Abstract

This study conducted to analyze the impact of work life balance, family supportive supervisor behavior, and job satisfaction towards employees performance. The method used in this paper is quantitative method. The data were collected by using questionnaire with measured responses through five point of Linkert scale. Furthermore, this study employed application named SPSS version 22 to help in analyzing the data. The respondents of this study are the employees of PT. Sapta Sari Tama in Surakarta branch with 40 employees as the total population. The result of this study as follows, that Work Life Balance made a significantly positive impact towards employees performance, meanwhile Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior made a negative impact and insignificant towards employees performance, and Job Satisfaction positively impact and significant towards employees performance.

Abstract

Every organization or agency needs human resources to achieve its goals. In realizing these goals, performance is something that needs to be paid attention to by the organization or agency. Performance is related to several aspects such as organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of organizational climate on employee performance, test the influence of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior, test the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, and test the influence of organizational climate on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The population in this study were Civil Servants of the Purworejo Regency Environment and Fisheries Service. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples and a sample of 91 respondents was obtained. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire and answers are assessed using a Likert scale. To determine the accuracy of the measurements and the stability of the questionnaire parameters, a validity and reliability test was first carried out. Data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows tool. The results of this research show that organizational climate has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior mediates the effect of organizational climate on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing on the performance of MSMEs in Bojongsari Depok. The method used in this research uses an explanatory research method which is used to find out how big the relationship between variables is. The population in the study was Samama MSMEs in Bojongsari Depok. There were 138 respondents distributed via Google Form, but 49 returned questionnaires. To measure the suitability of the data via the SPSS application. The research results show that knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing both partially influence the performance of MSMEs in Bojongsari Depok. The variables knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing jointly influence the MSME performance variable by 80.6% while the remaining 19.4% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out and analyze more deeply the impact of financial statement fraud on the value of companies in the housing construction sector. We use panel data analysis to uncover connections between external pressures, industry research, and financial statement fraud. We know financial fraud is common in developed countries among property developers, but relatively limited in developing countries. Investors play an important role in diamond fraud and financial statement fraud, as they significantly affect the value of the company. So, accurate information that reflects actual conditions without resorting to fraudulent practices. Transparency in financial reporting is essential to safeguard the interests of internal and external stakeholders. We suggest enhancing the role of Internal Audit and implementing robust risk management measures to strengthen internal control mechanisms and enable business expansion and innovation. Our main goal is to eradicate financial fraud, thereby increasing the overall value of companies in the Property and Real Estate sector.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of entrepreneurial competence and education on productivity in creative economic actors in Pangkalpinang City, with entrepreneurial motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection involving 90 respondents of creative economy business actors in Pangkalpinang City with purposive sampling through distributing questionnaires. This research uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SMARTPLS software. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial motivation have a positive and significant effect on productivity partially. In contrast, education has a negative and significant effect on productivity. In addition, the indirect test results show that entrepreneurial competence and education have a positive and significant effect on productivity when it is mediated by entrepreneurial motivation. Abstract

Production process of taro-chips is still unstable due to constraints in operational section, like raw taro materials that are not always available, causing the production process of taro-chips be carried out while waiting for raw taro materials to be available. Time gap between availability of taro-chips and consumer demand creates risks that affect business performance. This microbusiness must share results with BUMDes because it is a BUMDes-assisted business. The purpose of research is identifying risks and sources in taro-chips MSME operational process assisted by BUMDes Lenteng Timur, analyzing of operational risk level using HOR (House of Risk) method, and determining mitigation strategies in reducing of potential risk occurrence. The research was conducted in Lenteng Timur Village, with respondents are the owners and managers of taro-chips microbusinesses. The HOR phase 1 result obtained 12 risk events and 7 risk sources (risk agents), which are prioritized into 4 priority risk sources, which can be used to carry out risk mitigation actions. In HOR phase 2, 5 mitigation strategies can be done to overcome priority risks. These mitigation strategies can be conducted to overcome existing risks to reduce the potential for risk occurrence in operational activities that affect the production of taro-chips.

Abstract

Employees are the most important element in the organization that serves as a tool to improve company performance. company performance will continue to increase if there is a sense of loyalty among employees to the company. there are many factors that can affect employee loyalty, some of the factors that will be discussed include work environment factors, Islamic leadership styles and compensation. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work environment variables, Islamic leadership style and compensation on employee loyalty at CV. Pearl of the Earth Gemolong, Sragen, Central Java. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees at CV. Pearl of the Earth Gemolong, Sragen, Central Java. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaire data with the help of the IBM SPSS 20 software test tool for windows. The results showed that the work environment and compensation had no effect on employee loyalty, while the Islamic leadership style had a significant effect on employee loyalty. The three variables of work environment, Islamic leadership style and compensation simultaneously affect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of financial management as a tool to analyze financial ratios to share prices, which consist of cash ratio, net profit margin, and earnings per share, and simultaneously and partly in share prices of listed tobacco companies, in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Exchange 2013-2022. The research sample is financial statements for 10 years. The data analysis method is a quantitative analysis method with SPSS analytical tools in the form of multiple linear regression. Version 25. The analysis shows that at the same time, the independent variable has a significant effect on stock prices. In the case of the shareholders' ratio variables, the net profit margin ha does not affect the stock price, while the earnings per share (EPS) has a significant effect on the stock price. Recommendations for future research are recommended to increase variables and companies.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has underscored the critical role of telehealth services in healthcare delivery, particularly in minimizing the risk of cross-contamination from close contact. Proactively integrating telehealth services, rather than relying on reactive measures, is likely to provide substantial long-term benefits and assist with daily healthcare challenges and emergencies. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the loyalty of telehealth service users, focusing on brand experience, brand love, brand trust, and brand equity. The study utilized a sample of 110 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, requiring participants to have used a telehealth application at least once. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) methodology, utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 software. Findings from the study reveal that brand experience, brand love, brand trust, and brand equity all have a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty among telehealth application users.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving technology landscape, this proposal investigates the transformative field of human capital recruiting through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on organizational attractiveness and applicant intent. This research aims to explore prospective employees' perceptions of AI-based recruitment processes and their impact on organizational attractiveness, as well as their intentions to apply for job opportunities. A quantitative research approach was used using an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, qualitative methods were also applied in this research to add variation to the research. The interview process and distribution of this questionnaire is to measure the attractiveness of the organization's brand in five dimensions, applicant intentions through five specific items, and AI recruitment through five additional items. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine factors and test hypotheses. This questionnaire was distributed via social media platforms, using a Likert scale to capture different responses. Leveraging a diverse body of literature on AI in recruiting and organizational brand appeal, this research provides a comprehensive examination of the modern recruiting landscape. Through methodological rigor and strategic use of technology, this research aims to explain the dynamic interactions between AI, organizational attractiveness, and applicant intent, thereby contributing valuable insights to the growing field of HR management. Apart from that, in an effort to support the Independent Campus Learning program promoted by the government, this research will be carried out by a research team consisting of four lecturers and four students.
