Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore understanding and mastery of the material through exploratory descriptions of students in solving mathematical problems. The method used is descriptive qualitative exploratory with research subjects, namely three students (high, medium and low ability) at the Mathematics tadris, Bengkulu State Islamic Institute (IAIN) who are taking the Calculus 2 course.The main instrument is the researcher himself, while the auxiliary instrument in the form of two problem solving questions from the Derivative Application material that has been validated by previous research and interview guidelines. The data analysis procedure was carried out through a qualitative analysis of the written test results. The results of students' exploratory ability in solving mathematical problems, the average achievement of the assessment is in a good category on the indicator of mathematical exploration ability in the form of mathematically formulating situations and using mathematical concepts. While the indicators of compiling plans and solving mathematical problems are in the moderate category for low students (MR) and in the good category for students with moderate (MS) and high (MT) abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulties of students in working on questions on triangle material in class VII. As for the factors that cause difficulties in solving problems for students and internal factors or factors from within themselves and external factors, namely factors that arise from outside the student. This type of research is qualitative research that produces descriptive data. The subjects of this study were students of SMP 1 Bengkulu City, which consisted of 7 students in class VII.4 for the 2020 school year. Data collection techniques used are tests, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative including: data reduction, data presentation (data display) and conclusion drawing. After being analyzed and seen from the explanation of the table above, it is evident that the most types of errors are types of conceptual errors. This error occurs because of an error using the triangle formula in mathematics lessons. The factors of the difficulties experienced by students are not being careful, rushing in working on the questions, forgetting, not having enough time to do the questions, giving up quickly, being fooled, and anxious.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of video learning media on students' conceptual understanding abilities. This research is a quantitative study using experimental methods. In this study, a pre-experimental design was used using one group pretest-posttest design in order to determine the effect of learning video media on students' conceptual understanding abilities. The subjects of this study were 21 students of class XI IPA at Madrasah AliyahDarulQalamMerigiKelindang. In this research, there are several preparations which are divided into the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the analysis stage. Data collection techniques using essay form tests. The purpose of the test is to determine the ability of students to understand concepts after being given learning video media, the researcher analyzes the data using the SPSS application. So from the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence in the learning process using video learning media on the students' concept understanding ability in class XI IPA Madrasah AliyahDarulQalamMerigiKelindang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the supervision model to improve the responsibility and performance of teachers in learning. This research uses the school action research method and quasi exprement. The subject of this study is the physical eduction teacher of SMAN 2 Lahat who teacher in class X, XI and XII, with 36 student class in the 2019/2020 schoool year. Data collection methods in this study use teacher observasion sheets in carrying out the learning process. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistics tha is the mean ( mean) of the results of the academic suoervision model to improve the responsibility and performance of teachers in learning in improving understanding, and professionalism of teachers in the implementation of learning process.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out 1) The application of the STAD cooperative learning model can increase student Cooperation, 2) The application of the STAD cooperative learning model can improve student learning achievement in Islam Religion Education subjects in Students and 3) The effectiveness of the application of type cooperative learning models STAD in improving student learning achievement in learning Islam Religion Education subjects Class XII in SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. The problem in this study is that the learning methods used are less varied, the low attitude of student cooperation in participating in learning. This study used 25 subjects in PTK research, 20 in experimental class research, and 20 people in control class research.Data collection techniques in this study used observation and tests. The results of this study indicate that. The application of a STAD cooperative learning model can increase student cooperation in Islam Religion Education subjects. The application of a STAD cooperative learning model can improve student learning achievement in Islam Religion Education subjects. The application of a STAD cooperative learning model can effectively improve student learning achievement in Islam Religion Education subjects class XII in SMA Negeri 2 Lahat.

Abstract

Non-formal education is one of the education channels outside formal education. This aims to be able to keep up with the increasingly fast world development, and to answer the needs of situations and conditions, including in the current era of independent learning. The education policy for independent learning was implemented by the minister of education and culture (Kemendikbud) as a response to the need for the education system in the revolutionary era 4.O. The purpose of this study was to understand the development of non-formal education as a learning method for students in the independent learning era. This research uses library research (library research). With data sources from journals, research reports, news, books, and so on. So in this case, the development of non-formal education is part of the success of education in the era of independent learning. The reason is that in the era of independent learning, the learning process is not sufficient to only focus on formal education. Therefore, non-formal education with personally regulated regulations offers additional learning convenience for students.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brought about very significant changes for many countries including Indonesia, especially in the aspect of education. The relationship between education and the Covid pandemic is a change in the flow of education for students marked by a decline in the spirit of learning due to lack of supervision. For this reason, there needs to be a change in educational policies or curricula that are in line with the learning of social distancing systems for students, as well as being efficient and structured. Education transformation is expected later so that it can play a role in overcoming the gaps that occur as a result of the impact of the pandemic. So that the quality of education of the nation's children does not experience lags or declines, on the other hand the period of the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be estimated for its time period.

Abstract

The learning activities implemented by educators who teach Fiqh class XI subjects at MA NU Nurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus are in accordance with the theory of applying the deep dialogue critical thinking model, and developing in the process. Second: The effectiveness of the application of the deep dialogue critical thinking (DDCT) model in Fiqh class XI subjects at MA NU Nurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus using two assessment models, namely: a. Non-test: observation of students' attitudes in the learning process during dialogue. b. Test: memorization of oral, written (description, objective). Third: Supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the deep dialogue critical thinking (DDCT) model in Fiqh class XI subjects at MA NU Nurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus include: Supporting factors: 1) In terms of adequate infrastructure; 2) In terms of educators who are competent in the field of science; 3) In terms of other supporting subjects; 4) In terms of achievement of students or alumni as stimulation and motivation to continue to excel. While the inhibiting factor; 1) In terms of students who are lazy, passive and experience learning difficulties; 2) In terms of limited time allocation; 3) In terms of teaching staff.

Abstract

This research is titled THE EFFECT OF ELIMINATION OF NATIONAL EXAMINATION ON LEARNING MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS IN THE PANDEMIC PERIOD. The National Examination is used to evaluate education on a national scale. However, the elimination of the National Examination will have an impact on students' motivation to learn. This study aims to determine the effect of eliminating the National Examination on students' learning motivation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at MI NU Sabilul Ma'arif Islamiyah Klumpit Gebog Kudus with a sample of sixth grade students in the 2019-2020 academic year. The results of this study are quite significant results between the elimination of the National Examination with the motivation of students to learn, learning motivation of students increased from the previous UN eliminated by a difference of 12,81%, from an average of 70,60 % before the National Examination dropped to the number 57,79% at the time of UN abolition, and depends on the medium category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are (1) To know the influence between class management against learning student participation on Aqidah Akhlak lesson in MTs Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus, (2) To know the influence between stix discussion technique against student learning participation on Aqidah Akhlak lesson in MTs Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus, (3) To know the influence between class management by stix discussion technique against student learning participation on Aqidah Akhlak lesson in MTs Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus. This research use methods : observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The result explain that 1) There is a significant influence between class management against student learning participation on Aqidah Akhlak lesson in MTs Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus, there is 0,474 included in medium category, 2) There is a significant influence between stix discussion technique against student learning participation on Aqidah Akhlak lesson in MTs Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus, there is 0,720 included in strong category, 3) There is a significant influence between class management by stix discussion technique against student learning participation on Aqidah Akhlak lesson in MTs Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus, there is 0,726 included in strong category.
