According to the WHO classification, COVID-19 patients could be classified with severity as uncomplicated illness, mild pneumonia, severe pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis and septic shock.Case illustration: A 25 year old female, with a chief complaint of shortness of breath and cough, history of cesarean section surgery with indications of severe preeclampsia and hysterectomy for uterine atony. weeks previously the patient was confirmed positive for COVID-19 without symptoms and tested negative through the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) follow up examination. The Chest X-Ray showed the right lung atelectasis, bronchitis and minimal pleural effusion. CT scan of the chest showed a ground glass opacity in almost all bilateral lung segments with septal thickening in according with the picture of COVID pneumonia with cardiomegaly. The patient was intubated and put on a ventilator due to acute respiratory failure and the drugs include antiviral (oseltamivir), chloroquine, antibiotic (meropenem) and steroid (methylprednisolon) intravenous.Discussion: Post COVID-19 fibrosis is one of the emerging complications of COVID 19 pneumonia and ARDS. This case report highlights ARDS in patient with Pulmonary Post Covid-19 and its challenges in diagnosis and treatment. The combination treatment of mechanical ventilation and drugs such as antiviral, chloroquine, antibiotic, steroid intravenous could give the good outcome for the patient of ARDS due to Pulmonary Fibrosis Post COVID - 19

Abstract

Malnutrition is a form of malnutrition caused by inadequate food intake and recurrent infectious diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between LBW and the incidence of wasting in children aged 6-23 months in Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency in 2020. The research design used was cross-sectional. Malnutrition (wasting) is measured using the indicator body weight according to body length (BB/PB). Data collection was carried out by anthropometric measurements (body weight and length) and questionnaire interviews with respondents (mothers of research subjects). The results of the study showed that 17.0% of children aged 6-23 months in Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency experienced wasting. Out of 153 children aged 6-23 months, 52.9% did not reach the minimum acceptable diet, 32.0% had a deficit in energy intake, and 52.9% had a deficit in protein intake. The results of the chi-square analysis showed that the incidence of LBW had a significant relationship with malnutrition (wasting). Multiple logistic regression tests show that energy intake is the dominant factor for wasting in children aged 6-23 months in Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency in 2020 (OR=5.616; 95% CI: 1.193-26.438).

Abstract

Introduction: Non-adherence to the Therapeutic Ginger candy is a type of confectionery made from sugar and ginger. Ginger can inhibit the inflammatory process caused by H. pylori infection. therefore, the frequency of hyperemesis gravidarum caused by H. pylori infection can be reduced. Hyperemesis gravidarum is a complaint of severe nausea and vomiting more than 10 times a day during pregnancy which can cause fluid deficiency, weight loss, or electrolyte disturbances, thus interfering with daily activities and endangering the fetus in the womb. Objectives: aims to determine the effect of giving ginger candy to hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at Misniarti Midwife Practice Method: This study is a Quasi-Experimental study with the One Group Pretest Posttest design. In this design before the treatment is given, the sample The results of the study stated that out of 10 respondents there were 7 respondents (70%) giving ginger candy frequently and mild hypermesis gravidarum, there were 2 respondents (20%) giving ginger candy rarely and moderate hypermesis gravidarum, while 1 respondent (10%) giving ginger candy not ever and severe hypermesis gravidarum. The results of the analysis show that the probability value is (0.002) < sig_a = 0.05. The results of this analysis meet the criteria for the hypothesis of the relationship, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving ginger candy to hypermesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Misniarti midwife practice. Abstract

The large incidence of anemia cases in female students shows that there is still a lack of iron (Fe) nutrient consumption in adolescent girls. The onset of anemia can be caused by the intake of the wrong diet, irregular and unbalanced with the adequacy of nutritional sources needed by the body. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. Analytical survey research method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study used a total sampling of 46 people. Data collection comes from primary data, namely the results of questionnaires analyzed using the chi square test. The results of the study were mostly adolescents with poor diet as many as 21 people (45.7%), adolescent girls with anemia as many as 24 people (52.2%). There is a relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls (p value = 0.000<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that food consumed by adolescent girls does not have the number of calories and nutrients that are in accordance with needs such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fiber and water so that their nutritional status cannot be fulfilled so that it can cause anemia.
