Abstract

The legitimacy crisis of state-centric global governance in a contemporary multipolar world demands the emergence of alternative non-territorial actors. The Holy See stands out as an institutional anomaly, operating as a resilient transnational governance apparatus without relying on military or economic coercive instruments. This study aims to analyze the bureaucratic anatomy and effectiveness of the Holy See’s global policy implementation through the theoretical lenses of Network Governance, Transnational Public Administration, and Institutional Legitimacy (lex imperfecta). A qualitative approach utilizing a single instrumental case study design was employed. Secondary data, including papal encyclicals (Laudato Si’ and Fratelli Tutti), official diplomatic archives, and contemporary institutional developments up to 2026, were analyzed using Qualitative Document Analysis integrated with the Institutional Analysis Framework. The findings reveal that the Roman Curia functions as a transnational rational-legal bureaucratic machine that combines centralized policy formulation with network-based decentralized execution via the principle of subsidiarity. Papal encyclicals act as substantive transnational policy papers capable of shaping global regulatory agendas, as demonstrated by the Holy See's ethics intervention regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the G7 Summit. Policy compliance is secured by converting moral authority into structural power, reinforced by sophisticated governance communication-such as the formal integration of the Indonesian language into Vatican News in 2026 to consolidate its network in the Indo-Pacific region. This study offers a radical novelty by expanding the locus of Public Administration and Governance disciplines beyond domestic-territorial boundaries. Keywords: Holy See, Moral Authority, Multipolar World, Network Governance, Transnational Public Administration.       Abstrak Krisis legitimasi tata kelola global berbasis negara dalam tatanan dunia multipolar menuntut kehadiran aktor alternatif non-teritorial. Tahta Suci muncul sebagai anomali institusional yang beroperasi sebagai aparatus tata kelola transnasional yang andal tanpa bersandar pada instrumen koersif militer atau ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anatomi birokrasi dan efektivitas implementasi kebijakan global Tahta Suci menggunakan pisau analisis teori Tata Kelola Jaringan (Network Governance), Administrasi Publik Transnasional, dan Legitimasi Kelembagaan (lex imperfecta). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus instrumental tunggal. Data sekunder berupa Ensiklik kepausan (Laudato Si’ dan Fratelli Tutti), dokumen diplomatik resmi, dan dinamika kelembagaan mutakhir tahun 2026 dianalisis menggunakan teknik Analisis Dokumen Kualitatif yang diintegrasikan dengan Kerangka Analisis Institusional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kuria Roma berfungsi sebagai mesin birokrasi rasional-legal transnasional yang mengombinasikan formulasi kebijakan terpusat dengan desentralisasi berbasis jaringan melalui prinsip subsidiaritas. Dokumen Ensiklik bertindak sebagai instrumen kebijakan publik transnasional substantif (policy papers) yang mampu memengaruhi agenda regulasi dunia, seperti intervensi etika Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) pada KTT G7. Kepatuhan kebijakan (policy compliance) dicapai melalui utilisasi otoritas moral sebagai kekuasaan struktural, yang diperkuat oleh kecanggihan komunikasi pemerintahan (governance communication) berupa integrasi Bahasa Indonesia pada Vatican News tahun 2026 untuk memperluas jangkauan jaringan di kawasan Indo-Pasifik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi kebaruan radikal dengan memperluas lokus disiplin Ilmu Pemerintahan melampaui batas domestik-teritorial negara-bangsa, sekaligus menyediakan fondasi konseptual makro bagi studi tata kelola transnasional masa depan. Abstract

The value of Belief in the One and Only God is a fundamental principle in the life of the Indonesian nation and state, functioning as a moral, ethical, and spiritual foundation in building a harmonious social order. This study aims to analyze the forms of implementation of the value of Belief in the One and Only God in community life and its relevance to the dynamics of nationhood and statehood. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical type of research, through literature review, conceptual analysis, and interpretation of various social phenomena related to religious and national life. The results of the study indicate that the value of Belief in the One and Only God not only has a theological dimension but also serves as an ethical guideline in shaping attitudes of tolerance, justice, social responsibility, and respect for diversity. The implementation of this value is reflected in state practices, social interactions, and the collective awareness of society in maintaining national unity. This study confirms that strengthening the value of Belief in the One and Only God is an important element in facing the challenges of modernity, including moral crises, social conflicts, and value degradation. Therefore, the internalization of this value needs to be continuously developed through education, public policy, and social culture to strengthen national character. Keywords: Implementation, Belief in the One and Only God, Nationhood, Statehood Abstrak Nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa merupakan prinsip fundamental dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di Indonesia, yang berfungsi sebagai landasan moral, etika, dan spiritual dalam membangun tatanan sosial yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk implementasi nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa dalam kehidupan masyarakat serta relevansinya terhadap dinamika kebangsaan dan kenegaraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-analitis, melalui kajian literatur, analisis konseptual, dan interpretasi terhadap berbagai fenomena sosial yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan keagamaan dan kebangsaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa tidak hanya memiliki dimensi teologis, tetapi juga berperan sebagai pedoman etis dalam membentuk sikap toleransi, keadilan, tanggung jawab sosial, serta penghormatan terhadap keberagaman. Implementasi nilai tersebut tercermin dalam praktik kehidupan bernegara, interaksi sosial, serta kesadaran kolektif masyarakat dalam menjaga persatuan nasional. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa menjadi elemen penting dalam menghadapi tantangan modernitas, termasuk krisis moral, konflik sosial, dan degradasi nilai. Oleh karena itu, internalisasi nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa perlu terus dikembangkan melalui pendidikan, kebijakan publik, dan budaya sosial untuk memperkuat karakter kebangsaan. Abstract

Ekstrak daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum W.) mengandung berbagai senyawa bioaktif yang berpotensi memengaruhi proses pembelahan sel dan kestabilan materi genetik. Pengujian sitotoksisitas dan genotoksisitas menggunakan metode Allium cepa test banyak digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senyawa bioaktif terhadap aktivitas mitosis dan aberasi kromosom. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak daun salam terhadap indeks mitosis dan aberasi kromosom pada sel akar Allium cepa L. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas perlakuan ekstrak daun salam konsentrasi 5%, 10%, dan 15% serta akuades sebagai kontrol. Pengamatan dilakukan pada sel meristematik akar Allium cepa menggunakan mikroskop cahaya dengan perbesaran 400×. Parameter yang diamati meliputi fase mitosis, indeks mitosis, dan aberasi kromosom. Data indeks mitosis dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun salam menyebabkan penurunan indeks mitosis seiring dengan peningkatan konsentrasi perlakuan. Nilai indeks mitosis pada kontrol, konsentrasi 5%, 10%, dan 15% berturut-turut sebesar 52,37%; 45,30%; 41,13%; dan 26,13%. Perlakuan ekstrak daun salam juga menyebabkan munculnya beberapa jenis aberasi kromosom, yaitu sticky metaphase, chromosome break, bridge, multi bridge, ring, dan c-mitosis. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun salam memiliki efek sitotoksik dan genotoksik terhadap sel meristematik akar Allium cepa. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi ekstrak yang diberikan, semakin kuat penghambatan proliferasi sel dan gangguan kestabilan materi genetik yang dihasilkan. Bay leaf extract (Syzygium polyanthum W.) contains various bioactive compounds that potentially affect the cell division process and the stability of genetic material. Cytotoxicity and genotoxicity testing using the Allium cepa test method is widely used to determine the effect of bioactive compounds on mitotic activity and chromosomal aberrations. This study aimed to determine the effect of bay leaf extract on the mitotic index and chromosomal aberrations in Allium cepa L. root cells. This study used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of bay leaf extract treatments at concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15%, as well as distilled water as the control. Observations were conducted on the meristematic root cells of Allium cepa using a light microscope at 400× magnification. The observed parameters included mitotic phases, mitotic index, and chromosomal aberrations. Mitotic index data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s test at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that bay leaf extract caused a decrease in the mitotic index along with increasing treatment concentrations. The mitotic index values in the control and treatments of 5%, 10%, and 15% were 52.37%, 45.30%, 41.13%, and 26.13%, respectively. Bay leaf extract treatment also caused several types of chromosomal aberrations, namely sticky metaphase, chromosome break, bridge, multi bridge, ring, and c-mitosis. These results indicated that bay leaf extract had cytotoxic and genotoxic effects on the meristematic root cells of Allium cepa. The higher the extract concentration applied, the stronger the inhibition of cell proliferation and the disruption of genetic material stability produced. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of public transportation-based vocabulary cards on the ability to write recount texts for BIPA level 2 learners at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The data sources consisted of five BIPA level 2 learners from Korea and China. Data were collected through observation, recording, and note-taking techniques during the writing learning process. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of public transportation-based vocabulary cards helped learners understand new vocabulary and apply it in writing recount texts. This learning media made the learning process more interactive, communicative, and contextual. Four out of five learners were able to write recount texts with complete structures consisting of orientation, sequence of events, and reorientation. Learners were also able to use public transportation vocabulary such as berangkat, bus, ojek, and tiba in their writing. Therefore, public transportation-based vocabulary cards can be an effective alternative learning media to improve recount text writing skills for BIPA level 2 learners. Keywords: BIPA, Vocabulary Cards, Public Transportation, Writing, Recount Text.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan kartu kosakata berbasis transportasi umum terhadap kemampuan menulis teks rekon pemelajar BIPA level 2 di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian terdiri atas lima pemelajar BIPA level 2 asal Korea dan Tiongkok. Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, rekam, dan catat selama proses pembelajaran menulis berlangsung. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kartu kosakata berbasis transportasi umum mampu membantu pemelajar memahami kosakata baru dan menerapkannya dalam penulisan teks rekon. Media pembelajaran ini menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih interaktif, komunikatif, dan kontekstual. Sebanyak empat dari lima pemelajar mampu menulis teks rekon dengan struktur lengkap yang terdiri atas orientasi, urutan peristiwa, dan reorientasi. Pemelajar juga mampu menggunakan kosakata transportasi umum seperti berangkat, bus, ojek, dan tiba dalam tulisan mereka. Dengan demikian, kartu kosakata berbasis transportasi umum dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks rekon pada pemelajar BIPA level 2. Abstract

Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) learning serves as a means of introducing the Indonesian language and culture to international communities. However, the implementation of BIPA learning for learners with disabilities still faces various challenges related to accessibility, diverse learning needs, teacher competence, learning environments, and the curriculum and teaching materials used. Therefore, inclusive strategies are needed to support the creation of equitable and disability-friendly learning experiences. This study aims to describe the challenges encountered in BIPA learning for learners with disabilities and to identify inclusive strategies that can be implemented to address these challenges. This study employed a literature review method by examining various sources, including books, journal articles, conference proceedings, and other relevant academic documents. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed by identifying, classifying, and interpreting the collected sources. The findings reveal that the challenges in BIPA learning for learners with disabilities include limited accessibility of teaching materials and learning media, inadequate teacher competence in inclusive education, diverse needs and characteristics of learners with disabilities, learning environments that are not fully inclusive, and curricula and teaching materials that are not yet adaptive. The inclusive strategies identified include the use of multimodal learning media, enhancement of BIPA teachers’ competencies, implementation of differentiated instruction, creation of accessible and inclusive learning environments, and adaptation of curricula and teaching materials. These strategies are expected to support the development of BIPA learning that is more inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of learners with disabilities. Keywords: BIPA, Disability, Inclusive Learning, Inclusive Strategies, Learners With Disabilities..   Abstrak Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) merupakan salah satu sarana untuk memperkenalkan bahasa dan budaya Indonesia kepada masyarakat internasional. Namun, pelaksanaan pembelajaran BIPA bagi pemelajar disabilitas masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang berkaitan dengan aksesibilitas, keberagaman kebutuhan belajar, kompetensi pengajar, lingkungan belajar, serta kurikulum dan bahan ajar yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi inklusi yang mampu mendukung terciptanya pembelajaran yang setara dan ramah bagi seluruh pemelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran BIPA bagi pemelajar disabilitas serta mengidentifikasi strategi inklusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber pustaka berupa buku, artikel jurnal, prosiding, dan dokumen ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, dan menginterpretasikan berbagai sumber yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan dalam pembelajaran BIPA bagi pemelajar disabilitas meliputi keterbatasan aksesibilitas bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran, kompetensi pengajar dalam pembelajaran inklusif, keberagaman kebutuhan dan karakteristik pemelajar disabilitas, lingkungan belajar yang belum inklusif, serta kurikulum dan bahan ajar yang belum adaptif. Adapun strategi inklusi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran multimodal, peningkatan kompetensi pengajar BIPA, penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi, penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang aksesibel dan inklusif, serta adaptasi kurikulum dan bahan ajar. Strategi-strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat mendukung terwujudnya pembelajaran BIPA yang lebih inklusif, aksesibel, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pemelajar disabilitas. Abstract

Transformasi nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam menjadi isu penting dalam menghadapi dinamika globalisasi yang ditandai dengan liberalisasi pasar, perkembangan teknologi, serta meningkatnya kompleksitas sistem ekonomi global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai fundamental ekonomi Islam, seperti keadilan (adl), keseimbangan (tawazun), dan kemaslahatan (maslahah), dapat beradaptasi dan tetap relevan dalam konteks ekonomi modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber akademik, termasuk jurnal ilmiah dan buku referensi terkait ekonomi Islam dan globalisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi Islam memiliki fleksibilitas melalui prinsip-prinsip syariah yang universal, sehingga mampu bertransformasi tanpa kehilangan esensi normatifnya. Implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut tercermin dalam perkembangan sektor keuangan syariah, penguatan ekonomi berbasis etika, serta dorongan terhadap sistem ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti dominasi sistem kapitalis, rendahnya literasi ekonomi syariah, dan inkonsistensi regulasi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara akademisi, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan peran ekonomi Islam dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam pengembangan ekonomi Islam yang adaptif dan aplikatif di era global.

Abstract

Umat Islam di era modern menghadapi berbagai problematika kompleks yang muncul sebagai konsekuensi dari perkembangan peradaban global. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan-tantangan utama yang dihadapi umat Islam kontemporer, meliputi krisis identitas keagamaan, sekularisme, globalisasi budaya, kemiskinan struktural, lemahnya pendidikan Islam, degradasi moral, dan konflik internal umat. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif, penelitian mengkaji berbagai sumber ilmiah, kitab klasik, dan karya pemikir Islam kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika umat Islam bersifat multidimensional dan saling berkaitan antara aspek teologis, sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup reformasi pendidikan Islam, penguatan literasi digital berbasis nilai Islam, revitalisasi ijtihad, pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis syariah, dan penguatan persatuan umat melalui dialog antarmazhab. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa jawaban atas tantangan modernitas harus berangkat dari pemahaman Islam yang komprehensif, kontekstual, dan progresif tanpa melepaskan diri dari akar tradisi keilmuan Islam yang kokoh. This study aims to identify and analyze the main challenges faced by contemporary Muslims, including religious identity crisis, secularism, cultural globalization, structural poverty, weak Islamic education, moral degradation, and internal conflicts within the ummah. Through a literature study approach with descriptive-qualitative analysis, this research examines various scientific sources, classical texts, and works of contemporary Muslim thinkers. The findings indicate that the problems of the Muslim ummah are multidimensional and interrelated across theological, social, economic, and political dimensions. The solutions offered include Islamic educational reform, strengthening Islamic-value-based digital literacy, revitalization of ijtihad, sharia-based economic empowerment, and strengthening ummah unity through inter-madhab dialogue. This study concludes that answers to the challenges of modernity must stem from a comprehensive, contextual, and progressive understanding of Islam without detaching from the roots of its firm Islamic scholarly tradition. Abstract

Background: Self-medication is the selection and use of medicines to treat self-recognized symptoms without professional medical advice. South Kalimantan ranks second nationally in self-medication prevalence (±35%). Objective: To analyze the influence of knowledge level on self-medication patterns in Palampitan Hilir Village, Amuntai Tengah District. Methods: A descriptive non-experimental study using Simple Random Sampling with 100 respondents. Data were collected via a validated questionnaire (Cronbach's α = 0.821) and analyzed by Chi-square test (SPSS 25). Results: Most respondents had adequate knowledge (48%), followed by good (40%) and poor (12%). Eighty percent had inappropriate self-medication patterns. A significant relationship was found between knowledge level and self-medication pattern (p = 0.002). Age (p = 0.000) and education (p = 0.000) were significantly associated with knowledge, while gender (p = 0.280) and occupation (p = 0.132) were not. Conclusion: Knowledge level significantly influences self-medication patterns. Higher education and younger age are associated with better medication knowledge. Pharmacists should intensify community education on responsible self-medication. Kalimantan Selatan menempati peringkat kedua prevalensi swamedikasi nasional (±35%). Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan terhadap pola swamedikasi masyarakat Desa Palampitan Hilir Kecamatan Amuntai Tengah. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif non-eksperimental dengan Simple Random Sampling pada 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi (Cronbach's α = 0,821), dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square (SPSS 25). Hasil: Sebagian besar responden berpengetahuan cukup (48%), baik (40%), dan kurang (12%). Sebanyak 80% memiliki pola swamedikasi tidak tepat. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dan pola swamedikasi (p = 0,002). Usia (p = 0,000) dan pendidikan (p = 0,000) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan, sedangkan jenis kelamin (p = 0,280) dan pekerjaan (p = 0,132) tidak. Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola swamedikasi. Pendidikan lebih tinggi dan usia lebih muda berkaitan dengan pengetahuan swamedikasi yang lebih baik. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement through problem-based learning model of third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Mariri Lama. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto research type. The method in this study used correlational method or cause-effect relationship and the sample in this study amounted to 20 students through total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to measure motivation and learning discipline, and teaching treatment using the application of PBL learning model to obtain data on students' mathematics learning achievement. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and hypothesis tests which include t tests and F tests. The results of this study indicate that learning motivation and learning discipline have a positive and significant effect on students' mathematics learning achievement both partially and simultaneously as evidenced by the significance value of the F test of 0.048 <0.05. The average value of learning motivation (79.55), learning discipline (77.15) and mathematics learning achievement (81.25). Abstract

The influence of principal leadership and teacher work motivation in elementary schools in Poigar district. This research seeks to assess the degree to which principal leadership and work motivation contribute to teacher performance in Poigar District elementary schools. A quantitative associative design was used in this study. The research subjects were 220 teachers in Poigar District. Observation was used as the data collection technique, and questionnaires using a Likert scale and documentation. Data on principal leadership, work motivation, and teacher performance were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed utilizing descriptive statistical analysis, analysis prerequisite tests in the form of normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests and continued with multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient r. The results of the study showed 1) there was a significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance with a sig. 0.01 <0.05 and 7.149 > 1.971, so it was concluded that it was accepted. 2) there was an influence of teacher work motivation on teacher performance with a sig. 0.03 <0.05 and 7.013 > 1.971, so it was concluded that it was accepted. 3) Both principal leadership and teacher work motivation contribute to teacher performance with a sig. 004 < 0.05 and a value of 29.934 > 3.04, then accepted, with the outcomes of the coefficient of determination showing that principal leadership as well as work motivation contribute 60.8%. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna mencari tahu pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah disertai motivasi kerja pada kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Poigar. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif yang jenis penelitiannya asosiatif. Subjek penelitiannya ialah 220 guru di Kecamatan Poigar. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui observasi, kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner mengukur data kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, dan motivasi kerja. Data dianalisisnya mengadopsi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisisnya mencakup uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f, dan juga koefisien determinasi r. temuan penelitian membuktikan 1) ada pengaruh cukup signifikan dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada kinerja guru dengan sig. 0.01 < 0.05 dan 7.149 > 1.971, sehingga disimpulkan diterima. 2) ada pengaruh motivasi kerja guru pada kinerja guru dengan sig. 0.03 < 0.05 dan 7.013 > 1.971, alhasil disimpulkan diterima. 3) Kinerja guru terpengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru dengan sig. 004 < 0.05 dan nilai 29.934 > 3.04, kemudian diterima, dengan hasil koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan bahwasanya kepemimpinan dari kepala sekolah serta motivasi kerja berkontribusi 60.8%.
