Abstract

This study systematically reviews the role of trust in tourism and travel decision-making from a consumer behavior perspective. Although studies on trust in tourism have increased, the relationship between trust, perceived risk, satisfaction, and loyalty remains fragmented and lacks conceptual integration. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA framework, this study identified and synthesized relevant articles from Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect published between 2015 and 2025. The selected studies were analyzed through descriptive and thematic analysis to examine the development, determinants, and implications of trust in tourism contexts. The findings show that trust has evolved into a multidimensional concept consisting of cognitive, affective, social, and digital (e-trust) dimensions. Trust plays an important role in reducing perceived risk and strongly influences tourists’ decision-making, satisfaction, and loyalty. Key determinants of trust include service quality, destination reputation, information credibility, online reviews, and system security. However, the literature still lacks integrative frameworks and relies heavily on fragmented empirical approaches. This study offers a holistic understanding of trust and highlights research gaps, especially regarding the integration of offline and digital tourism contexts, while emphasizing the need for more comprehensive trust models in tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) on reducing stunting rates and reducing household food expenditure in Indonesia, focusing on West Sumatra. The MBG program is one of the government’s efforts to improve the nutritional status of vulnerable groups, particularly pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and young children, as well as reduce the economic burden of household food expenditure. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, combining secondary data analysis from BPS and Kemenkes, along with primary data collected through a survey of 218 respondents who participated in the MBG program in the region. The results of the study indicate that participation in the MBG program has a significant impact on reducing stunting and reducing household food expenditure. The program not only improves the nutritional intake of families but also alleviates the food expenditure burden, which has been the largest economic challenge for many families, particularly those in low-income and vulnerable categories. Linear regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) were used to test the relationships among the variables, with results showing significant path coefficients between participation in the MBG program and both stunting reduction and food expenditure reduction. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the MBG program in reducing stunting and improving household economic resilience, and offers recommendations for the government to expand the program’s coverage across Indonesia to achieve more optimal stunting reduction targets.

Abstract

This study examines how strategic talent management shapes the performance of Generation Z employees, particularly those born between 1997 and 2007 and actively working within Indonesia’s expanding digital economy. While this cohort is often described as highly adaptive and technologically fluent, many organizations still rely on conventional HR practices that do not fully align with the realities of remote and hybrid work. Using a quantitative approach, the study applies Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to survey data from 200 professionals recruited via LinkedIn. The results point to Talent Deployment (β = 0.349) and Talent Development (β = 0.247) as the strongest predictors of Workforce Agility, which in turn significantly drives Organizational Performance (R² = 0.277). What stands out, though, is not just the strength of these relationships, but how they connect. The mediation analysis suggests that talent strategies only become effective when they activate adaptive behaviors. Without agility, the impact weakens. This leads to a broader conclusion that performance is less about static talent inputs and more about how fluidly those inputs are mobilized. The study proposes a Human Capability Architecture perspective, emphasizing flexible role alignment and continuous upskilling as practical priorities for firms navigating an increasingly volatile digital environment.

This research aims to determine whether convenience and security have a positive and significant influence on usage decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Case studies were conducted on BRI customers in Pekalongan City. The information collection procedure in this inquire about employments a survey within the frame of a Google frame. From the whole investigate populace, 50 individuals were moreover tested employing a purposive inspecting procedure concurring to the criteria decided by the analyst. The instrument tests utilized are legitimacy tests, unwavering quality tests and classical presumption tests. The hypotheses uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The inquire about comes about concluded that comfort had a positive and critical impact on the choice to utilize QRIS BRImo in part, security had a positive and critical impact on the choice to utilize QRIS BRImo somewhat, comfort and security had a positive and critical impact on the choice to utilize QRIS BRImo at the same time (together).
