance of collaboration between science and religion in achieving a deeper understanding of the universe and the purpose of human life. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara sains dan agama dalam konteks Islam. Integrasi antara kedua disiplin ini telah menjadi bagian penting dari tradisi intelektual Islam, dan artikel ini menyoroti berbagai model integrasi, termasuk Islamisasi sains, saintifikasi Islam, konvergensi, dan komplementeritas. Masing- masing model menawarkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam menggabungkan sains dan agama, baik dalam penelitian, pendidikan, maupun kebijakan publik. Dengan menggabungkan pengetahuan empiris dengan nilai-nilai spiritual, integrasi ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya pemahaman umat Muslim tentang alam semesta dan kehidupan, serta memperkuat iman mereka kepada Tuhan. Tantangan dan peluang dalam integrasi ini juga dibahas, termasuk perbedaan metodologi serta potensi kontribusi positif bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Abstract

The impact of social media will always be positive and negative, it depends on the user and each of us, whether we can take advantage of it or can only get caught up in things that are negative. Good morals will be formed from an early age, including in the teenage phase, which is very important for the future of the teenager himself. The influence of social media on teenagers today also has an impact on the morals or character of teenagers, because of the nature of social media which makes its users addicted, and social media does not have patent rules, in terms of the language used or words that are actually inappropriate. to say or not to say on social media. This makes today's teenagers less ethical towards fellow students and even less ethical towards their parents. Several inappropriate photos uploaded or exhibited on social media have now become a trend among teenagers. Guidance becomes spectacle and spectacle becomes guidance, this is how teenagers behave today. The lack of knowledge regarding religious knowledge, especially regarding the morals of teenagers, means that they do not understand and understand the importance of morals for themselves, so that they seem to have no ethics when commenting or writing statuses on social media at will without thinking about whether what they write deviates from what religion teaches. Abstract

Character Development Management is crucial to implement, as the issue of character education and its management in Indonesia has yet to be fully integrated into the education system. The mids rapid technological, elementary school childrens are increasingly exposed to gadgets, which have the potential to affect how they interact with others. This study uses both qualitative methods, including surveys of parents and observations of children's behavior in social situations. The results show that parents who actively regulate their children's gadget usage tend to have children with better social skills. In contrast, children who have unlimited access to gadgets and receive less supervision from their parents tend to struggle with building social relationships, which can negatively impact their emotional development and interpersonal skills. This study aims to explore how parents can manage gadget use within the family, as well as understand its impact on the development of children's social skills. Additionally, the research discusses strategies that parents can apply to create an environment that supports character and social skills development, even in a technology-driven world. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for parents, educators, and policymakers in efforts to create a smart, balanced, and socially generation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employing animated video content affects fifth-grade students' learning outcomes on the risks of smoking at SDN 3 Mojosari. The research findings indicate that the pre-test p-value was 0.384, suggesting no significant influence of animated video media on students' learning outcomes before the intervention. However, the post-test results revealed a p-value of <0.001, indicating a strong and positive effect of animated video media on students' learning outcomes. The use of appropriate learning media enhances students' understanding and improves their learning results. Animated videos captivate students' interest by integrating visual and auditory elements, thereby enriching the learning experience and enhancing student involvement in understanding the dangers of smoking. The findings demonstrate that animated video content significantly improves the learning results of fifth-grade students at SDN 3 Mojosari.
