Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, workload, and compensation on employee work productivity at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari in Central Mamuju Regency. A good organizational culture is expected to improve work motivation, while a balanced workload and fair compensation are expected to encourage employees to work more productively. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 employees of PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the three independent variables (organizational culture, workload, and compensation) affect the dependent variable, which is employee work productivity. The results show that organizational culture, workload, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work productivity, as does workload and compensation. However, excessively heavy workload can decrease work productivity, while adequate compensation can improve employee motivation and performance. This study provides important implications for company management to pay more attention to organizational culture, workload management, and providing appropriate compensation to enhance employee work productivity

Abstract

The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The research object consisted of civil servants within the institution, with a total population and sample of 47 respondents using a total sampling technique. Primary data were collected through an online structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that psychological safety does not have a significant effect on competency agility with a significance value of 0.226 (>0.05) and t value of 1.228 (<1.681). In contrast, growth mindset shows a significant effect with a significance value of 0.011 (<0.05) and t value of 2.664 (>1.681). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence competency agility with an F value of 20.919 (>3.21) and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.487 reveals that 48.7% of the variance in competency agility is explained by the two independent variables

Abstract

Human resource performance in primary healthcare centers plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of public health services. However, employee performance is often influenced by the condition of both physical and psychosocial work environments. This study aimed to examine the effect of physical and psychosocial work environments on human resource performance at Puskesmas Bambu, Mamuju Regency. A quantitative approach with a survey design was applied, involving all employees through a census method. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression after meeting classical assumption requirements. The findings reveal that both physical and psychosocial work environments have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. The psychosocial work environment demonstrates a more dominant contribution compared to the physical work environment. These results indicate that supportive workplace relationships, effective communication, and supervisory support significantly enhance employee motivation, responsibility, and service quality. It is concluded that improving work environment conditions, particularly psychosocial aspects, is essential for strengthening employee performance and healthcare service outcomes. Sustainable managerial strategies are recommended to foster a supportive and well-facilitated work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Crafting on the Innovative Work Behavior of civil servants at the Food Security Agency of Mamuju Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research object comprised civil servants working in the agency, with the population consisting of all active employees. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Crafting simultaneously have a significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. This is evidenced by an F-value of 6.635 exceeding the F- table value of 3.29 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), leading to the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis. These findings suggest that the integration of flexible work policies and individual job crafting initiatives plays a crucial role in enhancing innovative behavior among civil servants

Abstract

The study employed an explanatory quantitative approach through a survey of 50 employees engaged in team-based work. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a bootstrapping technique of 5,000 resamples. The findings indicate that Agile Leadership has a significant effect on Team Performance, whereas Digital Leadership does not exert a direct significant effect. Furthermore, Team Performance significantly influences Organizational Agility and Innovative Work Behavior and functions as a mediator in the relationship between leadership and organizational outcomes. These results underscore that digital transformation in the public sector does not rely solely on technological orientation but primarily on adaptive leadership dynamics and the effectiveness of team performance as an operational mechanism of dynamic capabilities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle and live streaming on impulse buying among millennial users of TikTok Shop e-commerce in Mamuju Regency. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of 288,382 people, and a sample of 100 respondents was determined using Slovin’s formula with purposive sampling, based on the criteria of millennial generation (aged 29–44 years) who are TikTok Shop users residing in Mamuju Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant partial effect on impulse buying (t-value  2.672 > t-table  1.985; sig. 0.009 < 0.05). Live streaming also had a significant partial effect on impulse buying (t-value  3.664 > t-table  1.985; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both shopping lifestyle and live streaming significantly affected impulse buying (F-value  23.194 > F-table  3.090; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with a contribution of 32.4%. These findings indicate that although shopping lifestyle and live streaming play a role in shaping impulse buying behavior, their overall contribution is relatively low. Further research is strongly recommended to explore the remaining 67.6% of other factors that were not identified in this study but may influence impulse buying among millennial TikTok Shop users in Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of loneliness and social media addiction on online shopping intensity through emotional buying as a mediating variable among migrant students in West Sulawesi Province. The novelty of this research lies in the proof of the integrative S-O-R model that positions emotional buying as the sole mediator linking psychological conditions to online shopping intensity. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 276 migrant student respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on AMOS Version 31. The results showed that loneliness and social media addiction had no significant direct effect on online shopping intensity, but both had a positive and significant effect on emotional buying. Emotional buying was proven to act as a full mediator linking psychological factors to online shopping intensity. These findings conclude that the psychological condition of migrant students does not directly determine online shopping intensity, but must first go through an affective process in the form of emotional buying.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Locus Of Control and Critical Thinking on Performance among employees of the KPPN office in West Sulawesi Province. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The population consisted of all employees at the KPPN office, with 28 respondents selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale distributed online. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results show that Locus Of Control has a positive and significant effect on Performance, with a significance value of 0.039 (<0.05) and a t value of 2.178 (>1.711). Critical Thinking also has a positive and significant effect on Performance, with a significance value of 0.008 (<0.05) and a t value of 2.861 (>1.711). Simultaneously, Locus Of Control and Critical Thinking significantly affect Performance, as indicated by an F value of 16.384 (>3.39) and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination ????2of 0.568 shows that 56.8% of the variation in Performance is explained by the two research variables, while the remaining 43.2% is explained by other variables outside the model. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive empirical examination of the simultaneous role of locus of control and critical thinking in enhancing employee performance within a regional vertical office of the Ministry of Finance (KPPN).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, satisfaction, and perceived value on mobile banking continuance intention with customer engagement as a mediating variable at Bank Muamalat. The sample consisted of 162 customers from Bank Muamalat Mamuju and Wonomulyo branches. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results indicate that trust and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, while perceived value has a positive but insignificant effect. Customer engagement has a positive and significant effect on continuance intention. Customer engagement mediates the influence of trust and satisfaction on continuance intention, but fails to mediate the influence of perceived value. These findings confirm that psychological and relational factors are more dominant in shaping continuance intention compared to functional factors. Bank Muamalat should strengthen trust and satisfaction through improving digital service quality and user experience oriented towards Islamic values. The novelty of this study lies in examining the mediating role of customer engagement in integrating psychological and functional factors towards the continuance intention of Islamic mobile banking services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job rotation, work environment, and career development on the work achievement of Civil Servants (ASN) in the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) and Fire Department (Damkar) of Mamuju Regency. As agencies that play a crucial role in maintaining public order, enforcing local regulations, and responding to fires, the work achievement of ASN in these settings is significantly influenced by how these three aspects are managed; therefore, examining the relationships among these variables is essential. Research data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to 76 respondents, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, supplemented by a t-test to examine partial effects and an F-test for simultaneous effects, with the assistance of SPSS software. The research findings indicate that the three independent variables job rotation, work environment, and career development each have a positive and significant effect on civil servants work achievement, both partially and simultaneously. An Adjusted R-Square value of 68.0% indicates that these three variables collectively explain the variation in work performance. These results can serve as a reference for policymakers within the Mamuju Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department in formulating improvement measures, particularly regarding the implementation of more appropriate job rotation, the creation of a conducive work environment, and the strengthening of career development programs for civil servants. The novelty of this research lies in testing the work achievement model in public sector organizations with high-risk task characteristics (Satpol PP and Fire Department), where the integration of job rotation and both physical and non-physical work environments is proven to be the main driver of ASN work achievement in the regions.
