Abstract

Financial management at the Putri Walisongo Islamic Boarding School, Jombang, includes acquisition, allocation, use of funds, reports, audits and accountability. The system is still manual using ledgers and sharia books for recording, so administrators experience difficulties in managing income, expenses and accounting. To overcome these obstacles, a web-based financial information system using PHP and MySQL was developed. This system applies the MOORA method as decision support for cash replenishment based on frequency of use, total expenditure and remaining budget. The system involves two users, namely the treasurer and supervisor, who can add, change and delete cash data. The data managed includes student information, income, expenses and reports. With this system, financial management becomes easier and more efficient because it is computerized. Keywords:information system ,finance,moora

Abstract

The development of modern technology plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and societal well-being. The demand for efficient and energy-saving automatic tools is increasing, both in industry and households. Plant growth heavily depends on environmental parameters such as temperature and soil moisture, which must align with the plant's needs. In Lamongrejo Village, tobacco farmers still use manual irrigation methods, which are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient in water usage, thus decreasing the interest of young generations in agriculture. This research aims to design and test an IoT (Internet of Things)-based automatic plant irrigation system using the fuzzy Mamdani method. This system employs soil moisture and temperature sensors to monitor soil conditions in real-time, which are then processed using the fuzzy Mamdani method to regulate the water volume. The research findings indicate that the soil moisture sensor and DHT-11 function effectively, categorizing soil conditions into very good, good, poor, and bad, and automatically adjusting the irrigation volume accordingly. Irrigation is scheduled automatically every day at 3:00 PM with the help of an RTC module. Using this system makes it possible to increase irrigation efficiency, conserve resources, and attract the interest of young generations in agriculture. Abstract

Quick response to complaints about information technology problems is very important in supporting the stability of hospital operations. The aim of this internship activity is to develop a Technician module for the web-based IT Helpdesk system at Hasyim Asy'ari Jombang Hospital. Requirements analysis is part of system development to ensure that features are available, allowing technicians to receive complaint reports, manage repair tasks, and update problem resolution status. For system development, the CodeIgniter Framework was used, and the testing focused on workflow efficiency and ease of use for technicians. Implementation results show that the Technician module in the IT Helpdesk increases response and problem resolution by up to 25%, reduces system downtime, and speeds up operational recovery of IT services. This system provides a solution that supports technicians in carrying out their duties effectively and increases the stability of IT operations in hospitals. Abstract

Efficient and centralized management of wireless networks is a primary requirement in modern network infrastructure, especially in large-scale organizations. MikroTik RouterOS provides a Controlled Access Point System Manager (CAPsMAN) feature that enables centralization of wireless access point settings, thereby reducing the complexity of individual device management. This research aims to optimize wireless network management using CAPsMAN on MikroTik RouterOS. Research methods include network requirements analysis, device configuration, CAPsMAN implementation, and network performance evaluation based on throughput, latency and connection stability parameters. The results show that the use of CAPsMAN significantly improves network management efficiency by making it easier to set network parameters such as SSID, security, and bandwidth allocation. Additionally, this implementation reduces configuration time by up to 40% compared to manual methods. Testing also showed network stability improvements of up to 20% in an environment with 35 access points. This research provides a practical contribution in utilizing CAPsMAN features to improve the management of complex wireless networks. This implementation is especially relevant for educational institutions, companies, and other work environments that require a reliable and easy-to-manage network infrastructure. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for network administrators in adopting similar technology to face the challenges in managing wireless networks that continue to develop. Abstract

Education is an important element in nation building, with the Smart Indonesia Programme (PIP) as one of the government initiatives to improve access and quality of education for students from economically weak families. However, the implementation of PIP often faces obstacles in the selection of beneficiaries, especially in manual processes that are prone to subjectivity and human error. This research aims to develop a web-based decision support system with the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to improve the objectivity, efficiency, and accuracy of PIP beneficiary selection at MI Al-Adnani, Jombang.The research was conducted through the stages of analysis, data collection, and method implementation. The TOPSIS method was chosen because of its ability to handle uncertainty in decision-making by considering various criteria such as parents‘ income, number of family dependents, parents’ occupation, orphan status, and ownership of KIP and PKH cards.The results showed that the application of the TOPSIS method was successfully integrated into a web application, resulting in a ranking of students who are eligible to receive assistance objectively and transparently. In a comparison test of calculations using the TOPSIS method between the system and Excel, the same recommendation of students receiving aid was obtained, with the highest scores for Amrullah Rafie Purnawan (0.7), Muhammad Afnan Atma Purnama (0.7), and Hayqo Mazaya (0.6). This application is proven to be effective in reducing subjectivity, increasing selection accuracy, and providing transparency to the school so that it can be a quick and efficient solution in the distribution of educational assistance at MI Al-Adnani. Abstract

General Elections (Pemilu) are a crucial pillar of Indonesian democracy, and their success heavily relies on effective oversight. The District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of elections at the district level. This research aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for the recruitment process of the Panwascam at Bawaslu Ponorogo Regency. The Panwascam selection process often faces challenges due to the large number of applicants, which can make it difficult for the selection team to determine the best candidates according to the established criteria. To overcome these issues, a web-based DSS utilizing the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method was developed. The SMART method was chosen for its ability to analyze and assign weights to various criteria transparently and simply, thereby generating more objective and efficient selection recommendations. The output of this system is a final SMART calculation result that can be used by Bawaslu Ponorogo Regency as a recommendation in the decision-making process for accepting Panwascam members. It is expected that with this SMART-based DSS, the Panwascam selection process can run faster and more accurately, and reduce subjectivity in determining successful candidates. The system's accuracy evaluation shows a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.0048%, confirming a high consistency and reliability between the system's calculation results and manual calculations.

Abstract

Data security in document files that are sent or stored digitally is one of the problems in the current technological era. Especially the use of digital platforms to share information can be a target for data theft, so a solution is needed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data sent over the internet network. One way to solve this problem is to implement a secure and easy-to-implement cryptographic algorithm, one of which is the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a key length of 128 bits. AES is an algorithm that has proven its security and is widely used to protect data in various applications. By encrypting document files using AES, data sent via digital platforms can be protected and prevent access from unauthorized parties, because only those who have the key can decrypt it. The results of the ciphertext randomness test using Shannon entropy obtained an average entropy value of 7.96. This value proves that the randomness level of the ciphertext is very high, approaching the maximum value of 8 which produces a random ciphertext, thus strengthening data security from potential pattern analysis or cryptanalyst attacks.

Abstract

Abstract Objective and transparent teacher performance appraisal is very important to improve the quality of education. This research aims to develop a web-based teacher performance appraisal system using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method at SMK 10 November Jombang. The system allows assessment based on four main criteria: Pedagogic (40%), Personality (20%), Social (20%), and Professional (20%), with 14 indicators to assess teacher performance. The results show that the application of the SMART method in a web-based system can improve the objectivity and transparency of the assessment. Teachers with the highest utility scores such as Eti Pertiwisasi, S.Pd, Desy H Arini, S.Kom, Deny Saputro, S.Kom, and Angga Setiya Budi, S.Kom scored 1.00, while Anggit Kinanti, S.Pd scored 0.93. The system also supports more objective decision-making and provides constructive feedback for teachers' professional development. The results of this system compared to manual calculations show high consistency. This research is expected to contribute to improving the quality of teacher performance appraisal and the quality of education at SMK 10 November Jombang. Abstract

The internet has become a very vital infrastructure in supporting various academic and administrative activities in higher education. This research aims to evaluate the performance of the internet network at ITEBIS PGRI Dewantara Jombang using the Quality of Service (QoS) method, which includes measuring parameters such as Throughput, Delay (Latency), Packet Loss, and Jitter. The application of the QoS method proved effective in providing a clear picture of network performance, which was measured in various campus locations such as PPSI, Library, and KPM. Using a web-based application developed with the Laravel framework, network performance data can be managed and visualized easily, allowing Admins and Heads to manage and monitor network service quality in real-time. The results show that locations such as PPSI have excellent service quality with an average index value of 3.5, while other locations such as the Library and KPM have sufficient service quality with an average index value of 2. Although the available bandwidth is quite large, problems such as uneven traffic distribution or sub-optimal configuration need to be fixed to improve service quality in some locations.

Abstract

Air quality is an important factor that affects human health, especially in densely populated urban areas. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoring information system using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The problem faced is the lack of an air quality monitoring system that can provide real-time data in Jombang Square, which is an area with a high level of vehicles. The method used in this study is Fuzzy Mamdani, which allows the processing of data from sensors to determine the air quality category, which is good, bad, or harmful. The system uses an ESP-12 NodeMCU microcontroller, an MQ-135 sensor to detect carbon monoxide (CO), and a DHT11 sensor to measure temperature and humidity. The collected data will be analyzed and displayed in real-time through the blynk app, which also notifies users when the air quality reaches dangerous levels. The test results showed that the system was able to classify air quality with good accuracy, with an average Mean Absolute Error of 0,4%. This system has proven to be effective in providing accurate and responsive information about air quality conditions, so that it can be used as a tool in decision-making related to public health.
