Abstract

Performance management is an important strategy in improving the productivity of individual and team performance in an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze effective performance management and the factors that influence it, including the role of leadership, technology, communication, and job satisfaction. The research method used is the literature method or library research. The results of this study are that effective performance management not only increases employee work productivity, but also creates a work culture that supports innovation and collaboration. Technology plays an important role in monitoring employee performance in a timely manner, providing fast feedback, and increasing evaluation efficiency. In addition, strong leadership and effective communication are important factors in building high-performance team members. This study confirms that the implementation of the right performance management strategy can increase organizational competitiveness and ensure optimal achievement of long-term goals

Abstract

Equal employment and diversity management are important issues in developing equitable human resources. This study aims to examine the legal framework related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and its application in creating an inclusive and discrimination-free work environment. The approach used is a literature study by collecting data from various literature, journals, and relevant regulations. The results of the study indicate that Indonesia has a fairly strong legal basis in guaranteeing equal employment opportunities, but challenges still arise in practice in the field such as discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, and other personal attributes. Effective diversity management requires an organization's commitment to implementing fair recruitment policies, inclusive training, and transparent assessment and compensation systems. From an Islamic perspective, the values ​​of justice, equality, and respect for human dignity are the moral basis that supports the implementation of EEO. Therefore, the integration of legal and ethical values, both from the state and religion, is very important in creating a healthy and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Keretaku application usage and service quality on customer interest in utilizing services at PT Adi Dharma Rantauprapat. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis to assess the impact of the two independent variables Keretaku application usage and service quality on the dependent variable, which is customer interest. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, all of whom are active customers of the company. The findings indicate that both independent variables significantly affect customer interest. The use of the Keretaku application demonstrated a stronger impact with a regression coefficient of 0.437 and a p-value of 0.000, indicating a highly significant influence. Service quality also contributed significantly, with a regression coefficient of 0.319 and a p-value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.321, meaning that 32.1% of the variation in customer interest can be explained by the two independent variables. These results highlight the importance of technological adoption and service quality enhancement in fostering customer loyalty and sustained service interest. Therefore, PT Adi Dharma Rantauprapat is advised to continuously improve relevant features in the Keretaku application and maintain high service standards to strengthen its competitive advantage in the service industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which service quality and trust influence customer loyalty at Koperasi Sepakat Jaya Rantauprapat. The population of this research includes all registered members of the cooperative over the past year, totaling 696 individuals. From this population, 89 respondents were selected as the research sample. Data was collected using a Likert scale, and the study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with data analysis conducted through instrument testing, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests. The research findings revealed that two items in the instrument did not meet the validity criteria. The resulting regression equation was Y = 2.704 + 0.25X1 + 0.736X2 + e. Furthermore, the data showed a normal distribution, indicated by a significance value of 0.684, which is greater than 0.05. Hypothesis testing demonstrated that both service quality (X1), with a t-value of 4.439, and trust (X2), with a t-value of 14.569, exceeded the t-table value of 1.99. Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, indicating that service quality and trust significantly influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

The fundamental concept of Human Resource Management (HRM) in Islamic economics and the strategic planning of HR in Islamic institutions. In the context of a dynamic and competitive modern economy, HR management is not only aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity but must also be grounded in spiritual and ethical values. Islamic economics offers a holistic approach through Islamic principles such as tawhid (monotheism), amanah (trust), justice, and work as a form of worship. HRM in Islamic economics aims to develop a workforce that is both professional and possesses strong Islamic integrity. In addition, this also outlines strategic steps in HR planning within Islamic institutions, ranging from analyzing the need for sharia-compliant competencies to conducting compliance audits based on Islamic principles. Through this approach, Islamic institutions are expected to build sustainable and competitive organizations that contribute to the realization of a just and ethical economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization strategy of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) of Malang City Government through income source diversification to enhance fiscal independence and sustainable development. The research applies a literature review method, utilizing official government documents, scholarly journals, and relevant regulations. The findings indicate that Malang City's PAD remains heavily reliant on traditional sectors such as hotel and restaurant taxes, parking fees, and market retributions. To address this dependency, the study identifies three key strategies: developing the tourism sector, optimizing the use of regional assets, and digitizing taxation and licensing services. It also highlights implementation challenges, including weak tax administration and low taxpayer awareness. The study contributes by mapping adaptive and sustainable strategic approaches to local financial management, fostering strengthened local fiscal capacity. These findings are expected to provide conceptual and practical foundations for local governments to formulate innovative, equitable, and forward-looking PAD policies in the field of governance and politics.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of job promotion and communication style on employee performance at Metro Fried Chicken Pangkalpinang branch. Quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis was applied to determine the correlation and influence of the two variables simultaneously and partially. The results showed that job promotion and communication style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an R-squared value of 0.895 which indicates that 89.5% of variations in employee performance can be explained by these two variables. These findings contribute to the development of human resource management, especially in improving employee performance with fair promotions and effective communication. It is recommended that companies pay attention to aspects of promotion fairness and improve the quality of leadership communication to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

Mudharabah contract is a key instrument in Islamic banking based on profit-sharing principles and free from interest (riba). This study analyzes the implementation of mudharabah, its supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on the development of Islamic banking. The findings reveal challenges such as limited human resources and low financial literacy in Islamic finance, yet mudharabah promotes financial inclusion, product diversification, as well as improvement of competence and customer trust. Enhancing education and human resource development is essential for the successful application of mudharabah to strengthen the Islamic economy.

Abstract

Is a challenge that must be accepted by the government in order to develop and manage their respective regions properly. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of East Lombok Regency from 2018 to 2023, focusing on three ratios: 1. Regional Original Revenue (PAD) Effectiveness Ratio, 2. Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio, and 3. Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of East Lombok Regency based on: 1. The PAD Effectiveness Ratio can be categorized as less effective, with an average effectiveness of 90.04%, 2. The Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio is classified as inefficient, because the average of this ratio reaches 101.03%, and 3. The Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio is also considered insufficient, with an average of 12.24%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on improving employee performance in facing the digitalization era at CV DUTA BINTANG UTAMA. This company is a company engaged in computerization and security systems, including devices such as computers, laptops, CCTV, and others. This company also provides sales and repair services for devices. In addition, this company also acts as an official distributor and service center for several brands of computers, laptops, and printers. CV DUTA BINTANG UTAMA has a total of 34 employees. The research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the study indicate that the organizational culture implemented by the company, including customer focus, work ethics, discipline, innovation, and employee welfare, has a significant impact on individual and team performance. Although in general this culture supports work productivity and effectiveness, this organizational culture can have negative impacts if not carried out with a good strategy such as mental stress and lack of work flexibility that arise due to the implementation of a culture that is too strict or not adaptive to digital transformation, but the Company has found a strategy to overcome so that there is no negative impact from organizational culture. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strategically adjusting organizational culture to align with technological developments, without neglecting the company's core values, so as to create an adaptive, innovative, and sustainable work environment.
