The method used is a literature review, in which various related studies and theories are critically analyzed to gain a deeper understanding of this topic. The results of the literature review show that the implementation of HRIS applications can have a positive impact on employee productivity by simplifying administrative processes, increasing data accessibility, and improving internal communication efficiency. However, a number of challenges were also identified, including a lack of technological skills and understanding of HRIS systems among employees, difficulties in integration with existing systems, and problems with maintenance and technical support.
