Abstract

The research objective is to test the model whether the variables of entrepreneurial competence, subjective norms and self-efficacy have a positive influence on the early pioneering entrepreneurial intentions and behavior of students in the Klaten Regency. Early pioneering businesses is a business in a critical period emerging potency of loss and bankruptcy. The research design was carried out using a quantitative method which explains the causal relationship of one dependent variable influenced by three independent variables and one mediating variable. Hypothesis test was formulated in the model using multivariate test. The research population is all private university students in the Klaten Regency area who have started their early pioneering business. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling as many as 110 respondents The quantitative test of the model using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) obtained the results that there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial competence, self-efficacy and intention to entrepreneurial behavior. Meanwhile, one independent variable in the form of subjective norms does not significantly influence. Future research can expand the model through testing intentional antecedents of behavior by developing moderating variables

Abstract

This paper analyzes the effect of Viral Marketing and Turbo Marketing on Repurchasing Decisions both directly and indirectly through Trust as mediating variable. The research respondents were 376 college students who had ever made online transaction in Tokopedia. Questionnaire was used to acquire the data to be analyzed by SmartPLS 3.0. Results of this research indicate that Viral Marketing does not have effect on  Repurchasing Decision. Meanwhile, Turbo Marketing has a significant positive effect on Repurchasing Decision. As a mediating variabel, Trust is a weak mediator in the effect of Viral Marketing on Repurchasing Decision, but it is a strong mediator in the effect of Turbo Marketing on Repurchasing Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Five Factor Asset Pricing Model Fama and French (risk premium, size, book-to-market ratio, profitability, and investment) on the excess return of Islamic stocks in Indonesia, as well as to test whether there is a difference between excess return before and after the announcement of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken from 279 companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The type of data used is time series daily. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the risk premium variable has a significant effect on the excess return of the Islamic stock portfolio registered at ISSI before and after the announcement of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the variables of size, profitability, and investment have no effect on excess return, both before and after the announcement of Covid-19. Meanwhile, the book-to-market ratio has no effect on excess return before the announcement of Covid-19 and has a significant effect on excess return after the announcement of Covid-19.

Abstract

Sustainability is one of the things that corporations pay attention. Many parties have deep concerns about future generations makes corporations obliged to take sustainability seriously. One of the things that can be considered by corporations is their production process. Production activities are processes that are carried out by a corporation to transform inputs into outputs. This production process is prone to risks, where the risks in production activities can threaten a corporation on long-term vision or sustainability. So, it is important to carry out risk management about sustainability-related risks in the corporation production process. In this study, the object of the research is PT XYZ, a company that produces educational aid, PT XYZ was founded in 1970 but until now PT XYZ does not know about sustainability-related risks, especially in their production. Therefore, this research will help PT XYZ in conducting risk assessment, and risk analysis, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation with FMEA and cause and effect analysis. The result of the study showed that a risk production budget exceeding was the highest risk with an RPN of 114.59.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine the effect of green product attributes on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer attitude, to determine the effect of green advertising on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer attitude, to determine the effect of green brand image on purchasing decisions. mediated by consumer attitude, and knowing the effect of consumer attitude towards purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative design. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire distribution. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using path analysis with the help of SPSS and mediation analysis with SPSS macro PROCESS version V3.0 (Hayes, 2013). The results showed Consumer Attitude significantly mediates the effect of green product attributes on purchasing decisions, Consumer Attitude significantly mediates the effect of green advertising on purchasing decisions, Consumer Attitude significantly mediates the effect of green brand image on purchasing decisions, and Consumer attitude has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

MSMEs as an economic sector which very vulnerable to financial problems and are dominated by home industries that are attributable to gender stereotypes in their management. Consequently, the dynamics of its management become quite complex in enhancing their marketing capabilities. The purpose of this study to investigate the impact of financial literacy, gender differences, and financial inclusion on leveraging the marketing capabilities of MSMEs. Collecting data using a survey questionnaire on 168 MSMEs in Gorontalo City with a merge of accidental and snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis using binary logistic regression. The results reveal that the existence of financial knowledge has a significant impact on the creation of financial inclusion in micro, small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, there are different patterns for women and men in obtaining access to credit. The role of gender differences in men who are more likely to access inclusive financial services than women. On the other hand, the creation of financial inclusion further enhances the marketing capabilities of MSMEs.

Abstract

The research of this thesis is intended to identify and analyze how the influence given by Stimulation of Leadership, Organizational Supervision, and Accumulation of Knowledge Management. The population in this study were all batik employees in the city of Semarang. The number of samples taken from a population of 100 respondents was determined using the purposive sampling method and the Lameshow formula. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the value and nature of the influence of the variables studied.

Abstract

This study presents a novel exploration of the research trends in Sharia Production Ethics, focusing on publications from leading journals in the field. By employing bibliometric analysis, this quantitative study provides valuable insights into the development of this area of study. The dataset analyzed comprises 337 Scopus-indexed research publications spanning the years 1993 to 2022. The data underwent rigorous processing and analysis using bibliometric R applications (bibliophily R) and VOS viewers. The findings of this study shed light on the notable growth in the number of publications dedicated to Sharia Production Ethics. Notably, journal articles emerge as the primary document type for analyzing this field. Among the authors in this domain, Hughes and Holloway stand out for their significant contributions, as evidenced by the number of documents they have authored. Furthermore, this study identifies key thematic areas within the research on Sharia Production Ethics, as reflected by the most frequently used keywords. These keywords encompass a broad range of topics, including Co-Production, Knowledge Production, Research, Ethics, Sustainability, Policy, Agriculture, Climate Change, Methodology, Regulation, Ethical Consumption, and Technology. By covering these diverse aspects of Production Ethics within Islamic economics, this study provides both informative and complementary insights. Its contribution lies in offering a comprehensive overview of the research landscape in Sharia Production Ethics, highlighting the increasing interest in this field and identifying key researchers and thematic areas.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to an increase in the use of e-commerce platforms. Along with the effectiveness of the Shopee e-commerce platform and the economic benefits it provides, customers have shifted to shopping through Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to empirically examine the role of Shopee e-commerce management effectiveness during the pandemic. The researcher used an explanatory research method to explain the influence between the dependent and independent variables in the hypothesis. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique, resulting in 200 respondents. Each proposed hypothesis in this study was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, path analysis, and hypothesis testing through the SPSS statistical analysis application. The research results show that the effectiveness of the e-commerce platform has an influence on economic benefits, economic benefits have an influence on sustainable consumption, and the effectiveness of the e-commerce platform has an influence on sustainable consumption mediated by economic benefits. From these tests, it can be concluded that the shopping interest of the community, both before and after the pandemic, is influenced by the effectiveness of the e-commerce platform, characterized by repeated purchasing behavior of the community after considering the economic benefits and credibility provided by the Shopee e-commerce platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and examine the contingency models for discussed the moderating effect of strategic consensus to the relationship between lean manufacturing with management control mechanisms used by the companies. The sample of this study is a manufacturing firms in Java Indonesia, represented by a director or managers. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study used survey questionnaire. The number of research samples successfully collected and can be used are 104 firms. In this study, hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with use the application program AMOS 24. The research findings show that strategic consensus as a moderating variable has been proven to strengthen the relationship between lean management strategies and management control mechanisms.
