Abstract

Learning outcomes are successes achieved by students in the learning process which are manifested in the form of numbers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect influence of digital literacy, technological equipment on learning outcomes through learning motivation. Quantitative research using questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The population was 178 students majoring in MPLB at SMK N Business Management in Semarang City. The sample size was 123 students using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and sobel tests. The results show digital literacy, technological equipment, learning motivation directly affect learning outcomes. Digital literacy does not have a direct effect on learning motivation, technology equipment has a direct effect on learning motivation. Digital literacy does not indirectly affect learning outcomes through learning motivation, technological equipment indirectly affects learning outcomes through learning motivation. The conclusion is the role of learning motivation in educating digital literacy and technological equipment is partial mediation. The advice in this study is for students to be able to motivate themselves in improving digital literacy in facing an independent learning curriculum to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention is a person's determination to become an entrepreneur or to engage in entrepreneurial activities. According to survey data regarding the number of students engaged in entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Negeri Semarang, it is evident that students' awareness of entrepreneurship is still low. Therefore, there is a need to enhance students' entrepreneurial intentions. This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and digital literacy on entrepreneurial intention through self-efficacy. The population in this study consists of 1,227 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, class of 2020, at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula, resulting in 155 respondents. The sampling technique employed was proportionate random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, path analysis, and the sobel test. The results of the study indicate that (1) entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and digital literacy influence self-efficacy; (2) entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and digital literacy influence entrepreneurial intention through self-efficacy; (3) self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial intention. This study is expected to contribute to the development of scientific knowledge and to test the theory of planned behavior related to entrepreneurial intention as a basis for enhancing students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of self-efficacy as a moderator between motivation, digital literacy, and educational internships on pedagogical competence. The type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is the students of UNNES Economics Education. The number of samples in this study is 157 respondents. The research result shows that motivation to become a teacher and digital literacy have a positive effect on pedagogical competence. Internship education does not affect pedagogical competence. Self-efficacy includes the effect of motivation to become a teacher on pedagogical competence. Self-efficacy strengthens the effect of digital literacy on pedagogical competence. Self-efficacy is unable to moderate the effect of internship education on pedagogical competence.

Abstract

The absorption of SMK N 1 Dukuhturi graduates by industry and the world of work is inversely proportional to the absorption of vocational school/SMK graduates in Tegal Regency. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Strategy at SMK N 1 Dukuhturi with Industry and the World of Work. The research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The data collection is carried out through interviews with the Vice Principal for Public Relations, BK (Guidance and Counseling) Teacher Coordinator, Head of BKK, KKK, Head of PR of Swalayan KITA, and Head of PSDKU BSI. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Domain Analysis Technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The research reveals the stages of implementing the Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Strategy of SMK N 1 Dukuhturi with Industry and the World of Work, consisting of Initiating, Adaptive Learning, Collaborative Action, and Reflective Monitoring. Based on the research results, it is found that the implementation of collaboration does not always foster professional empathy which can be optimized to overcome collaboration obstacles. To increase the effectiveness of the Multi Stakeholder Partnership Strategy, it is recommended that the government intervene to ensure collaborative leadership between parties involved in the collaboration.

Abstract

Work readiness is the ability of individuals to be ready to work immediately without requiring long adjustments. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of academic achievement and family environment on work readiness with self-efficacy as mediation and work motivation as moderation. The population of class XII students in the Field of Business and Management Skills at the Temanggung Regency Vocational High School in 2023/2024 is 744 students, samples taken by technique proportional random sampling obtained 88 respondent. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that learning achievement did not affect work readiness, family environment and self-efficacy had an effect on work readiness, learning achievement had no effect on self-efficacy, family environment had an effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy could not mediate the effect of learning achievement on work readiness, self-efficacy can mediate the influence of the family environment on work readiness, work motivation cannot strengthen the effect of learning achievement on work readiness, and work motivation can strengthen the influence of the family environment and self-efficacy on work readiness.

Abstract

Economic learning needs to be supported by learning media. In fact, at SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan, there is still little use of learning media. This learning media is really needed to realize students' critical thinking skills and learning motivation. It is necessary to develop an Economics E-Module as a learning medium. The research aims to determine the validity, effectiveness, critical thinking skills and learning motivation of students in learning using the Economics E-Module as a learning medium. The research method used is method Research and Development (R&D) 4-D. The research was carried out in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency. Non-test data was analyzed descriptively by percentage, while test data was analyzed using Mann-Whitney difference test analysis and analysis n-gain.The validation research results of expert lecturers obtained a very appropriate category, validation of economics teachers received a very appropriate category. Students' responses to the practicality of the Economics E-Module were categorized as very suitable for use, resulting in increased critical thinking skills and different learning motivation between the control class and the experimental class. The research concluded that the economics E-Module as a learning medium was declared very suitable by expert lecturers and economics teachers, effective for learning and able to improve students' critical thinking skills and learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan in the very good category.

Abstract

Learning achievement is the result achieved by a person to achieve predetermined goals. This study is to test organizational activity, learning motivation and learning discipline on student learning achievement by presenting self-efficiency as an intervening variable. In addition, seven hypotheses were proposed in this study to ascertain whether the independent variables of organizational activeness have a direct influence on each other, learning motivation and learning discipline, through intervening variables  of self-efficiency on the dependent variable of learning achievement. The population in quantitative research amounted to 381 students of Economic Education, Semarang State University in 2020. A sample of 195 respondents from Semarang State University Economic Education was selected using proportional random sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires, descriptive statistical data analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study show: (1) organizational activity has a direct influence on learning achievement positively and insignificantly, (2) direct influence of learning motivation on learning achievement positively and significantly, (3) direct influence of learning discipline on learning achievement positively and significantly, (4) direct influence of self efficiency  On  learning achievement positively and significantly, (5) the direct influence of organizational activity on learning achievement through self efficiency positively and significantly, (6) the direct influence of learning motivation on learning achievement through self efficiency positively and significantly  , (7) the direct influence of learning discipline on learning achievement through self efficiency positively and significantly.

Abstract

  The low quality of vocational school graduates has resulted in the productivity of skilled workers in the industrial world getting worse. Indirectly, the quantity of SMK graduates absorbed is small, due to the distrust of the industrial world to SMK graduates so that the number of unemployed in Indonesia increases. ImplementationTeaching factories in schools are expected to increase students' interest in the future because so far many vocational graduates have become workers compared to being entrepreneurs. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the teaching factory learning model, the results of the implementation and teaching factory learning can increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students at SMKN 1 Semarang. The results of the study show that the application of teaching factory aims to provide work experience and impart skills to students. The process of service and repair services is carried out with a system of division of tasks. The marketing process is not yet optimal because there is no specific strategy to market services and products. The evaluation process has been carried out on an ongoing basis. The output obtained is that students are more confident and have an entrepreneurial spirit. The learning media used in the implementation of the teaching factory are in accordance with operational standards. Equipment and tools owned by SMK N 1 Semarang are adequate and well utilized, and in well-maintained condition.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is the desire, motivation, and drive to interact and do everything with enthusiasm to achieve goals by working hard, and opening opportunities with skills and confidence. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest of vocational high school students and identify factors influencing entrepreneurial interest, including entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and industrial work practice. The results show that entrepreneurial knowledge positively influences self-efficacy, the family environment positively influences self-efficacy, and industrial work practice influences self-efficacy. The total effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy is 19.27%, the family environment on entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy is 56.68%, industrial work practice on entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy is 14.46%, and self-efficacy positively affects entrepreneurial interest by 38.07%. Sobel's test results show that self-efficacy is a mediating variable. The results indicate that all independent variables studied have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of students at State Vocational High Schools in Business and Management in Semarang City

Abstract

Student learning outcomes remain an important aspect that serves as a standard for the success of learning in schools. Therefore, it is important to understand student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the utilization of Madrasah e-learning as a learning media for the economics subject at the State Islamic Senior High School in Demak and to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of Madrasah e-learning in improving student learning outcomes. This research was a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of 403 students from the twelfth grade of State Islamic Senior High School of Demak. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data processed in the study used primary data obtained from observations, questionnaires, and learning outcome data distributed directly to Grade XII students of State Islamic Senior High School of Demak. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and the difference test between the experimental class and the control class using the Mann-Whitney U statistical test. The results of this study indicate that madrasah e-learning has been proven effective in increasing student learning outcomes, with the percentage of improvement in the experimental class being higher than that of the control class. Learning through web-based media is more effective in increasing student learning outcomes. A suggestion for future research is to examine the differences in the use of madrasah e-learning between young and senior teachers.
