Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Muhadatsah Method in Arabic language learning and its impact on improving the maharotul kalam of class VIII students at MTs Muhammadiyah Kota Bengkulu. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The main informants in this study were teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Muhadatsah Method has succeeded in improving students' speaking ability in Arabic. Teachers implement this method well, creating an interactive and communicative learning atmosphere. Students show high enthusiasm in following the learning process and experience significant improvements in their speaking abilities. Classroom observations reveal that students are more active in participating in discussions and speaking exercises, and are able to express their opinions more confidently. Documentation shows an increase in scores in the evaluation conducted after the implementation of the method. Thus, this study concludes that the Muhadatsah Method is effective in improving students' maharotul kalam, and is expected to be widely applied to advance Arabic language learning at other levels of education. This study contributes to the development of innovative teaching methods and improves the quality of Arabic language education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of video marketing, live streaming, and the integration of Pancasila values ​​in increasing Kainranah sales on TikTok. This research reveals how attractive marketing strategies and direct interaction with consumers, as well as an emphasis on Pancasila values ​​such as togetherness and social justice, can increase brand awareness, consumer interest and sales. Targeting consumers aged 25-35 years, Kainranah's popular products related to pregnancy and childbirth, especially Kimonos, were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative methods. The study results show that the combination of video marketing, live streaming, and the application of Pancasila values ​​can create interactive experiences, build trust, and increase purchasing interest through incentives and social awareness. This strategy has proven to be the key to Kainranah's marketing success on the TikTok platform.

Abstract

The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of teachers in shaping students' character in elementary schools. The data collection techniques applied include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. In-depth interviews were conducted with elementary school teachers who have experience in implementing character education, to explore their perspectives, methods used, and challenges they face in the process of forming student character. In addition, participant observation was carried out in the classroom to directly observe how teachers apply character values, both through habituation activities and their interactions with students in daily learning. This study concludes that elementary school teachers have a significant role in forming students' character from an early age through a value approach, habituation activities, and integration of moral values in learning. Teachers function not only as teachers but also as role models who demonstrate positive attitudes, which are expected to be internalized by students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify effective strategies that can improve elementary school students' interest in learning. High interest in learning is an important factor in achieving academic success, especially at the elementary level. In this context, it is important to find methods that can motivate students and make the learning process more interesting and enjoyable. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, direct observations in the classroom, and document analysis related to the teaching methods applied. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of active learning strategies, such as project-based learning, the use of interactive technology, and educational games, is very effective in improving students' interest in learning. In addition, teachers who are able to build good relationships with students and create a positive learning environment also have an important role in improving student motivation. This study also found that parental participation in the learning process at home can strengthen students' interest in learning. Therefore, collaboration between teachers, students, and parents is very necessary to create an optimal learning atmosphere. These findings are expected to provide guidance for teachers and education stakeholders in designing effective strategies to improve students' interest in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Character education is one of the important aspects in early childhood development, especially at the Elementary School (SD) level. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in integrating character education into the learning process in elementary schools. Using qualitative research methods, this study involved observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to collect data from six elementary school teachers who were experienced in teaching character education. The results showed that teachers act as role models, facilitators, and motivators in integrating character values ​​into the curriculum. Teachers use various strategies, such as project-based learning, group discussions, and positive behavioral reinforcement to instill values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, and cooperation in students. This study found that challenges faced by teachers include lack of support from the school and limited resources. Thus, recommendations are given to improve teacher training and provide adequate resources to support the integration of character education in schools. This study is expected to provide insights for stakeholders in efforts to improve character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop students' social skills through a collaborative learning approach in Elementary Schools. Social skills are an important aspect in children's development, which can affect their interactions with peers and the surrounding environment. The research method used is a quantitative method with an experimental design. This study involved two groups of fifth-grade students at an Elementary School in City Y, where one group received collaborative learning as a treatment, while the other group received conventional learning. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured students' social skills before and after treatment. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in the social skills of students who followed the collaborative learning approach compared to the control group. This study concluded that collaborative learning is effective in developing students' social skills, and it is recommended to be widely implemented in the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to identify creative learning methods that can be applied by elementary school teachers, and to evaluate their impact on student engagement and understanding. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with elementary school teachers who apply creative learning methods, such as educational games, group-based projects, and the use of interactive technology. Observations were conducted directly in the classroom environment to understand the effectiveness of the methods applied, as well as how these methods affect teacher and student interactions and student involvement in the learning process. The results of the study showed that creative learning methods were able to significantly increase student learning motivation and participation. Students became more active in the learning process and showed greater interest in the material being taught. In addition, creative methods help students to develop critical thinking skills, collaborate, and solve problems. However, this study also identified several obstacles, such as the need for special training for teachers, longer preparation time, and limited facilities in some schools. To optimize the implementation of creative learning methods, support is needed from schools and the government, including the provision of training for teachers and adequate facilities.

Abstract

Self-reflection is an important process for teachers in developing their professional competence, which includes the ability to assess and improve the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to identify the effect of self-reflection on improving the professional competence of teachers in Elementary Schools. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Elementary School teachers in various regions, focusing on measuring the regularity of self-reflection and its impact on improving teaching skills, the ability to adapt to student needs, and the effectiveness of classroom management. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and regression tests to see the significant relationship between self-reflection variables and teacher professional competence. The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the frequency of teacher self-reflection and the improvement of their professional competence. Teachers who routinely conduct self-reflection tend to have a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas of improvement, so they are able to improve more effective learning methods, be responsive to student needs, and have better classroom management skills. These findings emphasize the importance of self-reflection as an integral part of developing teacher professional competence. This study recommends that schools and educational institutions hold self-reflection training and mentoring for teachers as part of a continuing professional development program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher competence on the academic achievement of elementary school students. Teacher competence is one of the important factors in determining the quality of education and student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 100 students and 20 teachers from several elementary schools in [area name], which were selected randomly. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured teacher competence in pedagogical, personality, social, and professional aspects. In addition, student academic achievement was measured through report card grades and semester exam results. Data analysis was carried out using linear regression to determine the relationship between teacher competence variables and student academic achievement. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between teacher competence and student academic achievement, with a p value <0.05. This shows that increasing teacher competence can contribute to improving student academic achievement. This study recommends that schools provide ongoing training and professional development for teachers to improve their competence, so that it can have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. Thus, teacher competence is one aspect that needs to be considered in efforts to improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of digital technology in the learning process in Elementary Schools. Digital technology has become an integral part of modern education, offering a variety of tools and resources that can enhance students' learning experiences. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and analysis of curriculum documents related to the use of digital technology. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital technology, such as interactive learning software, educational applications, and social media, can increase student motivation and engagement in the learning process. In addition, the study also found challenges faced by teachers, such as lack of adequate training and limited access to technology. To overcome these challenges, it is recommended that schools provide adequate training for teachers and improve technology infrastructure. In conclusion, the implementation of digital technology in Elementary Schools can enrich the learning process, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies and adequate resources.
