Abstract

Abstract: Measurement and Evaluation of Indoor Air Quality in Residential Low – Income Apartment : Case Study of Rusunawa Tingkulu Manado This research aims to determine the air quality in the residential space of Rusunawa Tingkulu. Indoor air quality is very vulnerable to exposure to pollution both from outside and inside the room. Poor air quality can be a contributing factor to the health and comfort of occupants of residential spaces. The focus of this research is to determine and identify air quality variables in residential spaces, namely on physical quality such as wind speed, air temperature, relative humidity, Pm2.5, Pm10, and chemical quality such as CO₂, HCHO, VOC, and O₂ levels. The method used in this research is field observation using measuring instruments as instruments for measuring variables that affect indoor air quality. Air quality data obtained from measurements are compared with standard data on ideal air requirements in the home space referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The data is then described in the form of graphs and tabulations, then explained descriptively. From the results of the measurements taken, it was found that the physical quality and chemical quality of CO₂ in residential spaces did not meet the required standards. Meanwhile, chemical quality variables such as HCHO, VOC, and O₂ levels have met the ideal air quality standards in residential spaces.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the design of ventilation in residential houses at the Royal Residence on the direction of incoming wind flow to increase indoor thermal comfort. The research was carried out using quantitative methods, where values ​​were taken by direct measurements at the location and then analyzed using CFD simulations Cradle CFD and Energy 2D. The research results show that the existing ventilation design of Casement Top Hung produces an average indoor wind speed of 0.281 m/s, not good enough to flow air into the room evenly, the Vertically Pivoted type produces an average wind speed of 1.28 m/s, and the air is channeled evenly so that the wind that enters the room provides thermal comfort to the occupants. The direction of the opening greatly influences the speed and distribution of incoming air to support air comfortable for people. The landscape greatly affects the placement of openings and the types of windows where wind can be spread throughout the room evenly to provide thermal comfort for occupants. These results can be used as an evaluation in trends of selection window types and for further research in improving the thermal comfort of residential in different landscape environmental conditions.

Abstract

Abstract : Design and Construction of a Kaidipang Vocational School Student Attendance System Using WEB-Based RFID and ESP 8266. This research aims to build a web-based RFID and ESP8266 attendance system. This system uses RFID cards to identify students and store attendance data digitally. The methods used in this research are literature study, observation and experiment. The research results show that the RFID and web-based ESP8266 attendance system can read and process data quickly and accurately, and student attendance is recorded correctly. This system can also operate consistently and does not experience significant disruption. The implementation of an RFID-based and web-based ESP8266 attendance system at SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of recording student attendance data at SMK 1 Kaidipang, which currently still uses conventional attendance, resulting in time inefficiencies, proneness to loss of absence data, and the use of a lot of paper. and attendance printing costs.

Abstract

Abstract: Design and Construction of an FM Radio Trainer System for Student Learning at the Electronics and Telecommunications Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University. This research aims to build an FM Radio Trainer as student learning in the Basic Telecommunication Engineering course. The method used in this research is literature study and experimentation. The FM Radio Trainer design uses IC LA1260 as an FM Tuner and IF Amplifier, IC LA3361 as a Multiplexer and Demodulator, IC TDA 2004 as a Power Amplifier. The test results were carried out to measure the parameters VAntenna, VCC, IF, AFC (IC LA1260), MPX, Demodulator, VRight, VLeft (IC LA3361), VRight input Output, VLeft Input Output (IC TDA2004). The test results carried out on RRI Pro1 FM 101.8MHz Radio broadcast show that the results are in accordance with the tuning frequency. The gain of the output signal (A) occurs 5 times that of the input signal and the sound intensity level is 13.9 dB.

Abstract

Kenaikan BBM ini berdampak secara langsung maupun tak langsung terhadap biaya konstruksi. Dampak dari kenaikan BBM itu sendiri akan berdampak langsung kepada penggunaan alat berat dalam pengerjaan proyek konstruksi, dengan menganalisa harga satuan pekerjaan yang menggunakan alat berat berdasaran analisa biaya produktivitas alat berat per jam (sewa alat berat) dengan menggunakan analisa sensitivitas metoda regresi hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa proyek jalan memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kenaikan BBM dan biaya proyek konstruksi karena pada proyek jalan menggunakan banyak jenis alat berat, selain itu pada item pekerjaan galian proyek jalan ini memiliki nilai persentase kenaikan tertinggi pada harga satuan pekerjaan sebesar 19,65% untuk kenaikan solar non subsidi sebesar 40%. Nilai T hitung yang menggunakan metoda regresi untuk analisa sensitivitas terbesar terdapat pada proyek jalan terdapat pada item pekerjaan galian (mekanis), pada proyek SDA pekerjaan mobilisasi dan demobilisasi alat berat dan pada proyek gedung juga pekerjaan mobilisasi alat berat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Identifikasi Faktor Penting dalam Manajemen Material Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Konstruksi Jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi proses dan menyusun hirarki fakto penting manajemen material untuk pekerjaan konstruksi jalan. Proyek jalan berbeda dengan proyek gedung, salah satu yang membedakan proyek jalan adalah jumlah material yang dibutuhkan sangat besar, material terbesar berada pada item pekerjaan timbunan. Sehingga dibutuhkan manajemen material dalam konstruksi jalan yang memegang peranan penting dalam menjamin kelancaran dan kualitas proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dipakai dengan wawancara mendalam dan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan content analisis serta kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah dengan analytical hierarchy process. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemilihan material yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai bobot sebesar 31%, hal ini menunjukkan faktor pemilihan material berpengaruh penting dalam proses manajemen material yang juga berdampak terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi sebesar 56%,= berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi jalan. Selanjutnya faktor penting kedua pada proses manejemen material adalah menjaga persediaan material 16% menunjukan proyek konstruksi yang tepat waktu. Faktor penting ketiga hasil penelitian ini adalah pemilihan pemasok material sebesar 13% menunjukan biaya yang murah dengan mutu yang bagus dengan mempertimbangkan pemasok material yang akan dipilih. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen material yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan hasil akhir proyek konstruksi jalan Kata kunci: Pekerjaan Jalan; AHP; Faktor Penting Manajemen Material

Abstract

Kota Makassar menjadi salah satu jalur perdagangan Internasional. Pelabuhan Paotere dikategorikan sebagai pelabuhan tradisional/rakyat yang dimiliki oleh kerajaan Gowa-Tallo pada abad ke 14. Seiring perkembangan Tempat Pelelangan Ikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir, kapasitas Tempat Pelelangan Ikan tersebut terlampaui, sehingga menimbulkan banyak permasalahan, antara lain sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memenuhi syarat, sirkulasi dan lahan parkir yang tidak memadai. Apabila melihat potensi yang ada dalam Kawasan Tempat pelelangan ikan tersebut dapat menjadi pusat sarana perikanan tidah hanya sekedar tempat pelelangan ikan ikan melainkan pusat kuliner, oleh oleh khas daerah dan berbagai tempat perdagangan UMKM sehingga dibutuhkan kajian untuk meredesain kawasan tersebut, khususnya Tempat Pelelangan Ikan yang akan dipenuhi oleh sarana dan prasaran penunjang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruang serta standar dermaga pendaratan perikanan bahan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang lainnya agar Kawasan tersebut berkembang dan menumbuhkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat dan Kawasan percontohan untuk wilayah Indonesia bagian timur dengan itu konsep ekologi arsitektur yang lebih mengembangkan konsep dengan menyatukan dengan lingkungan sekitar diantaranya keselarasan dengan klimatologi wilayah setempat bahkan kelanjutan Kawasan tersebut untuk ke masa akan datang masih terpenuhi secara kapasitas, fungsi dan bentuk arsitekturnya. Abstract

The aim of this research is to create a resort building in the Mariona Jellyfish Lake area by implementing ecotourism architecture in the design. This study method uses descriptive analysis to determine field conditions, markets and tourist interests. Data collection was carried out through field surveys to obtain primary data, which included direct observation of site conditions, analysis of physical conditions and the environment around the site. The natural beauty of the Mariona Jellyfish Lake area and its surroundings should be enjoyed. However, there is no adequate cultivation in the area at present, so conditions remain natural and disorganized, which makes it impossible to enjoy the existing natural beauty comfortably. To achieve this, good processing is needed, namely creating a tourist spot to enjoy natural beauty, especially by utilizing the Mariona Jellyfish Lake to preserve the environment and preserve the life and health of local residents. Lack of knowledge about natural processing causes nature to become damaged and cannot be enjoyed by humans. Therefore, there needs to be a place where people can enjoy the beauty of nature while protecting it so that it can be enjoyed now and in the future. Because the location is far from the city, you cannot visit all the tourist attractions in one day, tourist attractions must be supported by the resort. Therefore, a resort must be built that provides various recreational and tourist facilities in addition to accommodation.

Abstract

Tourism is a development sector that has become the focus of the Indonesian government because it plays a crucial role in the country’s progress, especially as a foreign exchange contributor. As one of the important economic sectors, tourism not only drives the economy but also serves as an effective means to reduce unemployment rates. One of the potential tourist attractions in Gorontalo is the Paguyaman Dam. This dam offers beautiful natural scenery, often utilized by the community for recreation and tourism. However, using the Paguyaman Dam as a tourist attraction has not gotten serious attention from the local government,necessitating improvements in various aspects such as area development, facility provision, and enhancement of supporting infrastructure. Applying the ecological architecture approach, the design concept adapts to the climate and surrounding environment, optimizes low energy use,and utilizes existing resources. The focus of developing the Paguyaman Dam tourism area aims to provide facilities that support tourism and recreational activities there. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data, involving direct observation,interviews, literature studies, book references, journals, and online sources. The collected data are analyzed to produce a design concept that adheres to applicable regulations. The results of this report are a design concept that can serve as a guide for continuing the development of the Paguyaman Dam tourism area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to plan the timing of material usage and determine the material requirements at the Kanto – Pulahenti road improvement project site. This research method discusses scheduling techniques and material allocation in a construction project using the Line Of Balance (LOB) method. Data collection was conducted through field surveys to obtain primary data, which includes direct observations that can influence planning and allocation of heavy equipment, such as distance, time, and working conditions on site. From the analysis of the construction project data for the Kanto – Pulahenti road, using the Line of Balance (LOB) method allows for detailed planning of material usage, highlighting the execution time and the duration required for the construction project. The duration needed for the construction work on the Kanto - Pulahenti road using the Line of Balance (LOB) method is 26 weeks. However, scheduling with the Line of Balance (LOB) method would be more effective if the data obtained for the project were more detailed. This research is expected to provide guidance for students and others in the theoretical and practical realms of civil engineering, particularly in the context of scheduling and material allocation in projects.
