Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, workload, and compensation on employee work productivity at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari in Central Mamuju Regency. A good organizational culture is expected to improve work motivation, while a balanced workload and fair compensation are expected to encourage employees to work more productively. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 employees of PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the three independent variables (organizational culture, workload, and compensation) affect the dependent variable, which is employee work productivity. The results show that organizational culture, workload, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work productivity, as does workload and compensation. However, excessively heavy workload can decrease work productivity, while adequate compensation can improve employee motivation and performance. This study provides important implications for company management to pay more attention to organizational culture, workload management, and providing appropriate compensation to enhance employee work productivity

Abstract

The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The research object consisted of civil servants within the institution, with a total population and sample of 47 respondents using a total sampling technique. Primary data were collected through an online structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that psychological safety does not have a significant effect on competency agility with a significance value of 0.226 (>0.05) and t value of 1.228 (<1.681). In contrast, growth mindset shows a significant effect with a significance value of 0.011 (<0.05) and t value of 2.664 (>1.681). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence competency agility with an F value of 20.919 (>3.21) and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.487 reveals that 48.7% of the variance in competency agility is explained by the two independent variables

Abstract

Human resource performance in primary healthcare centers plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of public health services. However, employee performance is often influenced by the condition of both physical and psychosocial work environments. This study aimed to examine the effect of physical and psychosocial work environments on human resource performance at Puskesmas Bambu, Mamuju Regency. A quantitative approach with a survey design was applied, involving all employees through a census method. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression after meeting classical assumption requirements. The findings reveal that both physical and psychosocial work environments have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. The psychosocial work environment demonstrates a more dominant contribution compared to the physical work environment. These results indicate that supportive workplace relationships, effective communication, and supervisory support significantly enhance employee motivation, responsibility, and service quality. It is concluded that improving work environment conditions, particularly psychosocial aspects, is essential for strengthening employee performance and healthcare service outcomes. Sustainable managerial strategies are recommended to foster a supportive and well-facilitated work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Crafting on the Innovative Work Behavior of civil servants at the Food Security Agency of Mamuju Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research object comprised civil servants working in the agency, with the population consisting of all active employees. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Crafting simultaneously have a significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. This is evidenced by an F-value of 6.635 exceeding the F- table value of 3.29 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), leading to the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis. These findings suggest that the integration of flexible work policies and individual job crafting initiatives plays a crucial role in enhancing innovative behavior among civil servants

Abstract

The study employed an explanatory quantitative approach through a survey of 50 employees engaged in team-based work. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a bootstrapping technique of 5,000 resamples. The findings indicate that Agile Leadership has a significant effect on Team Performance, whereas Digital Leadership does not exert a direct significant effect. Furthermore, Team Performance significantly influences Organizational Agility and Innovative Work Behavior and functions as a mediator in the relationship between leadership and organizational outcomes. These results underscore that digital transformation in the public sector does not rely solely on technological orientation but primarily on adaptive leadership dynamics and the effectiveness of team performance as an operational mechanism of dynamic capabilities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle and live streaming on impulse buying among millennial users of TikTok Shop e-commerce in Mamuju Regency. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of 288,382 people, and a sample of 100 respondents was determined using Slovin’s formula with purposive sampling, based on the criteria of millennial generation (aged 29–44 years) who are TikTok Shop users residing in Mamuju Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant partial effect on impulse buying (t-value  2.672 > t-table  1.985; sig. 0.009 < 0.05). Live streaming also had a significant partial effect on impulse buying (t-value  3.664 > t-table  1.985; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both shopping lifestyle and live streaming significantly affected impulse buying (F-value  23.194 > F-table  3.090; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with a contribution of 32.4%. These findings indicate that although shopping lifestyle and live streaming play a role in shaping impulse buying behavior, their overall contribution is relatively low. Further research is strongly recommended to explore the remaining 67.6% of other factors that were not identified in this study but may influence impulse buying among millennial TikTok Shop users in Mamuju Regency.
