Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Communication Style, Work Facilities, and Organizational Communication Climate on employee performance at the Pidie Jaya Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service for Manpower and Transmigration. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach, while data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to all employees using a census technique. A total of 40 employees became respondents in this study. The results of the analysis show that partially, Leadership Communication Style, Work Facilities, and Organizational Communication Climate each have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, these three variables also have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. This finding confirms that the better the communication style applied by the leader, supported by adequate work facilities and a conducive organizational communication climate, the greater the potential for improving employee performance. Therefore, it is important for this agency to continue to improve these three factors so that employee productivity and work effectiveness can be increasingly optimal, supporting the achievement of organizational goals as a whole.

Abstract

This study is to measure the extent to which consumers' intention to make purchase intention or repurchase of bakery products produced by Ramayana bakery. By using three independent variables, namely differentiation, product diversification and positioning, it is expected to be able to analyze the company's ability to win the competition so that it is able to re-attract consumer interest in making repeat purchases. The sample used in this study was 100, using the accidental sampling technique which is a direct sampling technique without any planning. Instrument testing with validity and reliability tests. While hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. To test the data in this study using the jamovi application. We found that partially the variables Differentiation (X1), Product Diversification (X2) and Positioning (X3) have a significant influence on Purchase Intention (Y). While simultaneous analysis of the influence of differentiation (X1), product diversification (X2), and positioning (X3) on purchase intention (Y) shows that these three variables collectively play a crucial role in shaping consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This article examines murabahah as the most dominant financing instrument in Indonesian Islamic banking. The basic concept, legal basis, and various practices of murabahah that have developed are described through library research on classical fiqh works, DSN-MUI fatwas, and Bank Indonesia regulations. The results show that murabahah requires bank ownership of goods, fixed margins, price transparency, and a prohibition on recognizing late fees as income. Three models can be applied in the field: direct purchase by the bank, bank payment by direct delivery of goods to the customer, and the most common wakalah model. However, this model is shariah risky if the contract is made before the goods are legally owned by the bank. This article highlights the need for standardization of procedures to be consistent with muamalah fiqh while meeting contemporary regulatory requirements, and recommends further research on the harmonization of murabahah accounting between AAOIFI and IFRS. The dominance of murabahah covers around 60% of the financing portfolio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the perspective of students in Jayapura city using the e-payment method in every payment transaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The respondents selected were students who were carrying out lecture activities in Jayapura city. The results of the study found and concluded that the e-payment method is a new breakthrough in payment transactions that affect students who carry out lecture activities in Jayapura city. With the e-payment method, students in Jayapura city can make non-cash payment transactions and can reduce the use of cash as a means of payment. The results of this study indicate that the e-payment and payment transaction variables show valid and reliable results. The coefficient of determination value of the research results shows the ability of the e-payment variable in its influence on payment transactions by 57% and the rest are variables not discussed in this study. The results of the regression equation Y = 3.491 + 0.786X show a positive direction coefficient result from e-payment on payment transactions and the hypothesis results show positive and significant results of e-payment on student payment transactions in Jayapura city, in the sense that with the existence of the e-payment payment method, students in Jayapura are much freer and much more motivated to make purchases in this case referring to payment transaction activities that are more in line with a practical lifestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent to which service quality can affect the level of customer satisfaction and the extent to which customer perceptions of brand image can affect their satisfaction with the product or service provided. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and brand image in shaping customer satisfaction. Quantitative research was conducted on a population of 150 customers, 67 of whom had subscribed for 3 to 6 months were taken as samples. This study used the Solvin formula to determine the sample size. This study uses primary data collected directly from respondents through distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that service quality and brand image can significantly predict the level of customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that the combination of service quality and brand image accounts for about 45.4% of customer satisfaction. However, about 54.6% of the variance cannot be explained by service quality or brand image, so there may be other factors that affect customer satisfaction besides these two variables.

Abstract

This reseacrh to examie the operating profit of the Papa Fries by comparing the absorption costing method with the marginal costing method. A qualitative research approach was employed, with the business owner. The findings indicat that The outcome of the marginal costing method is higher operationg profit compared to the absorption costing method. This outcome is attributed to the exclusion of fixed costs in the marginal costing calculation. Thesse result may provide useful insights for MSME practitioners in selecting the most appropriate costing method when establishing and managing a business.

Abstract

UKM Seblak Ceu Yani research uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Specifically, by conducting interviews and observations of business actors and collecting financial information such as production costs, fixed costs, and sales figures. The purpose of this study is to use the whole costing approach to analyze production costs in order to determine selling prices. In order to determine selling prices at UKM Seblak Ceu Yani, this study will use the whole costing approach to analyze production costs. The Full Costing method, which accounts for all production costs, including direct labour, raw material costs, and fixed and variable factory overhead expenses, is the methodology employed in this study. The study's findings show that there is a difference in selling prices at UKM Seblak Ceu Yani when the Full Costing approach is used to determine the selling price. This distinction is.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of EPS, DER, and DPR on company value partially and simultaneously. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is quantitative with purposive sampling technique, and data processing is carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26. The research sample consists of 21 food and beverage sector companies. Data analysis is carried out through descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of the study indicate that (1) the EPS variable has a negative and significant effect on company value, (2) the DER variable has an effect on company value, (3) the DPR variable has a negative effect on company value, and (4) the investment, funding, and dividend variables have a simultaneous effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fiscal capacity and government expenditure on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province from 2019 to 2023, both partially and simultaneously. Economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) has not been evenly distributed across the region, and fiscal capacity along with government expenditure are important factors in driving economic growth. This research employs a quantitative associative approach. Panel data, which combines time series and cross-sectional data, was used with the assistance of Eviews 10 software. The results indicate that fiscal capacity has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth, while government expenditure has a significant positive effect. Simultaneously, fiscal capacity and government expenditure significantly influence economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara during the 2019–2023 period. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing fiscal capacity and enhancing the effectiveness of government expenditure in regional development. Therefore, local governments are expected to improve the efficiency of fiscal capacity management and government spending to promote sustainable economic growth in NTB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and customer complaint handling systems on customers' intention to revisit Bolly Department Store in Dompu. The background of this research is based on the importance of effective service strategies in maintaining customer loyalty amid the increasingly competitive retail business environment. The research approach used is quantitative, employing a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who had previously shopped at Bolly Department Store. The data collection technique used purposive sampling based on specific criteria, resulting in 98 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that both service quality and customer complaint handling have a positive effect on customers’ intention to revisit Bolly Department Store in Dompu. These findings suggest that excellent service and the company’s responsiveness in handling complaints can create a pleasant shopping experience, enhance customer trust, and foster loyalty that leads to repeat visits.
