Abstract

The industrial revolution era 4.0  has led to the advancement of Smart Factories, Smart Industry, Industrial Internet of Things, and AdvancedManufacturing. The use of information technology has expanded in publichealth education. Electronic media in the form of radio and television arebelieved to be able to play a role in promoting health to the community, because they are able to foster healthy behavior. It is supported that radio has transformed its broadcast in the form of internet streaming audio, whiletelevision broadcasts can be played back on social media. Abstract

Dump Accumulator on RFID system built from Register and counter. On the block counter requires a series of NAND, Half Adder, and D flip flop. This paper compares the two discrete schematic designs for a combination of NAND 4  logic  input  gates.  Schematic  design  made  work  at  5Mhz  frequency  and maximum voltage of 3.3volt with Lt spice XVII application software. The first design uses the AND and NAND 2 logic gate combined inputs. The second design uses a NAND 4 logic input gate that is combined from a horizontally arranged (PMOS) and vertical (NMOS) CMOS component. Overall the second design has many advantages over the first design. The simulation results of the two designs show that the first design has advantages in the test of time (speed test), T fall is balanced with T rise is 12ns, total time required 24ns. But power dissipation  is  large  (55,43pW).  While  in  the  second  design,  it  has  a  few advantages of small CMOS components, a simpler schematic design, a small power dissipation (11.15pW), speed at T fall (20ns) larger than T rise (2ns), total time required 22ns. Keywords:   gerbang   logika   NAND,   Desain   diskrit,   Trise,   Tfall,   Power Dissipation

Abstract

Jamur lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) banyak digunakan sebagai pengobatan alternatif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah dan kadar gula dalam darah, untuk memaksimalkan potensi dari jamur lingzhi dilakukan uji antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan potensi aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak air dan ekstrak etanol 70% dari jamur lingzhi dengan variasi lama waktu ekstraksi secara maserasi serta identifikasi senyawa dengan Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). Penelitian ini diawali dengan determinasi dari jamur lingzhi yang masih segar kemudian dibuat simplisia dan diekstrak secara maserasi dengan variasi waktu dengan lama perendaman 24 jam, 48 jam dan 72 jam masing – masing dengan 2 pelarut yaitu air dan etanol 70%. Ekstrak di uji fitokimia dilanjutkan dengan pengujian aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak jamur lingzhi (Ganoderma Lucidum) dengan metode DPPH. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi senyawa dengan Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian bahwa maserasi selama 1 jam (1 hari) jamur lingzhi dengan ekstraksi etanol 70 % berpotensi sebagai antioksidan dengan nilai IC50 94,83 ppm. Hasil identifikasi dengan LC-MS pada ekstrak etanol 70 % sebagai senyawa yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan adalah senyawa Bisphenol M, dan 1-{[2-(3,4- Dimethoxyphenyl) ethyl]amino}-3-methyl-2-octylpyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazole-4-carbonitrile. Abstract

The need for protease enzymes in Indonesia and the world continues to increase, requiring  new  protease  sources.  Bacteria  are  beneficial  sources  of  protease because they are easy to obtain and rapidly multiply. Bacterial identification could be done molecularly through analysis of the 16S rRNA gene. This study aimed to obtain an isolate of protease-producing bacterium from 24-h post-fermented red oncom and to identify the obtained bacterial strain molecularly by 16S rRNA gene sequence. The protease production test on bacteria found in red oncom sample was done  using  a  selective  medium,  Skim  Milk  Agar  (SMA).  DNA  genomes  of proteolytic bacterial cells were extracted by Promega KIT. The amplifying process of 16S rRNA gene using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method. The amplified  DNA  were  analyzed  using  the  BLAST  program.  The  results  of  the research found 8 isolate of bacterias. The most unique isolate was IROD1.3. It has significant  proteolytic  activity  based  on  the  ability  to  produce  clear  zone  of protease on SMA medium with a diameter of 85,00 mm. Isolate IROD1.3 was identified  molecularly  as  Bacillus  thuringiensis  with  similarity  of  96% to  the sequence of 16S rRNA gene Bacillus thuringiensis strain TERI SID4 (Genbank access code: KX822158.1). Abstract

ducation in Indonesia has now entered an era where information technology is the main resource. This era is called the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Current learning uses three methods, namely (1) Face to face learning, (2) Fully online system and (3) Blended Learning. The Blended Learning method is to integrate face-to-face learning with an online learning system. Blended Learning learning method is a solution to the repositioning of education in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative supported by literature study and secondary data collection techniques from relevant agencies. The purpose of writing this paper is to provide information related to blended learning learning methods as a teaching solution in the face of repositioning education from conventional learning towards online learning. Abstract

Early childhood in millennial times is a native technology that cannot be separated from the use of technology as part of everyday life, including when attending classes. In the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the ability to conduct worship activities is a basic competence that shows psychomotor development in early childhood. The following research was carried out by implementing a learning strategy with multimedia technology to teach prayer movements to early childhood group A in RA Al-Hadiid Madiun City, with the aim of knowing: 1) Planning learning strategies with multimedia technology in the teaching of prayer movements in early childhood, 2 ) Implementation of learning strategies with multimedia technology in learning early childhood prayer movements, 3) Improving the ability of early childhood prayermovements with learning strategies with multimedia technology. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Data was collected through FGDs and observations to early childhood to find out the main problems, namely the number of children who have difficulty understanding the order of the prayer movements, and in memorizing the recitation of prayers. Data analysis used descriptive method with 5W-1H framework. The results of the study show that the use of prayer application applications is effective to improve the competence of early childhood although not yet optimal. This is because training and habituation are needed to be skilled in the operation of computerbasedlearning media.Keywords:computer-based learning media,  prayer movements, early childhood

Abstract

Potato crackers is one prime product of Wonosobo Regency, aside from carica and purwaceng.  One of potato crackers producers is UMKM Pakuwojo with brand of Pakuwojo. The demand of potato crackers is increasing form time to time. The problems faced by industry is peeling potato which done manually, so that need more time and labour. Therefore they need simple technology to increase their productivity, i.e. potato peeler machine. The machine is designed having capacity of  60 kg/hour, 150 rpm with power of 0,5 HP, equiped with water sprayer so the product has laready clean. The experiment to test the machine performance is used potato grade A and B. The result showed that in UMKM Paku Wojo, the machine performance is good having 150 rpm with capacity of 60 kg/hour. When it is operated for 50-60 minutes, the potato skin was  97,50% cleaned and losing weight of 1,5%. Keywords: potato peeler machine, performance, crackers

Abstract

Cadangan sumber energi bersumber fosil semakin menipis karena pemakaian terus meningkat. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara di dunia yang mempunyai potensi energi berbahan dasar non fosil sangat banyak. Sumber daya alam yang subur dan terletak di katulistiwa merupakan potensi sumber energi yang sangat baik, terutama energi matahari. Namun hal ini masih belum termanfaatkan secara baik. Hal ini dikarenakan belum menjadi habit dalam konteks kehidupan masyarakat. Pengetahuan energi terbarukan (khusunya energi matahari) perlu dberikan ke siswa mulai dari SMP. Untuk melakukan ini perlu memasukkan konten energi terbarukan ke dalam kurikulum sekolahtersebut. Secara spesifik perlu diajarkan energi matahari dalam mata ajar Prakarya. Melalui pembelajaran ini bisa ditumbuhkan attitude siswa supaya kompetensi affektif, kognitif serta psikomotorik anak tentang energi terbarukan khusunya energi matahari tumbuh sejak dini. Kata kunci.
