Abstract

Islamic boarding school education plays a strategic role in shaping students who are intellectually superior and spiritually mature, but in practice, learning the Qur'an is often faced with the problem of declining enthusiasm and motivation for students to learn. This PKM research aims to examine the effectiveness of internalizing Sufism values ​​in learning the Qur'an through the study of the book Nurul Burhan as an effort to strengthen the enthusiasm for learning of students in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological-reflective approach, which relies on participatory observation, students' verbal reflections, activity documentation, and literature reviews as primary and secondary data sources. The results of the discussion indicate that the integration of Sufi values ​​such as sincerity, patience, worship orientation, and purification of the soul in the study of the Qur'an is able to shift the learning patterns of students from mere routine memorization to learning that is spiritually meaningful. The research findings indicate an increase in intrinsic motivation of students characterized by enthusiasm for learning, reflective involvement, and the awareness that learning the Qur'an is part of a spiritual journey to get closer to God. The implications of this research indicate that a learning model based on the internalization of Sufi values ​​has the potential to be a relevant pedagogical alternative for Islamic boarding schools in developing holistic, value-oriented, and sustainable Qur'an learning.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an learning at Madrasah Diniyah Al Abror faces challenges in the form of a gap between the demands of the final tashih exam and the students' suboptimal level of tajwid mastery. This study aims to analyze the role of guidance and guidance in learning the Qur'an with tajwid in improving the quality of reading and the readiness of students to face the final tashih exam. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory approach, where researchers are directly involved in the mentoring process through observation, interviews, and documentation of learning activities based on the Tartila method with a talaqqi and musyafahah approach. The results of the study indicate that structured mentoring through the development of contextual modules, teacher training, and intensive mentoring in small halaqah (Islamic circle) significantly improved students' understanding and pronunciation of tajweed, as demonstrated by improved pre- and post-mentoring evaluation results. The main findings of this study revealed that tajweed learning that emphasizes direct practice, repetition, and habituation is more effective than a purely theoretical approach. The implications of this study indicate that the Tartila-based tajweed mentoring model can be an alternative for applicable, sustainable, and relevant Qur'anic guidance to be integrated into the Madrasah Diniyah curriculum and replicated in other Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Assistance (BTQ) as a means of strengthening the Qur'anic literacy of i'dadiyah students through Game Based Learning (GBL) at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Zaid Bin Tsabit Putri area is a form of community service that focuses on improving the quality of i'dadiyah students' abilities in learning to read and write the Qur'an The background of this program stems from the low learning motivation of i'dadiyah students due to a monotonous learning atmosphere. Therefore, the application of Game Based Learning (GBL) is considered an effective step to create a positive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, so that they are encouraged to increase their confidence when attending classes (5354_article). This assistance used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, in which the assistants were present directly in the classroom to provide hands-on practice and periodic evaluations. The results of this assistance activity showed that the students' motivation to learn improved due to the use of educational games in learning, which increased the students' awareness of the importance of Qur'anic literacy. The final result of this mentoring is that learning involving the Game Based Learning (GBL) method is considered a real contribution and brings about change in improving the Qur'anic literacy of i'dadiyah students at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Zaid Bin Tsabit Putri area.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of gadget use on students' learning concentration at SD 101 Panyabungan. In this study, gadgets are defined as portable electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, or similar devices used by students in their daily lives. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of a number of students, teachers, and parents as respondents. The results showed that the intensity and type of gadget use had a negative correlation with students' learning concentration levels. The dominant impacts that emerged were attention disorders, distraction from non-learning activities, and difficulty maintaining focus for long periods. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools and parents establish rules for gadget use and provide digital literacy education to students. This study is expected to provide input for efforts to improve the quality of learning in the SD 101 Panyabungan environment.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Public Relation (PR) strategies implemented by Abicandra Abiasa FISIP in attracting sponsors through branding activities on Instagram. In today’s fast-paced digital era, social media has become an effective communication medium for organizations to build their image and expand networks, including establishing partnerships with external parties such as sponsors. The purpose of this paper is to identify how Abicandra Abiasa FISIP utilizes communication strategies through its Instagram account to create attractive branding, and how these strategies influence sponsors’ interest in supporting organizational activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through social media observation, interviews with the organization’s public relations division, and literature studies related to communication and Public Relations theories. The results show that Abicandra Abiasa FISIP’s branding strategy focuses on visual consistency, informative and interactive message delivery, and strengthening the organization’s positive image. Through these approaches, the organization successfully builds public trust and attracts sponsors to collaborate in various activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis pendekatan praktik langsung dalam pembelajaran Seni Budaya guna meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya minat dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang masih didominasi metode ceramah dan penugasan teoretis. Modul ajar berbasis praktik langsung dirancang dengan menekankan kegiatan eksploratif, kreativitas, dan keterlibatan fisik siswa melalui aktivitas seni seperti memainkan alat musik tradisional. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan modul ajar berbasis praktik langsung secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, ditandai dengan meningkatnya kehadiran, partisipasi, dan ketuntasan tugas seni. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap konsep-konsep seni karena pengalaman belajar diperoleh secara langsung melalui praktik. Dengan demikian, modul ajar ini dinilai efektif sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang mampu mengintegrasikan pengalaman nyata, kreativitas, dan nilai estetika untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar Seni Budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Imam as-Suyuthi’s perspective in Al-Itqan fī ‘Ulumil Qur’an regarding the first and last verses revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Understanding the chronology of revelation plays a crucial role in interpreting the historical, theological, and legal dimensions of Islam. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a library research approach, analyzing primary sources from Al-Itqan and relevant secondary references in Qur’anic sciences. The findings reveal that Imam as-Suyuthi discusses various scholarly opinions concerning the first and last revealed verses, both in absolute and thematic contexts. The first revealed verse is generally recognized as QS. Al-‘Alaq [96]:1, while the last remains debated between QS. Al-Baqarah [2]:281 and QS. An-Nasr [110]:1. This study concludes that comprehending the sequence of revelation provides an essential foundation for understanding the evolution of Islamic law, social context, and the completion of the prophetic message.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bolu di Desa Penandingan. Fokus utamanya adalah memasarkan produk dengan cara inovasi penambahan varian baru seperti bolu tapai keju, pembaruan kemasan, dan logo produk yang lebih menarik. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, kami mengumpulkan cerita dari pemilik usaha, pembeli, dan pelanggan melalui wawancara dan pengamatan langsung. Hasilnya, penjualan naik hingga 35%, daya tarik produk lebih kuat, dan UMKM ini bisa bersaing dengan produk dari luar desa. Strategi sederhana ini bisa ditiru UMKM lain di pedesaan untuk tumbuh lebih cepat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as an employee performance appraisal system at PT Sunio Citra Teknologi, Tangerang City. The research uses a descriptive non-statistical method with a field research approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews with 31 employees from Sales, Admin & Finance, and IT & Support divisions. The findings indicate that KPI implementation provides clearer work direction, improves discipline, and enhances accountability. However, several challenges remain, including inconsistent monitoring and limited integration of KPI results into reward systems. The study concludes that KPI has functioned as a performance measurement tool, but refinement of evaluation mechanisms is necessary to improve organizational productivity

Abstract

Early marriage and economic vulnerability are two closely related structural problems in rural areas. In Jambu Village, the community's dependence on the seasonal agricultural sector often encourages the decision to marry off children at a young age, especially after graduating from Junior High School (SMP), as a shortcut to reduce the family's financial burden. This community service activity aims to break the chain of these problems through an integrated dialogue approach. The activity was held at the Jambu Village Head Office, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency on January 25, 2026, involving around 50 participants consisting of teenagers, parents, and community figure representatives. The method used was Community Education through socialization and interactive consultation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in community understanding regarding the destructive impact of early marriage from health, psychological, and educational aspects. In addition, residents gained new insights regarding family financial management and the utilization of plantation potential as an independent home business opportunity. This activity concludes that preventing child marriage is not enough just with moral prohibitions but must be accompanied by the provision of family economic readiness and independence
