Abstract

Domestic violence is any act against a person, especially a woman that results in physical, sexual, psychological misery or suffering, and/or neglect of the household, including threats to commit acts, coercion, or deprivation of liberty against the law within the household. Domestic violence is narrowly defined as an act or threat of violence against someone with whom the perpetrator has a deep relationship. Domestic violence is also closely related to violence against children. While children may not be physically harmed, seeing or hearing their parents being abused can be psychologically devastating. Maturity in Latin verbs is called the term adult or adolescene which means to grow into maturity Adult in Dutch is volwassen which means full and wassen means to grow, so volwassen means that it has fully grown or has finished growing Therefore, adults are individuals who have completed their growth and ready to accept a position in society along with other adults. However, a person's maturity can be disturbed if the child lives in a less harmonious family environment or a broken home, because domestic violence (domestic violence) not only affects the parents but also their children. Because the problem of violence (especially in the household) is a form of crime that abuses and tarnishes human dignity, and should be categorized as a type of crime against the law of humanity.

Abstract

Based on success of a person, characteristic becomes a determinant in actualizing it in everyday life. Even someone who has a high level of intelligence can be said to be successful if he has a strong character in himself. Character has a strong influence in life, a person sometimes has a character crisis caused by a lack of awareness or ignorance about himself including his own character, and denial of self-identity. This crisis can happen to anyone, from children to adults. In early adulthood a person will think more logically and logically everything including the logic of the Creator. It is in this early adult that a person must complete the Christian identity that is held to be applied in his life. What becomes a Christian identity is creating a peaceful and harmonious life in society, loving one another, being sincere towards others, and being sincere in dealing with things, these things are the fundamentals of Christian identity. Jesus Christ who is the Christian's role model and the Bible that is the role model must be the basis of Christian identity, Jesus is the teacher and the Bible is the source of learning. This Christian identity will become stronger as a person experiences growth in faith, especially someone who is in a phase towards maturity or commonly called early adulthood.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the importance of the role of students in fostering adults in Marbun Toruan Village, Baktiraja District. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The result of this research is that in student service, students have a very important task in fostering adults, namely by conveying Christian religious education to adults by providing an understanding of adult human maturation. Therefore, with this very important task, students must be equipped with knowledge and skills in managing maturity.

Abstract

Everyone must have difficulties and problems that must be faced, and indirectly this situation encourages them to help each other and face each other together. This sense of solidarity arises because in every community group there are simultaneously needs, lineage, and the same place to live where they are. However, many young people today are starting to be indifferent to the condition of the environment around them, as if they are becoming individualists and busy with their personal affairs. Based on these problems, this research focuses on the role of youth organizations in realizing youth solidarity in Randusari village. This study aims to determine how the role of youth organizations in realizing solidarity in Randusari Village. The method used is a literature study used by analyzing various sources. This study found that youth organizations in Randusari Village have ways to increase their sense of solidarity such as fostering empathy for others, friendship with others, greeting each other when meeting, and competing for help.

Abstract

Tracer Study menjadi bagian penting bagi eksistensi perguruan tinggi dalam upaya mencermati link and match mutu lulusan di dunia kerja dengan layanan pembelajaran yang diberikan. Penyelenggaraan Tracer Studi di perguruan tinggi difokuskan untuk melakukan penelusuran lulusan dalam rangka mendapatkan umpan balik dari proses dan layanan pendidikan / pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan, baik kepada alumni ataupun para pengguna lulusan di masyarakat (stakeholder). Tujuan Tracer study adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas lulusan yang dihasilkan oleh Perguruan Tinggi, serta penggalian informasi lebih lanjut kepada para alumni terkait pilihan karir yang dijalani sebagai bahan masukan bagi Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi UHAMKA. Ada empat tahapan utama dalam pelaksanaan Tracer study, yaitu mulai dari pengembangan konsep dan instrumen, dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data, analisis data yang sudah terkumpul, dan penyusunan laporan hasil Tracer study. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah Alumni Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi UHAMKA tahun 2021 dan survey alumni dilaksanan dari bulan April sampai Agustus 2022. Penelusuran alumni dilakukan dengan indicator: 1) aspek pembelajaran, 2) kepuasan layanan (dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dansarana prasarana), 3) pekerjaan dan kompetensi alumni, dan 4) Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan.

Abstract

Satu dari sekian banyak transportasi umum masyarakat Indonesia khususnya yang di wilayah Jabodetabek digunakan hampir 1 juta orang per hari adalah KRL Commuter Line. Namun, besarnya nama KRL Commuter Line ini tidak menjamin tidak adanya kesalahan berbahasa yang dilakukan pihaknya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya kesalahan penulisan pada stiker yang ditempel di kereta. Sesuai dengan judulnya, pastinya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan penulisan pada stiker kereta yang berkenaan dengan huruf kapital. Digunakan kualitatif deskriptif sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, lalu data dianalisis berpedoman pada EYD 5, buku Tata Bahasa Baku Bahasa Indonesia, dan KBBI. Kemudian hasil analisis dinarasikan dengan kata-kata. Ditemukan kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital pada stiker KRL Commuter Line, inilah hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Kesalahan tata penulisan pada huruf kapital ini berkenaan dengan kata yang seharusnya ditulis nonkapital dalam konteks judul (yaitu kata kepada, untuk, yang, dan pada) dan huruf yang seharusnya kapital tetapi ditulis nonkapital (yaitu kata terbaru).

Abstract

In solving mathematical problems, students must find errors in understanding a material given by the teacher, this can happen due to several factors. In this article it aims to analyze the errors and difficulties experienced by students of class X Phase E.7 in studying the material of root forms. One way that can be done is by identifying the cause of students' mistakes in doing math problems during the mathematics learning process in the classroom. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. With research instruments in the form of field observations and student learning outcomes. The research subjects of class X Phase E.7 SMA N 1 HARAU students were 7 students who had the highest final semester exam scores.

Abstract

Mobile is a long-distance communication tool that is in the form of a mini and can be carried anywhere. Mobile is very much useful if we can use it properly. If we misuse it, the negative impact will be much more that will occur. Mobile in this modern era is like a staple food for every group, especially students. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of mobile applications on student behavior at SMA 1 Harau. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely a study with field observations, then describes the data that has been analyzed to draw conclusions. Collecting data by way of observation and interviews. The results of the study show that students spend more time with mobile phones than other useful activities, causing students to become addicted to mobile phones. Excessive use of mobile phones has negative impacts such as starting to become addicted to the internet, games, and so on. Most students feel preoccupied with games on their cellphones compared to interacting with their friends in the real world. Often by holding a cellphone, sometimes there are students who don't listen to the words of their parents and some are even angry with their parents when talking to them. The positive side of using a cellphone is very much if we are smart at operating cellphone applications properly. With mobile phones we can communicate long distances, can be used for entertainment when we are bored, add friends, find out information faster, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of career guidance services by utilizing interest inventories at MAN Asahan. Planning for further studies for a course is not an easy thing for students to decide considering it supports their future life. They will have difficulties in determining a career, for example in terms of information, doubts about their own interests, as well as input from their parents and surroundings. Students need direction and guidance from the guidance and counseling teacher at school, in order to gain understanding and be able to make future career decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to implement career guidance by utilizing an interest inventory. This interest inventory will later be used as reference material for students in understanding their own interests. This research is a type of descriptive research with observation and interview methods. The results of the implementation of career guidance by utilizing interest inventories at MAN Asahan make it easier for students to understand the direction of their interests and obtain more accurate information about their interests associated with the study program that students will choose later. The obstacle faced in the implementation of this career guidance is the lack of time that can be used considering that this service is carried out on the sidelines of study time so that the implementation is not optimal, however this is different from students who take the initiative themselves to go to the counseling teacher to carry out career guidance services at the right time. after school or during free hours.

Abstract

There are still some students who violate school rules, for example, students often come late to school. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to find out the role given by the Guidance and Counseling teacher in overcoming the problem of students coming to school late at SMA Negeri 1 Harau. The results of this study concluded that the role given by the Guidance and Counseling teacher was one of them by providing guidance and direction as well as implementing individual counseling to students who came late to school. The reasons for students arriving late varied, there were students who said they were late getting up in the morning and there were also students who said they were tired of helping their parents after school so that the next morning they woke up late the next morning, and there were also students who reasoned that they were lazy to take math lessons. With the provision of individual counseling services by Guidance and Counseling teachers, it can be seen that there is a decrease in students coming to school late. Therefore, the implementation of individual counseling services can overcome the problem of students coming late to school at SMA Negeri 1 Harau.
