Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Task Technology Fit and Perceived Usefulness on User Performance among employees of the Ministry of Hajj in West Sulawesi Province. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population for this study consists of all employees at the agency, and sampling was conducted in accordance with the research objectives. Data were collected via a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Task Technology Fit has a significant partial effect on User Performance, as does Perceived Usefulness, which also has a significant partial effect on User Performance. Simultaneously, Task-Technology Fit and Perceived Usefulness were found to have a significant effect on User Performance. These findings indicate that user performance will improve if the technology used aligns with job tasks and is perceived to provide tangible benefits. Thus, organizations need to ensure that technology aligns with the needs of employees’ tasks and foster a positive perception of the system’s benefits so that user performance can improve optimally. The novelty of this study lies in testing the integration of the Task Technology Fit and Perceived Usefulness models within the specific context of public administration services at the Ministry of Hajj in West Sulawesi Province, which provides a new empirical contribution to the literature on technology adoption in the government sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job involvement and reconciliation on sustainable employee among employees of the Sampaga Subdistrict Office in West Sulawesi Province. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of all employees of the Sampaga Subdistrict Office, and a census sampling technique was applied because of the relatively small number of respondents. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that job involvement has a significant partial effect on sustainable employee. Reconciliation also has a significant partial effect on sustainable employee. Simultaneously, job involvement and reconciliation were proven to have a significant effect on sustainable employee. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of the work relationship reconciliation concept as a key factor in maintaining employeesustainability in the public sector, which often faces unique bureaucratic pressures and interpersonal conflicts. These findings indicate that employee involvement in work and the ability to rebuild harmonious relationships are important factors in creating productive, adaptive, and sustainable employees within the organization. Therefore, organizations need to pay attention to strengthening job involvement and maintaining good interpersonal relationships so that employee sustainability can be preserved in the long term.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of the Vertical Offices of the Directorate General of Treasury in West Sulawesi Province. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey research design. The research sample consisted of 67 respondents selected through the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction each have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a significant positive effect on OCB. The novelty of this study lies in simultaneously examining these three variables in the context of government employees in West Sulawesi, a public-sector setting that remains relatively underexplored. These findings imply that strengthening employees’ emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction can serve as an effective strategy for promoting positive employee behavior within public sector organizations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of city branding and investment service quality on regional investment decisions, with investor confidence as a mediating variable, at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP) of Mamuju Regency. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach. The population of this study consisted of all investors registered with the DPMPTSP of Mamuju Regency, with a sample of 120 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling—Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) city branding has a positive and significant effect on investor confidence; (2) the quality of investment services has a positive and significant effect on investor confidence; (3) city branding has a positive and significant effect on regional investment decisions; (4) the quality of investment services has a positive and significant effect on regional investment decisions; (5) investor confidence has a positive and significant effect on regional investment decisions; (6) investor confidence partially mediates the effect of city branding on regional investment decisions; and (7) investor confidence fully mediates the effect of investment service quality on regional investment decisions. The implications of this study provide recommendations for the Mamuju Regency government to improve its city branding strategies and service quality in order to attract more investment. The novelty of this study lies in offering an integrated model that links city branding and the quality of investment services to regional investment decisions through investor confidence, as well as identifying the differences between partial and full mediation patterns.
