Abstract

Artikel ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui internalisasi life skills dalam pembelajaran. Pendidikan life skills merupakan pendidikan yang orientasi dasarnya membekali ketrampilan peserta didik yang menyangkut aspek pengetahuan, sikap yang didalamnya termasuk fisik dan mental, serta kecakapan kejuruan yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan akhlak peserta didik sehingga mampu menghadapi tuntutan dan tantangan hidup dalam kehidupan. Berbagai problema yang dialami MI terutama dalam pola pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan secara proposional pendidikan agama dan umum menuntut peran strategis dalam mendesain pola dan mekanisme pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berkemajuan. Karena itulah peran penting madrasah adalah mewujudkan sebuah generasi yang mempunyai karakter life skills yang tinggi, yaitu generasi ulul albab dalam menyiapkan Indonesia emas 2045.

Abstract

UU Sisdiknas No. 23 Tahun 2003 Tentang Tujuan Pendidikan Nasional dan Perpres No.87 Tahun 2017 terkait pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter memiliki tujuan untuk menyiapkan generasi penerus bangsa yang berakhlak mulia dan berkarakter. Dekadensi dan krisis moral yang sering terjadi adalah sebuah realitas di masyarakat yang disebabkan karena kurangnya internalisasi dari pendidikan karakter. Untuk itu diperlukan pendidikan karakter agar terwujud generasi penerus bangsa yang berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu penguatan karakter yang akan menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan yang mendasar antara lain: bagaimanakah cara membentuk karakter islami pada anak, materi apakah yang akan diajarkan dalam keseharian anak, tanggung jawab apa yang harus dilakukan oleh pendidik, serta sifat-sifat yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang lebih menekankan kepada kajian dan pemaparan atau disebut sebagai penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normativ sosio-historis.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan analisis penelitian menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: untuk membentuk karakter islami maka ada hal yang paling penting yaitu tanggung jawab pendidik. Diantara tanggung jawab pendidik adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan iman, pendidikan fisik, pendidikan akal, pendidikan kejiwaan, pendidikan sosial, dan pendidikan seksual. Seorang pendidik harus memiliki sifat-sifat terpuji dan seorang pendidik memerlukan metode penyampaian pendidikan yang kondisional bagi peserta didiknya.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is indeed in a situation that is not good in relation to the declining character of the nation's generation. The existence of formal education institutions which are expected to shape the personality of students as good members of society turns out that they have not been fully able to form a generation that has character and noble character. The emergence of modern boarding schools that combine formal education and boarding school education is expected to bring fresh air in an effort to minimize the adverse effects caused by the swift currents of globalization. This research is a qualitative field research conducted by choosing phenomenology as its approach. Data obtained through observation, documentation and interviews. The analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data display, triangulation and conclusion drawing or verification. From this study, information was obtained that the Miftahunnajah Modern Islamic Boarding School had a good concept in santri moral formation. This concept includes at least six important aspects, namely noble moral material whose main source comes from the Qur'an and Hadith, moral education goals, moral formation programs, moral reference material, teacher and student qualifications. Two important points in the process of noble moral education are carried out integrally, namely teaching and habituation. Cognitive aspects are obtained through teaching in the classroom while habituation by directly applying the knowledge gained in the daily activities of the santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi kurikulum Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan dalam bentuk evaluasi program yang meliputi evaluasi konteks, evaluasi input, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi produk, dengan model evaluasi program yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi-kualitatif dengan model evaluasi context, input, process and product (CIPP) dari Stuflebeam. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan. Data diperoleh dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian data di analisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan mengambil keputusan kemudian diverifikasi. Uji keabsahanan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji credibility (valditas internal), transferability (validitas eksternal), dependability (reliabilitas) dan confirmability (objektivitas). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1. Perencanaan kurikulum Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan di awali dengan pembentukan Tim Pengembang Kurikulum (TPK), kemudian TPK mengembangkan kurikulum Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab yang ditetapkan oleh Majlis Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah. 2. Implementasi kurikulum Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sistem paket sebagai mata pelajaran yang berdiri sendiri, terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran lain dan dalam bentuk ekstrakurikuler dan pembiasaan. 3. Hasil evaluasi kurikulum Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab dengan model CIPP menunjukkan, a. Dari aspek context sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. b. Dari aspek input menunjukkan bahwa input sudah baik, hanya catatan dalam jumlah rombongan belajar yang belum mencapai target. c. Dari aspek proses pelaksanaan kurikulum Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan sudah sesuai arahan Majlis Dikdamen dengan memperhatikan basis kurikulum integratif-holistik yang meliputi kesatuan isi kurikulum, pengembangan potensi siswa, memadukan pengetahuan dan amal, melibatkan berbagai pihak dan mengembangkan budaya sekolah yang berdasar nilai-nilai keislaman dan, d. Dari aspek produk termasuk kategori baik, meskipun ada perbedaan capaian dari masing-masing mata pelajaran Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the factors that can determine the success or failure of learning, therefore the study of factors that can increase learning motivation is needed, because motivation to learn is an encouragement that makes students have the desire, attention so as to be able to become a driver of students to realize behavior in this case is a behavior for learning. One variable that has an influence on students' learning motivation is the educator's communication style. Thus the purpose of this study is how the influence of the educator's communication style on learning motivation. This type of study is a quantitative study. The sample in this study were 100 students from two schools, namely Al-Firdaus Mertoyudan Middle School students and MTs Mamba'ul Hisan students. The types of data in this study are primary data collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling. with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study are communication styles that can affect students' learning motivation including manipulative, aggressive, and assertive communication styles. Aggressive communication style has a significant negative effect on students' learning motivation. On the contrary, manipulative and assertive communication styles must be maintained because they can increase students' learning motivation. Meanwhile the non-assertive communication style proved not to have a significant effect on learning motivation.

Abstract

Peserta didik dalam menimba ilmu seharusnya memperhatikan beberapa hal yang perlu dipersiapkan. Diantaranya adalah harus mempunyai niat yang bagus. Niat yang ikhlas di dalam hatinya. Niat semata-mata belajar karena Allah ta’ala. Selain itu seorang peserta didik juga harus mempunyai adab yang baik dalam usahanya menuntut ilmu. Ada beberapa adab yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang peserta didik. Diantaranya adalah adab ketika menuntut ilmu, adab terhadap guru, adab terhadap sesama teman, dan lain sebagainya. Hal tersebut dilakukan guna peserta didik mendapat keberkahan dalam mencari ilmu serta memiliki akhlak yang terpuji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan takhrij. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah hadits ‘Ubadah bin ash-Shomit yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Ahmad tentang adab seorang murid terhadap guru. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukakan hadits tersebut muttashil (bersambung) hingga Rasulullah saw dan perawinya mempunyai predikat ‘adil dan dlobit. Serta matannya termasuk dalam kategori matan hadits yang ghoiru syadz dan ghoiru ‘illat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of religious aqeedah material of Magelang Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students, the religious behavior of Magelang Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students, and the influence of the understanding of religious aqidah material on religious grade XI students of SMK Muhammadiyah Magelang. The study was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Magelang by taking respondents from class XI as many as 45 students from 130 students there. The methods used are quantitative methods, questionnaire methods and simple linear regression data analysis. The results of the study, the influence of understanding of religious aqeedah of students of SMK Muhammadiyah by 100% categorized in high level, behavior of Students of Muhammadiyah Vocational School Magelang which is 84.4% categorized in moderate level, and there are differences in understanding of religious aqidah worship material on the religious behavior of class XI students in Vocational High Schools (SMK) Muhammadiyah Magelang, obtained an F value of 34.4 and sig. of 0.020 which means that there is a significant influence between the variables "understanding of the material of religious beliefs" on the variable "Student religiosity" because of the value of sig. <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was obtained at 0.800, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the variable understanding of religious worship material on student religiosity was 80.0%, the rest 20.0% influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Educational institutions have an influence in shaping the character and religiosity of students but not all educational institutions are able to change the behavior of their students. In recent years there have been many immoral cases involving students such as drugs, fighting, truant. Even educational institutions with religious backgrounds do not fully succeed in making student religiosity better. This study aims to determine the level of religious experience of vocational students with high school. The method used is a quantitative method. Subjects in this study were 120 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires on the scale of religious experience. Then the data are analyzed using descriptive analysis and testing in hypotheses using the independent sample "T-test" test. Research findings show that; The religious experience of vocational students is included in the high category with a percentage of (88.3%) and 11.7%, the religious experience of high school students is included in the high category with a percentage of (88.3%) and 11.7%, and there is no difference in the level of religious experience in SMK students with high school students.

Abstract

The research aimed at: (1) obtaining the illustration of preparation and development of SDIT ( Integrated Islamic Elementary School) Hidayatullah Yogyakarta education; (2) obtaining the illustration of the preparedness of input aspects especially students’ characteristic, teachers, and infrastructures of SDIT Hidayatullah Yogyakarta; (3) obtaining the illustration of Full Day School teaching process in terms of planning, implementation, assessment, and supervision; (4) knowing the learning outcomes of Full Day School for students’ development especially academic achievement, obedience to practice religious rituals, Islamic morality, and Islamic character of SDIT Hidayatullah Yogyakarta students. The type of the research is program evaluation using CIPP (Context – Input – Process - Product) evaluation model. The approach used was Mixed Method Research. The location of the research was SDIT Hidayatullah Yogyakarta. The data were collected using questionnaire, interview, and observation and analyzed using Descriptive Statistics. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that: (1) the preparation and development made by the school were conducted through 3 activities: providing scholarships for 10 % of the total students who are poor, school’s marketing showed good effect shown by the number of students who had registered had been higher than the number of students who had been accepted, and all stakeholders were involved in developing education. (2) Students’ character : aged between 10-12 years old, 86% had been to TK (Kindergarten), 53,5% students had working parents, 90% students were wealthy and 10% were poor; teachers’ character : 93,3% held S-1 degree from Public Universities or accredited Private Universities, 56% faculty of education, 70% had more than 4-year teaching experience, and 87% had more than 24-hour teaching hours, infrastructure preparedness was good, except that the office infrastructures were not yet perfect. (3) the teaching plan was in good category with the score of 73%, the implementation of teaching was very good with the score of 56%, the study assessment was very good with the score of 86,7%, and the supervision toward teachers was very good with the score of 60%. (4) The learning outcomes were in the form of academic achievement in good category with the score of 78%, students’ obedience to practice religious rituals was good with the score of 59,5%, Islamic morality was in good category with the score of 55%, and Islamic character was in good category with the score of 60%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of educational scholarships from philanthropic funds in Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school, the motivation of Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school students who donated from philanthropic funds, and to determine the achievements of Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School donated from philanthropic funds . This research is in the form of qualitative research and uses a quantitative descriptive approach, while the collection of data using techniques, questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the education philanthropy fund Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school was obtained from several aspects including; permanent donors, non-permanent donors, government agencies, syahriyyah wali santri, infaq and community sadaqoh. Islamic education philanthropy at Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school gives a "good" effect on increasing student motivation and achievement, reaching 83.05%. Islamic education philanthropy at Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school has a quite varied influence on indicators per variable, which is that almost 70% of free school fees can increase student motivation, and 30% can improve student achievement.
