Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio and growth ratio in the use of the Regency/City Regional Government APBD throughout Bengkulu Province. The results of this research show that the PAD Effectiveness Ratio for the 2018 to 2022 budget years respectively is 90.70%, 78.66%, 70.51%, 98.73% and 101.48%. Meanwhile, the efficiency ratio for using District/City APBDs in Bengkulu Province from 2018 to 2022 is 110.25%, 127.12%, 141.82%, 101.82% and 97.37%, finally the growth ratio for each calculation of APBD use Districts/cities throughout Bengkulu Province are also fluctuating or fluctuating.  In 2018-2019 it was 10.18%, in 2019-2020 it was 1.27%, and experienced a drastic decrease in 2020-2021 amounting to -16.83 and in 2021-2022 it increased again although not too big, namely only 0.48 %.

Abstract

Perhaps the most important development in patients' rights has been that in Indonesia and the United States regarding the doctrine of informed consent. Embracing the Continental European legal system, the doctrine of informed consent in Indonesia is articulated in Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health, Government Regulation No.32 of 1996 on Health Worker, Law No.29 of 2004 on Medical Practice, and Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. It is also specifically regulated by Health Ministerial Decree No. 29 of 2008 regarding Medical Action Approval. This doctrine requires physicians to share certain information with patients before asking for their consent to treatment. The Court in the United States of America used the term of informed consent to describe the physicians obligations to provide information. The legal consequences if informed consent is not given, it is considered as an act of abuse (intentionally) to the patient. According to Rule of law in the United States that physicians have to open all the information about all the necessary facts, so that patients can determine appropriate treatment options. Tort Law in Anglo-Saxon legal system, similar to "act against the law" in the Continental European legal system. This article examines a comparative study of informed consent in the Indonesian Health Laws and regulations and those of the United States.

Abstract

The Bestee Program is an initiative by BTPN Syariah that involves students providing mentorship aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, as well as the soft and hard entrepreneurial skills of its clients, particularly productive pre-prosperous women. Through the role of Social Media Officers and the use of the Bestee Application, this program serves as a platform for training and developing human resource skills to become more digitally literate in running sustainable businesses. Social Media Officers focus on gaining experience related to documenting empowerment activities in the form of photos, videos, and narratives; curating client products; and coordinating and communicating with the Social Media Coordinator (SMC) team to develop the Access to Market (A2M) Pasar Daya and Access to Knowledge (A2K) program channels. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the research demonstrate that mentorship by students can sustain and even enhance the businesses of BTPN Syariah’s productive pre-prosperous women clients in this era of digitalization.

Abstract

One of the BTPN Syariah programs involves inviting students to act as accompanying facilitators to empower customers who receive appropriate financing from BTPN Syariah. The Appropriate Financing Program is a program that provides financing to a group of productive underprivileged women in an area who want to open a business or are currently running a business to improve the economic welfare of their families with the Wakalah Wal Murabahah agreement. The Bestee program was realized to improve the entrepreneurial abilities, knowledge, soft skills and hard skills of customers or productive underprivileged mothers so that the financing provided can be as useful as it should be. Apart from facilitators, mentoring must be accompanied by the use of the Bestee Application for independent learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods.  The results of this research prove that appropriate financing plays an important role in customers' businesses and the assistance provided by accompanying facilitators is proven to be able to empower customers to manage their businesses so that they increase further accompanied by the existence of appropriate financing by BTPN Syariah.

Abstract

Special agreement between a husband and wife before they get married is called a prenuptial agreement. If they decide to separate, this is used to determine how their money and property will be divided. Before they can wed, the agreement's terms must be accepted by both parties. The government must approve certain rules that must be followed in the agreement. Instead of adhering to the general laws that govern marriage, prenuptial agreements give couples the freedom to set their own rules regarding their money and property.  Writing this journal is a library research using a descriptive method, namely writing back various previous opinions found in references obtained in the library, in the form of books, journals, the Shrimp Book, related to the title. This writing uses descriptive theory, namely explaining the material of prenuptial agreements from a legal perspective in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the effects of Asset and Profit on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) decisions to take bank credit in Gorontalo City. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method. The data source is primary data. Samples are 93 of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research instrument is observation sheets in obtaining data from research respondents. Technique of data analysis implements Simple Linear Regression. Finding reveal that asset has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs to take bank credit in Gorontalo City. Profit has an effect on MSMEs to take bank credit in Gorontalo City. Simultaneously, asset and profit affected the bank credit of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gorontalo City. The determination coefficient of asset and profit on MSMEs decisions to take bank credit in Gorontalo City is 0,172 or 17,2%.

Abstract

In Indonesia, especially in the employment sector, a qualified workforce is needed so that companies can remain competitive and experience rapid growth. The demand for qualified labor continues to increase every year, which makes competition among job seekers increasingly fierce. In addition, many new graduates face difficulties in finding a job due to lack of access to information. Therefore, there are several factors that can facilitate job seekers in the application and job search process, such as recruitment sources, company branding, and a fast and efficient selection process. These factors help recruiters in finding candidates that match the needs of the company and the position required.

Abstract

An important part of Indonesian constitutional law is the development of state law. This article discusses the development of the legal system, especially the constitution, laws, statutory regulations, statutory regulations and regional regulations. In this case, it is important to examine how public institutions such as the government, DPR, and judiciary are involved in making, implementing, and enforcing laws. Teksini uses legal methods and library research strategies in his research, namely legal research which focuses on legal principles, including agreements, statutes, principles, norms and rules. The constitution is a list of articles governing the general organization of the state, functions, business and administration of public institutions, the territory of the state, the situation of local communities and human rights. We can not only understand what the Constitution is, but also what it teaches. One thing we can learn from constitutions is that diifferent ideas and methods are used from one country to another in implementing the constitution. Understanding changes in laws and regulations can help identify trends, issues, and reforms that can strengthen Indonesia's legal system. Apart from that, the constitution has many functions. One of its goals is to increase our citizens' interest in the Constitution by encouraging them to read the Constitution. The main goal is to increase public awareness of the Constitution.

Project administration is the process of managing various aspects related to a project to achieve predetermined goals. It includes planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling all activities and resources involved in the project. Project administration has an important role in analyzing the transformer production network, including determining the sequence of activities and production activities. Efficiency in project administration can have a significant impact on a company's overall performance, reducing costs, increasing productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper will describe the administration of transformer production projects to support customer requests at PT Bambang Djaja Ngoro Mojokerto with a participatory approach. It is hoped that the implementation of transformer production project administration can increase operational effectiveness and efficiency, which is key and can become a strategic advantage for companies in facing a highly competitive business environment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of membership and partnership programs on customer loyalty at Midtown Hotels Indonesia, Surabaya branch. Using random sampling techniques based on Slovin's formula, the study sampled 222 respondents from a population of 500 customers. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents to test the relationship between these programs and customer loyalty. The analysis results show that membership and partnership programs have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, indicating that the existence of these programs can increase customer retention and satisfaction levels at Midtown Hotels Indonesia, Surabaya branch.
