Abstract

Congested airport runway flight this can cause air traffic control seroice queues at taxi way. If the waiting time in line is pretty solid, it will cause the loss of the use of aviation fuel. Therefore, . the study aims to determine the average waiting time per aircraft during peak hours at Soekarno Hatta airport, it is necessary to penelirtian related to the above. With the value of effective rate of one aircraft per minute, and the seroice per plane 4 minutes, then every 1 plane underseroed, there are four planes waiting in line. Thus, for a plane to 4 had to wait for 16 minutes to take off and landing.Keywords: runway, take off, landing Padatnya penerbangan di runway bandar udara ini tentunya akan menimbulkan antrean pelayanan air traffic control pada taxi way. Apabila waktu tunggu dalam antrean cukup padat, tentunya akan menimbulkan kerugian dari penggunaan avtur, untuk mengetahui waktu tunggu rata-rata setiap pesawat udara saat peak hours di bandar udara Soekarno Hatta ini, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait dengan hal tersebut diatas dengan menggunakan teori antrian pada taxiway Bandar udara Soekarno Hatta. Dengan nilai laju efektif 1 pesawat permenit, dan dengan pelayanan per pesawat 4 menit, maka setiap 1 pesawat terlayani, masih terdapat 4 pesawat menunggu dalam antrean. Sehingga, untuk pesawat ke 4 hams menunggu selama 16 menit untuk dapat take off dan landing.Kata kunci: landas pacu, take off, landing

Abstract

Freight grawth lately is remarkable progress, so we need measures to optimize the transport of goods. In order to support the national logistics system the government has issued Government Regulation No. 8 of 2011 on Transport Multimioda which is the mandate of the Traffic Act and Road Transport, Shipping, Aviation and Railways. Problems in multimodal transportation is not a business entity licensing guidelines multimodal transport. With the approach of qualitative descriptive analysis of the utilization of multimodal transport in the Port of Tanjung Priok Jakarta and Medan Belawan port indicated that the licensing guidelines Multimodal Transport Enterprises really need to be designed. The draft guidelines for licensing Multimodal Transport Entity shall have permanent offices, transport equipment, loading and unloading equipment, and human resources that have a certificate of competence.Keywords: Buam licensing guidelines. Pertumbuhan angkutan barang akhir-akhir ini sangat luar biasa perkembangannya, sehingga perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah uiltuk mengoptimasikan angkutan barang tersebut. Dalam rangka mendukung sistem logistik nasional pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011 tentang Angkutan Multimioda yang merupakan amanat dari Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, Pelayaran, Penerbangan dan Perkeretaapian. Permasalahan dalam angkutan multimoda adalah belum adanya pedoman pemberian izin badan usaha angkutan multimoda. Dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif terhadap pengusahaan angkutan multimoda di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta, dan Pelabuhan Belawan Medan diperoleh gambaran bahwa pedoman pemberian izin Badan Usaha Angkutan Multimoda sangat perlu untuk dirancang. Rancangan pedoman pemberian izin Badan Usaha Angkutan Multimoda wajib memiliki kantor tetap, peralatan angkut, peralatan bongkar muat, dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki sertifikat kompetensi.Kata Kunci: Pedoman Pemberian izin BUAM.

Abstract

The problem often encountered in the development planning is the difficulty of measuring on the economic impact that occurs in other sectors, as a result of the growth of air transport. On the other hand, the policy of deregulation in the airline business makes no more barriers for new airlines to enter the aviation industry making competition more competitive. The method of research used was the data of Input-Output Tables of Indonesia in 2008 and biplot analysis. The results showed that an increase in the growth of air transport, the impact on growth in air transport itself with multiplier (1.71), the oil refining industry with multiplier (0.11), the services sector with multiplier (0.10), the other industries sector with multiplier (0.08), the transport sector industries with multiplier (0.07) as well as trade sector with multiplier (0.06). Through biplot analysis is known that Lion Air forms a cluster. The cluster is characterized by a variable of passenger transported (pnp_diak), the plane departed (pes_brk) and load-factor of passenger (lf_pnp). A cluster that has the advantage of variable of km-plane (km_pes) is Garuda Indonesia Airline and Batavia Air in 2010. A cluster that has the advantage of variable of load/actor of goods transported (lf_brg) is Merpati Nusantara Airline and Sriwijaya Air.Keywords: Multiplier, passengers transported, miles-plane, the plane left and aircraft flight hours Masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam perencanaan pembangunan yaitu sulitnya mengukur dampak ekonomi yang terjadi pada sektor-sektor lainnya, sebagai akibat pertumbuhan angkutan udara. Pada sisi lain, kebijakan deregulasi pada bisnis penerbangan membuat tidak ada lagi hambatan bagi maskapai penerbangan baru untuk masuk ke industri penerbangan sehingga persaingan usaha semakin kompetitif. Metode penelitian menggunakan data Tabel Input-Output Indonesia tahun 2008 dan biplot analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pertumbuhan angkutan udara, berdampak pada peningkatan pertumbuhan angkutan udara itu sendiri dengan multiplier (1,71), sektor industri pengilangan minyak dengan multiplier (0,11), sektor jasa-jasa dengan multiplier (0,10), sektor industri lainnya dengan multiplier (0,08), sektor industri angkutan dengan multiplier (0,07) serta sektor perdagangan dengan multiplier (0,06). Melalui biplot analisis diketahui bahwa maskapai penerbangan Lion Air membentuk satu klaster. Klaster tersebut dicirikan oleh variabel penumpang diangkut (pnp_diak), pesawat berangkat (pes_brk) dan load faktor penumpang (lf_pnp). Anggota kluster yang memiliki keunggulan pada variabel km-pesawat (km_pes) adalah Garuda Indonesia Airline dan Batavia Air tahun 2010. Anggota klaster yang memiliki_keunggulan pada variabel load faktor barang yang diangkut (lf_brg) adalah Merpah Nusantara Airline dan Sriwijaya Air. Kata kunci : Multiplier, penumpang diangkut, km-pesawat, pesawat berangkat dan jam terbang pesawat

Abstract

Application of technologtj in economic development of a nation spread across various eronomic sectors,including transportation and communication sector. In Indonesia, the progress achieved bytransportation and communication sector-especially in terms of value added grawth- over the lastthree decades can not be separated from the role of technological progress in this sector. By using t.otalfactor productivihj (TFP) approach as a indicator for the role of technological progress, this papertries to calculate and analyze how much the role of technological progress in the grawth of transportationand communication sector. Calculation method used is growth accounting method whichapplied to the Cobb-Douglas production function. The calculations shaw that during the period1977-2007 transportation and communication sector achieved grawth rate m;erage 7.77% per year,where 2.29% of which came from the contribution of technological progress (TFPG). The role of thistechnology is greater than the role of labor grawth (1.85%), but slightly belaw the role of capitalgrowth (3.63%). Abstract

Integration antannoda at international airports and seaports in Indonesia's need to be supported withfacilities/ tenninals far integration antannoda integrated in order to improve the quality of transportationservice on service users. The important role of integrated facilities far transfer nwde still needsto be organized with a facilib.J poliaj / antannoda integrated tenninal. Port and airport facilities inaccordance with the wishes of the user port and airport services that meet the criteria as ports andairports with integrated services in order to support the development of antannoda transport, therebyincreasing the transportation service effectively and efficiently.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, further analysis of transportation service performanceusing analyti.cal tools antannoda Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the CustomerSatisfaction Index (CSI). Abstract

The development of metropolitan cihJ as Jakarta for years is high, thus the demand Jo transportationservices. Tcui is one of mode transportation which is mostly used by middle to high class people. Theproblem is, sometimes many people are wasting time for waiting empty taxi, mean while manyempty taxi, are searching for the passenger.The objective of this simulation model is to direct the taxi, movement to get passenger with the help ofi~b "based software. So then, there is information to direct the taxi, mavement to choose the right Wat}to get passenger with high possibilihJ rate of passenger.The taxi, driver is equipped by GPS that will find out the coordinate position data of geographical. Toinput the data such as position of start-finish and arrival time of passenger it can be done by cellμlarphone then data will be transmit to ~bsite.Using simulation approaching, a Monte Carlo simulation model can be build that will optimize taxi,driver to find passenger. This modeling will be able to estimate the possibilihj of passenger arrival anddistribution of taxi, cars in one area. The comparison of simulation without modeling resuled intincreament of some aspects, such as increment of delivetJ services increase to 81.48%, searching timeand waiting time become 4.12% and 6.45% respectively.Keyword: taxi, movement, waiting time, travel time, Monte-Carlo Simulation

I71e problem is whether the rood reasonable to derelop eamomically not only benefit but alsoadvantage. Another problem is to find out the advantage of amtribution with and without dereloping.Methodology of this studtj is traffic suroci; method with four step planning analysis model (trip generation,trip attraction, modal split and traffic assignment) and eamomic analysis. Abstract

To increase the share of the national fleet charge for Crude Palm Oil (CPO), the necessary readiness of domestic shipping operators. Anticipation that shipping companies can do is to follow the market mechanism, one way to increase ship technology. This is due to the transport of palm oil are required to use double-hull vessels. This study aims to enhance the development of the national share of the cargo fleet capable of transporting cargo for the CPO. With the SWOT analysis is used to solve this problem. Based on the SWOT analysis that in order to reach your potential cargo marine transportation fleet to CPO lies in quadrat I, which is a very profitable situation, where the strategy is to utilize the opportunity and power that, by improving the management of shipping companies, which is guided by the Law no. 17 of 2008 on the voyage and the Presidential Regulation No. 44 of 2005 on Ratification of the International Covention on Maritime liens Mortgage.Keywords: Crude Palm Oil, Sea Transportation.

Abstract

The past decade has witnessed a rapid grawth of interest in the development of fast catamaran for various applications. The paper describes the study of interference resistance components on demihull separation. Catamarans or twin-hull vessels may be formed either by connecting two symmetrical demihulls or by splitting a mono hull into two halves to form two asymmetric demihulls. The slenderbody method in Hull Speed- Maxsurf Program was used for predicting the resistance components. The method assumes that the ship's beam is small compared to its length. Effect of resistance interference components on catamaran hull separations are explained and discussed with some work from other published data, which shows good agreement.Keywords : Turning circle, zig-zag, ship, trim, speed.

Abstract

Impravement of passenger service at PT.Lion Air must be considered in order to meet desires and expectations of airlines services users. Research of Satisfaction Service User of Lion Air had taken sampling at the Djalaluddin - Airport Gorontalo. The number of sampling was 200 pasangers. The objective of the study is to determine the level of air transport services by PT. Lion Mentari Air during pre flight, in flight and post flight. Analysis method used the quadrant analysis by comparing the satisfaction value and expectations of the airline passenger. The study results showed that the attributes should be further enhanced its performance in order to satisfy the passengers is on time departure service, speed of baggage claim, and complaint handling goods I luggage (In the event of loss I damage).Keywords: services, satisfaction, airlines, passenger.
