Abstract

The general meaning of the word amanah in Surah an-nisa' verse 58 is the mandate to enforce the law of Allah fairly, both in personal life, society or state. In addition, another meaning of trust in this verse is that the position or mandate must be handed over to the person who has the right to carry it, anytime and anywhere. In the context of the life of the nation and state, all positions must be handed over to those who have gone through the legal or democratic process in obtaining the mandate. In this study, a literature method is used that involves collecting data analysis from various relevant sources such as books, tafsir books, and articles related to tafsir al-Munir and al-Azhar surah an-nisa' verse 58. This study aims to compare and analyze the interpretation of Surah an-nisa' verse 58 from the perspective of Tafsir al-Munir and al-Azhar. The results of this study found differences and similarities between Tafsir al-Munir and al-Azhar. Wahbah Zuhaili interprets the word amanah in this verse to include a broad meaning, meaning all types of trusts that exist, both trusts related to oneself or related to the rights of others as well as trusts related to Allah. Meanwhile, Buya Hamka interpreted that the mandate should be given to someone who is indeed an expert. The same interpretation of the two says that maintaining trust is one of the main keys in Islamic religious teachings.

Abstract

Nasab determines the part of inheritance, guardianship, nurturing, nurturing and things related to it. Without a nasab relationship, many things will be difficult to solve. Children resulting from adultery are considered legally invalid because adultery is considered an act that is not halal and violates the provisions of sharia. In this case, the child does not have the legal nasab of his biological father if sufficient evidence shows that the child is the result of adultery. In Islam, a child born from an extramarital relationship is considered not to have a nasab (lineage) relationship with his biological father, but only with his mother. Therefore, there are two differences of opinion of mufassir about the nasab of adultery children The purpose of this study is to find out how different opinions are about the nasab of adultery children according to Al-Qurthubu and Wahbah Zuhaili. This study uses a comparative research method with a qualitative approach, namely by looking for differences contained in various primary and secondary sources and exploring and describing the research with a description of differences of opinion about the nasab of the child of adultery Imam Al-Qurthubi argues about the fate of the child of adultery that the child born from the result of adultery does not follow his father but follows his mother, If the child is born to a woman, then he cannot be the guardian in his marriage and can be married by the husband of the mother. According to Wahbah Zuhaili, children born from adultery are haram to marry a man from the mother because the man is still included in the category of mushoharoh. Marriage of a pregnant woman because adultery is allowed. If she gives birth to a child after six months of the marriage contract, her destiny will be to that man. If it is less than six months from the time of the marriage contract, then it is not given to him unless the man makes a vow that the child is his child and does not explain that the child is not from adultery.

Abstract

Surah al-Fatihah is known by various other names. First, Surah al-fatihah, this surah is the opening surah of the Qur'an and is read in every prayer, as explained by Ath-Thabari. Second, Ummul Kitab, which means "Mother of the Book," this surah covers the essence of the teachings of the Qur'an. In this surah al-fatihah, there is also praise to Allah, recognition of His power, devotion to Him, obedience to His commands and prohibitions, and a request to be guided to His pleasure. The name "um" in Arabic is often used to refer to something that encompasses a variety of things. During life, whether consciously or unconsciously, the mind has a great influence in dealing with all situations, and can even affect changes in a person. The outward appearance of a human being is a reflection of his inner world. A person becomes what he thinks, because the mind gives energy to realize what he wants to achieve. The prophets chosen by God to get guidance and guide mankind to the truth, have a special way of thinking. They always say and act correctly, have seriousness, trust, intelligence, and openness, and convey something that must be conveyed. They are awakened from sin and transgression, keeping their identity well. Likewise the story experienced by the prophet Ayyub As.

Abstract

The history of mental health shows changes from supernatural views in ancient times to scientific approaches. The background of this study was to understand the evolution of views and treatments of mental disorders from various historical periods, ranging from Egypt, Ancient Greece, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, to the scientific era and the application of historical approaches to mental health. The aim of this study was to identify key changes in mental health approaches and their impact on contemporary therapeutic practice. The results show that while mental disorders were once often associated with mystification and treated through exorcism, the development of science and philosophy brought a more humane and scientific approach. The 20th and 21st centuries marked the use of psychotropic drugs and holistic approaches that considered social, economic and cultural factors. Historical approaches to mental therapy provide a scientific and empathic context, helping people identify effective practices and reduce mental health stigma.

Abstract

This study explores the combined effects of emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and psychological well-being on managerial competence within nonprofit organizations. The sector's unique challenges necessitate effective management to balance mission-driven goals with organizational sustainability. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 managers through structured questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis, conducted using JASP software, revealed that emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and psychological well-being significantly predict managerial competence. The model with these predictors (M₁) explained 84.7% of the variance in managerial competence (R² = 0.849, Adjusted R² = 0.847) and demonstrated a substantial improvement over the baseline model (M₀) with an R² of 0.000. The coefficients for emotional intelligence (β = 0.450, t = 7.223, p < 0.001), employee engagement (β = 0.473, t = 7.826, p < 0.001), and psychological well-being (β = 0.465, t = 7.419, p < 0.001) were all highly significant. Among these, employee engagement had the strongest impact on managerial competence. The ANOVA test confirmed the model's robustness, with an F-value of 293.461 (p < 0.001), indicating that these variables collectively explain a significant portion of the variance in managerial competence. This study highlights the importance of integrating these factors to enhance managerial effectiveness in nonprofit settings.
