The fundraising activity conducted by LAZIS MD (Laboratory of Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh of Da’wah Management) was a learning medium carried out by UIN Jakarta students in the Da’wah Management study program, Faculty of Da’wah and Communication Sciences in the Fundraising Management course. It was different from zakat institutions that are official and recognized by zakat institutions in Indonesia. It was called a laboratory because it was a learning medium, not an official institution and was not included in the category of fraudulent institutions. The problem in this laboratory was whether it had given satisfaction to the donors in terms of service, management, and the system. From the issues above, it could be emphasized that the formulation of the main problem in this research was how was the influence of infaq shodaqoh fundraising on donor satisfaction at LAZIS MD UIN JAKARTA? The purpose of this research was to find out if the program could be achieved adequately, could increase donors, and increase donors’ satisfaction. As an analytical tool, this study used a descriptive quantitative method, using a purposive sampling technique, in which the researcher took samples from all donors of LAZIS MD UIN Jakarta who matched their characteristics (100 people). The research instrument used a Likert Scale, to measure attitudes and opinions. The data collection technique used in this study was by filling out a questionnaire. This research provided an answer that donors were satisfied with the fundraising of infaq and shodaqoh carried out by LAZIS MD UIN JAKARTA. It could be proven by obtaining a score of 88.33% which of the 100 people who filled out the questionnaire, there were 75 people who chose the satisfied category.

Providing knowledge of Manasik is the task of the government and travel agencies organizing the Hajj and Umrah. The objective of holding rituals is To practice independence, as well as so that the congregation can carry out worship according to the guidance of the Prophet. However, there are still many in the holy land of the congregation who only rely on a guide while on the ground because they do not understand and do not know corners of the city of Mecca because they only manasic 3-4 times. There needs to be excellent service to attract their interest following the manasic class. This research aims to know the excellent implementation management service in HMC (Hijrah Muslim Center) Payakumbuh. The method used in the study This is method descriptive- a qualitative. Results show Organizer rituals in institution rituals HMC The Great Wall Already apply good service by service standards and principles of excellent service. Marked by the satisfaction felt by the congregation undergoing manasik at HMC. In addition to manasik for free, HMC also provides services to the congregation in the form of facilitating the congregation to complete the administrative requirements in the form of passport administration, meningitis vaccination, photos, provision of small gifts, exchange Money real, and savings Hajj And Umrah.

This study aims to disclose how the prime services provided by the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section of Ministry of Religion in Pariaman Municipality affects the satisfaction of prospective pilgrims. This study offered quantitative data. The sample was taken using quota sampling. The research used primary data collected from respondents by distributing 93 questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test assisted by SPSS 20 application. Based on the significance value of <0.01 or X 0.000 <0.01 for the relationship between the prime service variable (X) and the pilgrim’s satisfaction (Y), Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicated that prime service (x) was associated with pilgrim’s satisfaction (y). Based on this research’s findings, it could be inferred that the quality services provided by the Ministry of Religion in Pariaman Municipality influenced the prospective pilgrim’s satisfaction. Thus, it is recommended that the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section keeps on improving their service quality to ensure that prospective pilgrims remain satisfied.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lima Puluh Kota showed that the number of employees who could use SISKOHAT was only three people; hence, if many pilgrims registered on the same day, the employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lima Puluh Kota would have difficulty serving the pilgrims. The pilgrims would take a long time waiting in line. The research method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were by observing, interviewing, and documentation. The participants in this study were employees of theMinistry of Religious Affairs Office of Lima Puluh Kota and one of the pilgrims who came to the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lima Puluh Kota. The analytical method in this study started with data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that SISKOHAT was running well, and system updates were being carried out in line with increasingly advanced technological developments in organizing the pilgrimage at the Directorate General of PHU at theMinistry of Religious Affairs Office of Lima Puluh Kota. The inhibiting factor of SISKOHAT that occurred at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lima Puluh Kota did not become a barrier for the staff of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage division. In addition, the government also anticipated so that it could prevent incidents that could hinder the effectiveness of information and computerized systems.

This study aims to identify the administrative management of the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in improving services, The main problem raised in this article is the lack of knowledge of prospective pilgrims in the process administration in the form of registration, cancellation and payment, administration that is hampered by the network and lack of Human Resources of Hajj officers who master the technical operation of computers in the Ministry of Religion of fifty cities. This study uses a qualitative method in which researchers will trying to find information or data in the field, which is the source of data for this research is Mr. Kasi PHU and PHU employees of the Ministry of Religion in lima puluh cities and districts, as well as 10 Hajj pilgrims. The results of this study shows that the administrative management activities for organizing the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages Administrative services in office Ministry of Religion regency fifty cities Enough Good because Ministry of Religion lima puluh city try as much as possible Possible For make it easier for prospective pilgrims to respond quickly and understand the processes they go through before leaving until after returning to their homeland, there is no difference between prospective Hajj pilgrims, everything is done the same and as fair as possible, all prospective pilgrims are guided and accompanied starting from the registration process, payment, transfer portion, cancellation, until departure.

Although PT. Cordoba Berkah Mandiri has a license to operate legally, the products are not innovative and varied, and the information presented is not complete and detailed. This study aimed to determine and analyze how much influence the quality of Umrah service package services has on the congregation's interest in registering at PT Cordoba Berkah Mandiri.This research is a quantitative research that analyzes the relationship between variables by testing the hypothesis. The data collection technique was a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a sample of 91 people. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, T-test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the regression analysis show that the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on the intention to register (Y) in choosing travel organizers for the Umrah pilgrimage as evidenced by the equation Y = 12.315 + 0.459X, meaning that before there is a service quality variable, the value of interest in registering amounted to 12.315 or 1231.5%, but after there was a service intensity variable, interest in registering increased by 0.459 or 45.9%. In terms of service quality, it also positively and significantly influenced interest in registering with travel organizers of the Umrah pilgrimage.

The research aims to determine the general description of the implementation of Hajj ritual (manasik) guidance by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sragen Regency for prospective Hajj pilgrims. The research was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of guidance on mass Hajj manasik of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sragen Regency was aligned with the planning that had been formed and in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Hajj and Umrah Implementation No. 164 of 2023 concerning guidelines for organizing Hajj manasik guidance for regular pilgrims at the Regency or City and District levels. The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sragen Regency used four management functions in carrying out Hajj manasik guidance activities: planning, organizing, implementing and supervising.

The SIMAS (Mosque Management Information System) application from the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs is used to manage data on mosques and musallas online throughout Indonesia. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis showed a significant increase in services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office due to the use of SIMAS. The previous manual data collection on mosques and musallas (musallas) has been replaced with an online method via the SIMAS website with collaboration between various agencies, including the Office of Religious Affairs and sub-districts. It has accelerated and improved effectiveness of services in the office. With adequate human resources, SIMAS has become an efficient tool for inputting data on mosques and musallas. This research highlights the important role of SIMAS in improving efficiency and service at the Kendal Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office.

This research aims to determine the potential of cash waqf and its development model, so research. This research uses the literature study method supported by previous research data. The results of this study reveal that the potential and development model of cash waqf has not been well realized. This research has the advantages of waqf: Continuous reward as long as the waqf object is still being utilized even though the waqf has passed away. Continuous benefits in various types of goodness and not interrupted by the transfer of ownership. As a productive investment because cash waqf can be invested in Sharia-compliant financial instruments, which can generate returns that can be used for charitable purposes. However, implementing cash waqf in Indonesia is still far from its potential. Various regulations have been established to accommodate cash waqf, but its collection and utilization have not reached the expected potential. This article discusses the current cash waqf implementation model and highlights the need for more effective mechanisms, especially for millennials. This research also explores philanthropy and social fund management trends, providing insight into the potential of cash waqf and its growth models.

As an instrument of Islamic philanthropy with a rich history, Waqf has great potential in improving the management of social funds and empowering the community. This research examines the crucial role of accountability and transparency in managing social funds and empowering the people through waqf institutions. The analysis focuses on how implementing these principles can strengthen the effectiveness of waqf fund management to achieve humanitarian goals and community empowerment.The research methodology includes a literature review and case study. The research results show that the use of relevant accounting standards, transparency in financial reporting, and strong accountability in waqf management institutions positively influence the management of social funds. Hopefully, this conclusion will provide further insight into optimizing the management of social funds through the principles of accountability and transparency in the realm of waqf.The author's suggestion for further research is to adopt a quantitative approach through interviews or questionnaires focusing on specific nazir entities. The research results will likely provide significant practical contributions to the Nazir entity by exploring in-depth case studies.
