Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of work-life balance and resilience on employee work productivity at the Mitra Niaga Mamuju Savings and Loans Cooperative. This research uses quantitative methods, the research sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 32 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires in the form of instruments directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments uses validity tests and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing uses partial tests (t test), simultaneous tests (F test), and to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination. The research results obtained were (1) Work-life balance has a significant effect on work productivity; (2) Resilience has a significant effect on work productivity; (3) Work-life balance and resilience have a significant influence simultaneously on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, the contribution of work-life balance and resilience to employee work productivity is classified as moderate with a percentage of 56.3%, which means there are still 43.7% other factors that can influence employee work productivity at the Mitra Niaga Mamuju Savings and Loans Cooperative

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of job characteristics and work stress on counterproductive work behavior PT Telkom Datel Mamuju. This research uses quantitative methods, the research sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 42 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments uses validity and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then testing the hypothesis using a partial test (t statistical test), simultaneous test (F statistical test), and to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination.The research results obtained: (1) Job characteristics do not have a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior; (2) Job stress has a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior; (3) Job characteristics and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior. Meanwhile, the contribution of job characteristics and work stress to employee counterproductive work behavior is classified as moderate with a percentage of 48.1%, which means there are still 51.9% other factors that can influence counterproductive work behavior PT Telkom Datel Mamuju

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of the effectiveness of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on Social Media. The method used in the research is descriptive with the main technique used in this study being a literature review, which attempts to assess the scientific contributions made by various literature sources. The author used databases including Sciencedirect, Research Gate, Google Scholar. The results of the literature research generally present that (e-WOM), can influence consumer purchasing choices on social media. Many studies that present that (e-WOM) significantly influences consumer purchase choices on social media platforms support this conclusion. This impact is mainly related to the externally informed component of purchase decision-making, which is satisfied through (e-WOM).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and compensation on employee performance at PT Indonesia Royal Paper. The research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression approaches. The data obtained is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to the object of research. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique with a total of 39 respondents and the data was analysed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that the human resource competency variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Indonesia Royal Paper, the compensation variable has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Indonesia Royal Paper, and Human Resource Competencies and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Indonesia Royal Paper

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate factors that are likely to have a significant impact on employee performance at Afdila Cilacap General Hospital, as well as the simultaneous effect of work environment and patient service quality on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach, with a sample size of fifty people and a population of one hundred employees. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, T test, and F test. The results of this study show that the variables that have a significant effect simultaneously on the employee performance variable of Afdila Cilacap General Hospital are the work environment and the quality of patient service. The performance variable of Afdila Cilacap General Hospital employees is not significantly influenced by the work environment or the quality of patient service. The work environment at Afdila Cilacap General Hospital is the factor that most affects employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyse operational management in improving customer service quality at Warung Madura in Purwokerto. With the increasingly fierce competition in the culinary industry, service quality is a key factor in attracting and retaining customers. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach on several Warung Madura located in Purwokerto. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with stall owners, direct observation. The results showed that the implementation of good operational management, such as raw material stock management, and employee training, has a positive impact on the quality of service perceived by customers. Customers feel more satisfied with the fast service, cleanliness of the stall, and friendliness of the employees. In addition, the study also found that innovations in menus and customisation to local preferences can increase the attractiveness of stalls. In conclusion, improving overall operational management can be an effective strategy to improve the quality of customer service at Warung Madura in Purwokerto, which in turn can increase customer loyalty and the competitiveness of the stall

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the work environment, safety, and occupational health on employee performance at PT Resqtec Indonesia, Kayuagung - Palembang Toll Road. The creation of a conducive work environment, the guarantee of safety, and the maintenance of health are significant factors in the enhancement of employee performance. A descriptive qualitative research method was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of the subject matter through interviews with company employees. The findings indicated that an adequate work environment exerts a beneficial influence on employee performance. However, certain impediments, such as inadequate lighting, can negatively impact employee performance, particularly in the context of responding to accidents in the field. Furthermore, occupational safety and health play an important role, with regular monitoring of employees' physical and mental health being required. The results of this study demonstrate that in the work environment, safety, and occupational health have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Resqtec Indonesia. It is therefore recommended that the company implement improvements to portable lighting for more flexible field situations, as well as conduct regular medical check-ups and psychological tests to ensure and monitor the physical and mental health of employees.

Abstract

The study aims to explore work ethic on employee performance in generation Z in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. SPSS for Windows version 24 as software to analyse the sample data in this study. The data used in the study is a work ethic scale with a population and sample of 100 people with a birth period of 1995 to 2015. The method applied is simple linear regression through partial (t) test with the independent variable, namely work ethic and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The study results show that work ethic cannot affect the improvement of the performance of generation Z employees in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta and work ethic on employee performance in generation Z in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta has a negative effect and is normally distributed

Abstract

The effective utilisation of human resources is a fundamental aspect that plays a pivotal role in influencing the overall functioning of an organisation. PT Triples Kediri is a construction company with its headquarters located in Kediri City, Indonesia. Despite the company's overall success, there is considerable scope for improvement in the performance of its employees. This is attributable to the absence of adequate remuneration and incentives for employees. This research employs a quantitative methodology. This study employs both primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample technique employed was purposive sampling, which yielded a total of 62 respondents. The test techniques employed include those for determining validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The findings of this study indicate that the compensation variable exerts a partial influence on employee performance. Motivation variables exert a partial influence on employee performance. The simultaneous effect of compensation variables (X1) and motivation variables (X2) on the employee performance variable (Y) is 77.5%. The remaining 22.5% is influenced by variables outside the scope of this study

Abstract

PT BFI Finance is one of the companies engaged in financing. This company is an independent company that has branches in various regions, one of which is in Mamuju which was established on October 11, 2010. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work professionalism, work stress and employee psychology on employee performance at PT BFI Finance Mamuju Branch. This research uses quantitative methods, with sample withdrawal using probability sampling techniques with 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Testing the quality of research instruments using validity tests, and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing using partial test (t statistical test), and simultaneous test (F statistical test). The research results obtained (1) work professionalism has a significant partial effect on employee performance. (2) job stress has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (3) employee psychology has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work professionalism, work stress and employee psychology simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on employee performance.
