Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelelahan pengemudi BRT TransSemarang dan Trans Jateng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif denganmetode penelitian survei. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pengemudi BRT TransSemarang dan Trans Jateng. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: kuisionerIFRC dan observasi. Kuisioner digunakan sebagai sumber data utama, sedangkanobservasi digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalahmenggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelelahanpengemudi BRT Trans Semarang dan Trans Jateng adalah: (1) tidak lelah dengan jumlah 0;(2) kelelahan ringan dengan jumlah 84; (3) kelelahan sedang dengan jumlah 2; dan (4)kelalahan berat dengan jumlah 0.

Penelitian ini menitikberatkan tentang pengembangan model perhitungan nilaikeselamatan transportasi jalan dengan pendekatan ilmu psikologi. Tujuannya untukmemberikan opini dan kritik tentang model dimaksud. Penelitian dilakukan dengan caramengulas berbagai pendapat dan data empiris dari model dimaksud. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa pada model perhitungan nilai keselamatan transportasi jalan,preferensinya belum dapat merefleksikan perilaku responden sebenarnya. Kesimpulannyadiyakini bahwa model tersebut dapat dikembangkan lebih akurat dengan menyertakanitensi pada model sebagai instrumen kontrol.

Salah satu tujuan penyelenggaraan uji laik fungsi jalan yaitu memberikan keselamatan bagipengguna jalan. Jalan sudah memenuhi standar teknis jalan masih belum dapatmemberikan keselamatan bagi para pengguna jalan. Hal inilah yang menjadi tolak ukurkeberhasilan uji laik fungsi jalan. Dengan dukungan data kecelakaan lalu lintas dapatdiidentifikasi lokasi rawan kecelakaan. Ruang lingkup dari penelitian ini adalah ruas jalandengan status fungsi jalan arteri sekunder di Kota Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini bertujuanmengkategorikan hasil uji laik fungsi jalan ditinjau dari aspek keselamatan. Dari hasilpenelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa suatu jalan dilakukan uji korelasi antara uji laik fungsijalan dan lokasi rawan kecelakaan memiliki nilai sig2 tailed 0,727 dapat disimpulkan bahwaantara dua variabel memiliki hubungan yang semakin kuat. Dengan cara pemberianstarrating dan menentukan tingkat resiko/Risk Level dari penurunan kinerja jalan dapatmembantu untuk prioritas penanganan/rekomendasi.

Keselamatan transportasi merupakan suatu usaha penjaminan yang diberikan oleh parapemangku kepentingan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat memperolehpelayanan terbaik melalui sektor transportasi tanpa harus berpikir berkali-kali untuk memilihsolusi mobilitas yang tinggi baik untuk manusia ataupun barang. Isu sektor transportasimenunjukkan tren peningkatan yang sebanding kesemrawutan dalam pengelolaantransportasi baik dalam skala daerah maupun nasional. Sebagai contoh saja pertumbuhanangkutan umum berbasis teknologi yang secara kasat mata belum memiliki payungpenyelenggaraan yang memadai, belum lagi dengan di galakkannya model ekonomikeuangan berbasis e-Commerce yang secara nyata berdampak pada meningkatnyamobilitas kendaraan di jalan raya. Penelitian pengaruh persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat inidilaksanakan dengan menggunakan objek penelitian awak angkutan barang khusus bakmuatan terbuka. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi maka diperoleh kesimpulanbahwa persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat memiliki pengaruh 80,1 % terhadap kepatuhandaya angkut muatan bak terbuka

Good transportation is smooth, safe, safe, convenient and efficient transportation. In order to realizesuch good transportation, effort is needed in overcoming various transportation problems that existtoday and then do various further development. One of the transportation problems is the locationof the intersection of Jalan Teuku Umar by crossing a plot of KS Tubun Road between the road andthe railroad track. The crossing of this plot resulted in congestion in the aftermath of the closure ofthe railway crossing. This is very dangerous and causes a burden of loss if there is a train thatpasses at close intervals due to the unraveling of congestion that occurred on Jalan Teuku Umar.The method in this research is research and development. In this research, the research location isTeuku Umar Street. The data collection is divided into primary data and secondary data. Primarydata were obtained by directly conducting a survey to a research site on Jalan Teuku Umar. Theobservation period in the field is done on Sunday, 17 September 2017 for 14 hours from 06.00 to20.00 WIB. Secondary data is data sourced from institutions - insatansi related to research that isPT. Kereta Api Indonesia on the schedule of passenger trains and freight passing through a planeof Teuku Umar Street. Based on the analysis of the application of yellow box junction at theintersection can decompose the queue length that occurs on Teuku Umar Street.

Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas di jalan raya telah mengakibatkan kerugian material dannon material (Bambang Haryadi). Kecelakaan lalu lintas juga berdampak padapeningkatan kemiskinan karena timbulnya biaya perawatan, kehilanganproduktivitas, stress dan penderitaan yang berkepanjangan. Data kecelakaan dariKabupaten Demak terbilang cukup besar, khususnya pada Jalan Sultan Fatah Km24 – Km 25.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui besaran biaya korban kecelakaanlalu lintas dan besaran biaya penanganan lokasirawan kecelakan serta, nilaimanfaat penanganan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biayakerugian korban pada tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2016 yang diperolehmenggunankan metode The Gross Output (Human Capital ) sebesar Rp3.508.345.910 ,- dengan biaya korban kecelakaan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun2016 yaitu sebesar Rp 1.915.952.183 ,-. Jika dilakukan upaya penanganan makamemperoleh manfaat dengan nilai keselamatan (penghematan nilai korbankecelakaan lalu lintas ) sebesar Rp 1.376.282.773 ,- dan biaya yang dillakukanpemerintah untuk penanganan lokasi rawan kecelakan sebesar Rp 203.388.967 .,-dengan manfaat sebesar Rp 1.185.914.934,-.

The road median is a physical separation of the traffic lane that serves to eliminate traffic conflictsfrom the opposite direction, which in turn will improve the safety of traffic. road infrastructure factorsthat do not meet safety standards. An example is due to the manufacture of a median road at eachintersection that does not meet such standards as too wide and too high such as in the tegal city ofDiponegoro, this indicates reduced main function of the median road, Antrhopometry is anapproximation of the size of the human body. In this study discusses how to make the mediandesign does not eliminate the main function of traffic separator traffic by using antrhopometry. Thedata used are high-dimensional data of sight and median dimension size, looking forstandardeviation as the lowest value of high vision value to find the right value as a redesignracetrack.

Daily Pre-Trip Inspection is an activity of checking vehicle (rampcheck) conducted before the vehicleoperate in highway. Perum PPD is one of the Public Company in the field of transport Jabodetabekarea. Many communities who are passionate about public transport, making the government increasesthe operational bus to Perum PPD 400 units in the year 2015. With the number of vehicles inoperation, also needed an efficient time on checking system. With the Daily Pre-Trip Inspection-basedwebsite as a new innovation in the checking system is expected to help the system of data collectionand storage of secure data quickly and accurately.In the process of the website using the R & D(Research and Development), which includes the analysis, design, development, implementation andevaluation using a MySQL database and PHP programming. The functionality of this website for theimportation, storage and report generation data checks the vehicle with 4 menu main menu; datainput, print the data, setting data and user profile settings.With a system of checks Daily Pre-TripInspection web-based, can facilitate the distribution of data and improve the effectiveness of time.

Intersection is a critical area on a highway where a point of conflict and where bottlenecks due tothe merging of two or more roads. The junction arrangements that do not fit will cause trafficproblems, particularly the intersection you have installed APILL. Violations often occur are agresivedriving behavior in the form of the behavior of the wait. Based on existing conditions, the behaviorof waiting that occurred at an intersection with two and four phase settings have a difference.Violations committed by users i.e. a motorcycle broke through APILL, stop at the stop line and theopposing lanes consuming. APILL phase setting should resolve the problems of the particularbehavior of the wait. Methods of analysis used i.e. the dependent samples T-test test with SPSS16.0 program use. Based on the current test sig (2-tailed) of > 0.05 0.628 then it can be concludedthat there was no significant difference between the behavior of waiting at an intersection that has asetting of two and four phases.

Daily pre trip inspection is a checking activity conducted by Djakarta Passenger Public Company (Perum PPD)before the vehicle operates on the road. In fact, there is still a lot of damage causing the decline in the numberof buses that operate. In addition, the inspection is done manually using the paper media checklist formresulting in data loss checking, writing is not clear, the data is not recorded properly to the detriment of thecompany. This research uses qualitative analysis with descriptive method resulted in standard operatingprocedure design (SOP) daily pre trip based inspection android. Combining existing check sheets is enhancedby Government Regulation No. 55/2012 on technical requirements and road worth of vehicles, Decree of theDirector General of Land Transportation No. 523 of 2015 on guidelines for the implementation of traffic safetyinspection and public transport of roads, and adjusted to the standard of checks HINO, generate a new checksheet. With the new SOP utilizing android applications, is expected to reduce the company's losses, bus damageand accidents while operating.
