Abstract

The implementation of environmentally friendly technology (Green IT) in corporate environments frequently encounters significant barriers in the form of employee social resistance and behavioral opposition. This study aims to analyze the factors triggering workers' social resistance and to formulate an effective organizational change management strategy to support the Green IT transition. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and internal documentation analysis. The findings reveal that social resistance stems from anxieties regarding increased workloads, disruptions to daily routines, and a lack of understanding of sustainability benefits. The application of a change management strategy focused on open dialogue, environmental-based digital literacy training, participatory leadership, and incentive schemes significantly reduced employee resistance. This study concludes that the harmonious integration of technology, management strategy, and social readiness is the primary key to achieving sustainable organizational transformation.

Abstract

This study discusses the position and function of the Notary Honorary Council in the Indonesian judicial system as well as the problems that arise in its implementation. The main focus of the research is to analyze the position and function of the MKN, the procedure for examining notaries by the Examining Council, the tension between the notary's obligation of confidentiality and criminal provisions, criminal law enforcement against notaries, and the parameters of MKN approval. This normative legal research uses statutory and conceptual approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively through grammatical and systematic interpretation. The results of the study indicate that the MKN has a strategic position as a balancing institution between the interests of law enforcement and the protection of the confidentiality of the notary office. The procedure for examining notaries has been regulated in detail, but its implementation faces obstacles related to time limits and approval parameters. The MKN approval parameters, which are cumulative in nature, provide legal certainty but require uniform understanding. This study recommends increasing socialization and improving regulations regarding MKN procedures and parameters.

Abstract

This research discusses the regulation of abortion actions by medical personnel based on Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health and Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024. The main focus of the research is to analyze the juridical foundation of abortion restrictions, criminal provisions for violations, legal protection for medical personnel performing legal abortions, and implementation barriers in legal protection. This normative legal research uses statutory and conceptual approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The results show that abortion regulations are limitative with three categories permitting abortion, namely a threat to the mother's life, pregnancy resulting from rape, and fatal fetal abnormalities. Criminal provisions provide sanction threats for violations, but medical personnel acting in accordance with the provisions obtain legal protection. The implementation of legal protection faces barriers in the form of low understanding among medical personnel, social stigma, and limited access to legal aid. Efforts to strengthen legal protection require increasing legal education, support from professional organizations, and improvements in access to legal aid. This research recommends synergy between the medical profession and law enforcement officials to realize effective legal protection for medical personnel.

Abstract

This research discusses the status of Visum et Repertum Psikiatrikum and expert testimony as evidence within the Indonesian criminal procedural law system. The main focus of the research is to analyze the position of Visum et Repertum Psikiatrikum as documentary evidence, the role and status of expert testimony in the evidentiary system, the comparison between the two types of evidence, and the legal implications of psychiatric visum examination results on criminal liability. This normative legal research uses statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The results show that Visum et Repertum Psikiatrikum holds the position of documentary evidence with a dual nature because it contains elements of expert assessment. Expert testimony has a broader and more flexible scope, whereas psychiatric visum is more objective and specific to mental health examinations. The results of the psychiatric visum examination are classified into three categories that carry different legal consequences for criminal liability. This research recommends the formulation of technical guidelines and the strengthening of synergy between the legal and forensic psychiatry professions to enhance legal certainty in the use of such evidence.

Abstract

The implementation of Generative AI in telemedicine management brings transformative shifts to operational efficiency while simultaneously raising complex ethical and social challenges. This study aims to analyze the ethical acceptability, medical governance mechanisms, and implications of using generative artificial intelligence on patient social trust within the digital healthcare consultation ecosystem. The methodology employed is a descriptive qualitative approach based on a systematic literature review of recent studies. The findings indicate that the ethical acceptability of Generative AI is determined by clear transparency regarding communicator identity, data privacy protection via advanced encryption, algorithmic bias mitigation, and definitive legal accountability. Furthermore, sustaining patient social trust requires active physician supervision (human-in-the-loop), accessible services, and socioculturally sensitive therapeutic communication. This study concludes that successful digital transformation in telemedicine demands a balance among technological innovation, adaptive regulation, and enhanced AI literacy for medical personnel to safeguard patient safety and dignity.

Abstract

The rapid growth of urban waste volume demands innovative environmental governance based on information technology and active public participation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of gamification mechanics in mobile waste management applications in transforming social behavior and ecological awareness, while formulating operational management strategies for waste processing to sustain public participation. A sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach was applied through a combination of quantitative surveys among active application users and qualitative exploration via in-depth interviews and field observations. The findings reveal that interactive elements such as point accumulation, achievement badges, and communal leaderboards significantly increase household waste separation consistency by fostering intrinsic motivation and establishing new social norms. Conversely, the sustainability of citizen participation strongly depends on the reliability of physical collection systems, Global Positioning System-based fleet route optimization, recycling supply chain efficiency, and the stability of incentive financing schemes. This study concludes that integrating user-friendly digital game design with reliable field logistics is the primary key to achieving sustainable urban environmental governance driven by community involvement.

Abstract

The transformation of operational management based on digital applications within the gig economy ecosystem has restructured modern employment relationships, yet potentially escalates the social vulnerability of informal workers. This study aims to analyze the role of gig economy platforms in restructuring labor operational management and to evaluate its impact on workers' social protection guarantees. Employing a qualitative approach with a correlative-phenomenological case study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with gig workers, trade union representatives, and labor law experts, supported by platform policy document reviews. The findings demonstrate that algorithm-based operational management consistently controls worker performance and task allocation while transferring operational risks and work expenses directly to individual workers. The absence of access to basic social safety nets, rate setting uncertainties, and the lack of transparency in performance evaluations exacerbate the economic vulnerability of workers. This study concludes that legal regulatory interventions and the reform of inclusive social protection schemes represent crucial steps in ensuring fairness and worker welfare in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This research discusses the crime of infant homicide in the Indonesian criminal law system based on the Criminal Code and Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The primary focus of the research is analyzing the normative regulation of infant homicide, the application of forensic medical science in determining the time and living status of the infant, the determination of time limits and victim age boundaries, and the legal implications of distinguishing infant homicide from other related crimes. This normative legal research utilizes statutory, conceptual, and case approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The research results indicate that infant homicide is regulated as a lex specialis with specific elements that distinguish it from ordinary murder. The interpretation of the time element and the living status of the infant requires a forensic medical science approach, which serves as an important instrument in evidentiary proof. The unclarity of time limits and the term "child" in the formulation of the offense creates legal uncertainty. The distinction in qualifications between infant homicide, abortion, and ordinary murder carries significant criminal consequences. This research recommends the formulation of technical guidelines and the strengthening of synergy between the legal profession and forensic medicine.
