Abstract

SPBU 7490210 Galangan Kapal Makassar is a gas station company (Public Fuel Filling Station) established in 2011 and located at Jalan Galangan Kapal No 1, Makassar and is a family business project. This study aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase interest, and the effect of trust and service quality on repurchase interest on customer satisfaction. The method in this research is quantitative, with analysis using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). This study has a sample size of 190 respondents who are customers of the Makassar Shipyard Gas Station who made at least one purchase in the period January 2023 to April 2024. This study shows that trust and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and trust and service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The implication of this research is that the Public Fuel Filling Station needs to maintain customer satisfaction factors by providing a satisfying experience for customers so that customer satisfaction can increase every time they make a purchase, and provide quality products and good service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher competence and school reputation on student satisfaction and retention at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods with Proportional Random Sampling analysis techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collected through questionnaires distributed to students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya with a sample of 345 students. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire using Google Form. Hypothesis testing shows that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, and student satisfaction has a significant effect on student retention. In addition, school reputation was also found to have a significant influence on student satisfaction. The managerial implication of this study suggests the need for continuous improvement of teacher training programs as well as strengthening school cooperation with universities and industries to improve school reputation and student satisfaction. This study has limitations in the scope of the population that only involves one school so that generalization of the results of this study needs to be done with caution. The benefits of this study can provide insights into teacher competence and school reputation that can be used for further study by academics or practitioners in the field of education and help educators and school administrators to improve their performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of reward system and entrepreneurial leadership on employee performance mediated by employee satisfaction in the context of a building materials company, CV. Nusantara Putra Purnama, in Jember. This study used a quantitative approach with a saturation technique to collect data from a sample of employees and the required sample of 40 people. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using Google Form. The hypothesis test in this study shows that the reward system, entrepreneurial leadership, and employee satisfaction affect employee performance. The findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of organizational behavior and provide practical insights for improving employee performance through strategic leadership and reward management.

Abstract

This article aims to identify the phenomenon of the practice of criminal acts of gratification in administrative services using a fraud theory perspective, as well as to analyze the factors that support the development of legal culture around this practice in society. Corruption in Indonesia is a serious problem that is widespread in society. From a sociological point of view, corruption is seen as a widespread social phenomenon because of its significant impact on various aspects of life. One common example of a criminal act of corruption is the practice of gratification, where individuals provide gifts or gifts with a specific purpose. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, where the process includes comprehensive collection, analysis and interpretation of visual data narratives. The aim is to obtain a deep, comprehensive and thorough understanding of the culture of gratification practices in society from the perspective of sociological studies of corruption. The analysis of this article shows that the practice of giving gifts occurs because the person who does it feels pressure, opportunity, and reason to do so in an administrative service situation. In addition, there is also a phenomenon in society where giving gifts is considered a normal and accepted way to express gratitude to those who provide assistance.

Abstract

The training program on making Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) in Gading Village, Pasuruan District, East Java, is a response to two major challenges: the declining allocation of subsidized fertilizers and the infestation of carp snails in rice crops. This initiative aims to turn threats into opportunities by utilizing carp snails and papaya peel waste as raw materials for POC. Through collaboration between PT Lembaga Sahabat Petani and UPN "Veteran" East Java students, the training was conducted using a theoretical and hands-on approach. The methods used included Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and demonstration of POC making. The results of the training show significant potential in improving agricultural productivity and farmers' welfare, although long-term evaluation is still needed. The program offers an economical and environmentally friendly solution to overcome dependence on chemical fertilizers and support sustainable agriculture. Suggestions for development include periodic monitoring, development of distribution networks, involvement of local government, further research, and establishment of farmer groups specifically for POC production and development.

Abstract

Indonesia has currently provided more jobs to reduce the number of unemployed. To reduce the increasing unemployment rate, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources, especially through empowerment. The city of Surabaya supports underprivileged street vendors by opening a culinary tourism center. The aim of this research is to describe the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the Karah Culinary Tourism Center revitalization program. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach to study the development of MSMEs through revitalization programs. The survey results show that the Government has implemented a policy to build and provide space for street vendors at the Karah Culinary Tourism Center.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of demand forecasting on inventory management efficiency, focusing on the implementation of the ARIMA method in the context of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Using a quantitative case study approach, the research explores the relationship between forecasting accuracy and key inventory performance metrics. Results indicate that improved forecasting accuracy significantly enhances inventory efficiency, with the ARIMA method outperforming traditional methods. The implementation of ARIMA resulted in a 36.8% increase in Inventory Turnover Ratio and a 53.3% decrease in stockout rate. Time series analysis revealed a long-term improvement trend in inventory efficiency with significant seasonal components. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics on the critical role of demand forecasting in optimizing inventory management and the potential of the ARIMA method in improving companies' operational efficiency.

Abstract

Business legality is an important document that every business owner must possess. Business legality serves as the business identity that can provide protection from the government. With the ownership of business legality, business actors can benefit from the facilities provided by the government for businesses with legal status. However, many business owners still do not understand the importance of business legality, citing the complexity of the process as a reason. As a result, many of them do not have business legality. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to MSMEs regarding the importance of business legality and to offer assistance to MSMEs in processing business legality in Gayungan District, Surabaya. The results achieved are evident from the increased knowledge, understanding, and willingness of MSME stakeholders in Gayungan District, Surabaya, to maintain the legitimacy of their businesses.

Abstract

The rule of law in the current era of democratization is one of the demands that must be implemented in the context of transparency in the handling of legal cases in social, national and state life. Impeachment is the process of dismissing the President and/or Vice President during their term of office which involves three state institutions, namely the DPR, the Court. The Constitution, and the MPR where the results of impeachment carried out by one of these three institutions have a legal relationship and influence each other. The Constitutional Court's decision provides a juridical interpretation of the DPR's accusations regarding violations of the law and disgraceful acts committed by the president and/or vice president and/or it is proven that the president and/or vice president no longer fulfills the requirements to be president and/or vice president.

Abstract

This paper discusses online marketing strategies implemented by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to increase sales volume in Bulak Village. The main focus of this research is to identify and analyze various online marketing strategies that are effective for MSMEs that are in the process of upgrading, as well as evaluating the impact of implementing these strategies on increasing sales. The methods used include surveys, interviews, and analysis of sales data before and after the implementation of online marketing strategies. The implementation of online marketing in MSMEs through the utilization of social media, and e-commerce platforms can increase product visibility and volume. The method used by the author in this research is a participatory and descriptive approach through observation, analysis, implementation, and interviews.  The right online marketing strategy can be a key factor in developing and expanding the market for MSMEs in Bulak Village, thus supporting local economic growth.
