Abstract

Objective: PAD is the main source of regional financing to support government administration and development at the regional level. The reason why research on PAD is important is to measure regional financial independence, assess local economic potential, assess the impact of policies and programs and to increase transparency and accountability. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach and literature review. Results: there has been overlapping of duties and functions between fields, namely in the Tax and Levy Sector as well as the PBB P2 and BPHTB Sector, (2) not yet optimal in terms of planning and policy, (3) not yet optimal in digital databases (4) not yet optimal in management and coaching retribution; (5) there is no field that specifically handles inspection and enforcement Novelty: To fill the gap in research regarding PAD revenues related to organizational structure, the author focuses on analyzing reviews of organizational structure approaches to Regional Original Income, with the hope that this can provide useful insights for policy making in regional government and enrich existing literature regarding PAD management.

Abstract

Objective: This study explores the impact of technological transformation on service quality in vehicle KIR testing services at the Jember Regional Office of the Transportation Agency, emphasizing the mediating role of service speed. Method: Using a quantitative research approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS 4, the study analyzes data collected from 190 respondents who utilized KIR services. Results: The findings demonstrate that technological transformation significantly enhances service speed and service quality, with service speed serving as a critical intermediary in translating technological advancements into improved user satisfaction. The adjusted R² values indicate that 41.2% of the variance in service speed and 74.8% of the variance in service quality are explained by technological transformation and service speed. Novelty: These results highlight the importance of integrating digital infrastructure with operational efficiency to optimize public service delivery. The study provides theoretical contributions to the understanding of service speed as a mediating factor while offering practical recommendations for policymakers to prioritize digital transformation initiatives in enhancing public service quality. Limitations of the study and avenues for future research are also discussed to expand the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

Objective: This study explores the influence of compensation on job satisfaction and team performance within the Family Assistance Team (TPK) framework in Jember Regency, emphasizing job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Method: With 375 sample, data collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 4. Results: The findings reveal that compensation significantly affects job satisfaction and team performance directly, while job satisfaction mediates the relationship between compensation and team performance. This highlights the critical role of job satisfaction in amplifying the effects of compensation on employee performance. Moreover, the study underscores the necessity of implementing structured compensation systems and satisfaction-monitoring mechanisms to enhance employee performance, particularly in achieving stunting prevention targets. Novelty: While the findings provide actionable insights for policymakers, limitations related to the exploration of contextual factors, such as organizational culture and individual characteristics, suggest avenues for future research to develop a more comprehensive understanding of performance dynamics in similar public health initiatives.

Abstract

Objective : This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and perceived value on patient satisfaction and revisit intention in the context of outpatient services at Tamanan Community Health Center, Bondowoso. The research further examines the mediating role of patient satisfaction in the relationship between service quality, perceived value, and revisit intention. Understanding these relationships is critical to improving patient-centered care and fostering long-term patient loyalty. Method : This explanatory quantitative study involved 100 respondents, determined through Slovin's formula, with accidental sampling as the sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and literature review, while both primary and secondary data were utilized. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 8.0 software was employed to test hypotheses and evaluate the relationships between variables, including service quality, perceived value, patient satisfaction, and revisit intention. Results : The findings reveal that service quality and perceived value significantly influence patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Additionally, patient satisfaction serves as a significant mediating variable, strengthening the impact of service quality and perceived value on revisit intention. This indicates that improving service quality dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and ensuring patients perceive high value can enhance satisfaction and loyalty toward healthcare services. Novelty : This study offers a novel perspective by integrating service quality, perceived value, and patient satisfaction as predictors of revisit intention in a primary healthcare setting, particularly in a rural area with unique resource limitations. The findings highlight the importance of tailoring healthcare service strategies to address both tangible and emotional aspects of patient care, providing valuable insights for healthcare providers and policymakers.
