Abstract

This paper investigates the relationship between digital health literacy and the interpretation and utilization of social media information by pregnant women in selecting childbirth methods. Employing a qualitative literature review and thematic synthesis, the analysis shows varying levels of digital health literacy significantly modulate women’s abilities to discern credible from unreliable information within rapidly evolving digital contexts. The findings reveal that high-quality, evidence-based content fosters informed decision-making aligned with contemporary medical standards, while exposure to low-quality, anecdotal, or biased narratives can lead to misconceptions, anxieties, and suboptimal childbirth choices. Socioeconomic factors and prior health education influence susceptibility to digital misinformation. The study found the necessity for synergistic efforts across healthcare, education, and regulatory domains to elevate digital health literacy and ensure the availability of accurate content for expectant mothers. Integrating digital health literacy into antenatal care, promoting clinician engagement in online forums, and establishing clear content moderation guidelines are pragmatic responses to the identified challenges. Such systemic interventions are critical to empowering maternal autonomy and protecting maternal and neonatal health in an increasingly digitalized world.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between work-life quality and life satisfaction, exploring the multifarious ways in which organizational culture, management practices, and workplace structures shape the totality of individual well-being. Through a rigorous qualitative literature review and thematic synthesis approach, the study draws upon empirical and theoretical perspectives spanning diverse occupational contexts, emphasizing the salience of psychological safety, autonomy, flexibility, and recognition. The findings affirm that life satisfaction is integrally linked to professional experiences, with effective work-life policies, supportive leadership, and equitable environments fostering satisfaction both within and beyond the workplace. Conversely, organizational rigidity, lack of support, and unchecked digital encroachment undermine psychological health and erode meaning. The study underscores the vital role of emotional intelligence, social support structures, and gender equity initiatives in creating climates conducive to holistic thriving. Practical implications include recommendations for policy innovation, leadership development, and the strategic realignment of cultures to endorse meaningful, sustainable, and dignified work. This research provides nuanced insights and actionable pathways for organizations, policymakers, and scholars committed to advancing both occupational well-being and broader societal prosperity.

Abstract

This paper investigates the complex relationship between legal frameworks and the sustainability of digital platform business models, with a focus on application-driven start-ups in emerging digital economies. By employing a qualitative literature study and thematic synthesis, the research dissects how statutes addressing consumer protection, personal data management, and competition law affect the operational certainty and continuity of digital enterprises. Findings reveal that most legal systems are still evolving, struggling to reconcile the unique characteristics of digital commerce with outmoded legal paradigms and fragmented regulatory oversight. Inadequate harmonization, resource scarcity, and gaps in institutional capacity further exacerbate these issues, imposing substantial burdens on start-up compliance and inhibiting technological innovation. The research demonstrates that sustainable solutions require not only legislative renewal and harmonization but also active collaboration between stakeholders, ongoing capacity building, and adaptive regulatory innovation. Recommendations include modular reforms, increased emphasis on technology-driven oversight, stakeholder-inclusive policy processes, and development of regulatory sandboxes to bridge the gap between innovation and public interest. The outcomes highlight the necessity for flexible, knowledge-based, and principle-driven governance structures that support both entrepreneurial dynamism and societal protection in the rapidly shifting digital economy

Abstract

This paper critically investigates how the adoption of local e-learning platforms affects digital literacy advancement and learning outcomes in primary school education. Focusing on disparities in access and the influence of pedagogical and evaluative design, the study employs a qualitative literature review approach with thematic synthesis. Results highlight that, while technology holds promise for leveling educational opportunities, digital equity is contingent upon comprehensive system support extending beyond mere device provision. Responsive instructional design, robust assessment mechanisms, and meaningful collaboration among teachers, families, and community stakeholders are crucial for ensuring that e-learning platforms facilitate not only technical access but also genuine engagement and skill mastery. The investigation reveals that digital literacy for primary students flourishes where digital platforms are integrated into school cultures that value inclusivity, formative feedback, and adaptive learning. The research underscores the need for ongoing structural investments, sustained professional development, and policy frameworks attuned to local heterogeneity. This study offers essential insights for the strategic expansion of digital learning, contributing to a more reflective and equitable digital education ecosystem for young learners.

Abstract

This study investigates the practical realities and persistent challenges in occupational health and safety (OHS) implementation on road construction projects, with a particular focus on the barriers between regulatory frameworks and workplace outcomes. Adopting a qualitative literature review and thematic synthesis methodology, the research examines both the operational compliance with OHS mandates and the systemic issues impeding accurate reporting and evaluation. Findings reveal that there are inconsistencies between regulatory expectation and field-level practice due to administrative routines, limited managerial engagement, and fragmented communication channels. Furthermore, underreporting of incidents and inadequate documentation limit the sector’s ability to leverage data for risk mitigation and continuous improvement. The evidence suggests that that overcoming these obstacles requires organizational transformation, including participatory leadership, continuous digital integration, and cultivating mutual trust among all project stakeholders. Recommendations outlined in this analysis include fostering routine group training, developing accessible reporting systems, and embedding reflective learning mechanisms. This review not only underscores the criticality of cultural and systemic reform in building a sustainable safety culture but also contributes actionable knowledge for policymakers, managers, and practitioners dedicated to meaningful advancement in road construction safety.

Abstract

Life crises represent a universal phenomenon that challenges individuals’ adaptive capacities, often resulting in heightened psychological distress. The family serves as a primary source of support; however, the effectiveness of such support is highly contingent upon the congruence between the type of assistance provided and the individual's psychological needs. This review aims to explore how the quality of familial support influences an individual’s ability to manage stress, and how misalignment between the form of support and the nature of the crisis may exacerbate psychological vulnerability. Employing a literature review approach, this study analyzes a range of relevant publications. The findings show that appropriately aligned emotional support can enhance emotional regulation, increase perceived control, and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety. On the other hand, unhelpful support, such as overprotection, excessive instruction, or insufficient validation, may increase psychological burden through mechanisms including emotional alienation, internalization of stigma, disrupted emotional regulation, and the emergence of learned helplessness. Mismatched support also gives rise to intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict, impairs physiological functioning, and decreases long-term resilience. Moreover, familial support demonstrates dual potential, it can serve as either a protective or maladaptive factor, depending on how suitable the support is. This review underscores the critical importance of a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of family support in the context of life crises. Familial sensitivity to emotional needs and variations in crisis types constitutes a crucial component in safeguarding individual psychological well-being

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped the landscape of behavioral accounting, presenting both challenges and opportunities for enhancing managerial decision-making. Systems based on big data, artificial intelligence, and block chain enable more comprehensive information processing and enhance the accuracy of organizational behavior analysis. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of such integration is frequently hindered by behavioral barriers originating from users themselves. This study seeks to address two central issues: how digital technologies are transforming behavioral accounting practices to support managerial decisions, and how behavioral obstacles may affect the effectiveness of technological integration. Through a literature review of recent international publications, the analysis demonstrates that digital technologies can reduce cognitive biases, reinforce transparency, and improve objectivity in decision-making processes. However, resistance to change, limited digital literacy, distrust in technological systems, and technological anxiety have been shown to slow adoption and diminish the potential benefits of these advancements. Accordingly, the effectiveness of digital technology integration in behavioral accounting is determined not only by technical factors but is also significantly influenced by individual behavioral readiness and organizational culture. These findings underscore the critical importance of considering human factors in any digitization initiative, so that the designed systems can function as more strategic, adaptive, and sustainable decision-support instruments amid the dynamics of modern business.

Abstract

The development of environmentally friendly products has increasingly become a strategic priority in modern business, driven by the growing consumer awareness of sustainability issues. This study examines the role of cross-functional collaboration between Human Resource Management (HRM) and marketing in supporting the creation of green products that are relevant to consumer needs. The discussion begins by tracing general and specific phenomena, followed by an identification of principal issues such as divergent objectives, communication barriers, resource allocation constraints, cultural resistance, and external pressures that undermine the effectiveness of collaboration. Through a literature review approach, the study reveals that the synergy between HRM and marketing holds significant potential to generate competitive added value. HRM supports this process by developing green competencies, promoting a sustainable work culture, and providing incentives that drive innovation, while marketing contributes through mapping consumer needs and designing market strategies aligned with sustainability trends. However, the success of this synergy depends highly on organization’s preparedness to overcome structural, cultural, and regulatory obstacles. In conclusion, strong cross-functional collaboration is underlined by robust performance indicators, enhanced green workforce competencies, and the strategic alignment of HRM marketing. In turn, such collaboration not only enhances organizational competitiveness but also supports the broader agenda of global sustainability
