Abstract

The 2024 legislative election in Jakarta is an important moment in the dynamics of Indonesian politics, especially for the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) which won a significant victory. This study aims to analyze the winning strategy of Abdul Aziz, the PKS legislative candidate in the 10th DKI Jakarta Electoral District (Dapil), as well as the factors that contributed to its success.. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examines the effectiveness of political and marketing strategies applied, including community-based approaches, the use of social media, and political communication strategies. The results showed that the strategy carried out by Abdul Aziz focused on the utilization of a loyal mass base, campaigns based on social welfare issues, as well as direct involvement in social and religious activities. In addition, digital communication strategies through social media and the involvement of local leaders also play an important role in improving its electability. This research provides insight into the dynamics of political campaign strategies in the digital age as well as their implications for voter trends in metropolitan areas. The PKS as a moderate Islam-based party also has challenges in extending support beyond its loyal voters. Therefore, the campaign strategy applied is not only based on religious issues, but also emphasizes concrete programs that are relevant to urban problems such as education, health, and infrastructure, which of course is in line with the theory used in this study, namely the theory of political strategy by Peter Schroder, which specifically discusses 3 types of political strategies.

Abstract

This study looks at implementation moderation in religion values in the use of loudspeakers at Amal Sholeh Mosque, located within a multicultural community. The primary focus is on the responses and perceptions of both Muslim and non- Muslim residents regarding the use of loudspeakers, as well as the extent to which the principles of religious moderation are reflected in interreligious social relations. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and field observations. The findings indicate that although the term “Religious Moderation” is not widely recognized by the local community, its core values such as tolerance, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence are evident in their daily practices. Nevertheless, complaints persist regarding the direction and volume of the loudspeakers, which are perceived as disturbing. Therefore, it is necessary to disseminate the technical regulations issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and to enhance collective awareness in order to foster a harmonious worship environment without compromising the comfort of surrounding residents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of fear of missing out in culinary tourism, related to anxiety or fear of missing out on something that is popular. As a result, Tourism Industry Study Program students tend to follow trends, buy goods that are not really needed, or do activities that are actually undesirable, so as not to feel left behind. The qualitative method with a phenomenological approach is used to focus on a deep understanding of the individual's subjective experience of a phenomenon. The data analysis technique used is Interpretative phenomenological analysis, which is a method that focuses on an in-depth exploration of how participants understand their personal experiences. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants. Data collected from key informants is more accurate and valid because it is in accordance with the phenomenon experienced directly. The results of the study show a change in fear of missing out behavior towards consumptive behavior, shown by the existence of social media promotions and consumption trends that encourage impulsive behavior and social anxiety. Thus, it is hoped that Tourism Industry Study Program students can face challenges in balancing modern social pressure and social media with values to prioritize life balance and build healthy relationships without relying on social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate good dairy farming practices and good milking practices in dairy farms in Tajur Halang Village, to determine the perceptions of farmers, village administrators, and local governments towards the development of dairy farmer competencies for the development of tourist villages, and to formulate a livestock resource development model. This study was designed as a descriptive research. The instrument used in this study are a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire, and Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP), and Good Milking Practices (GMiP) evaluation form. Data collection was conducted through interviews with 45 dairy farmers, village administrators, and local governments, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) on the solidarity of alumni of the Indonesian People's Animal Husbandry School (SASPRI), while the formulation of a model for improving dairy farmer competencies was carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal technique (PRA). The results showed that the GDFP and GMiP values of dairy farms in Tajur Halang Village were in the "Good" category. Stakeholder perceptions showed a high level of suitability for efforts to develop dairy farmer competencies. The formulation of the livestock farmer competency development model yielded three main pillars: tourism village development, program development, and training and mentoring. Based on these findings, dairy farmers already possess strong competencies in livestock farming. However, these competencies are not sufficient for them to play an active role in tourism villages, as they still need to master social and tourism competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of group counseling services using the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) technique to improve students’ physical self-acceptance. The research employed a Quasi-Experimental approach with a Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design. The participants consisted of 16 eighth-grade students of SMP Imelda Medan, divided into two groups: 8 students in the experimental group and 8 students in the control group, selected using purposive sampling. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates that group counseling using the ACT technique is effective in improving students' physical self-acceptance. The average pre-test score in the experimental group was 79.13, which increased to 102.75 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the control group’s pre-test average was 78.25 and post-test average was 85.75. The increase in post-test scores indicates a significant improvement in physical self-acceptance

Abstract

Study. This aim is to analyze the implementation of innovation management in a rubbish-based community to support achieving the Low Carbon City in Bogor Regency and study inequality between policy macro and conditions in the field. Although the National Policy and Strategy for Management of Garbage (Jakstranas) targets a 75% reduction in rubbish to 75%, realization in Bogor Regency is still in the range of 44%. This is caused by structural obstacles like TPST/TPAS infrastructure limitations, lack of transport fleet, and not yet optimal regulations and zoning. Research This study uses cases in three subdistricts (Cibinong, Bojonggede, and Cileungsi), and found that innovation communities, such as digital waste banks, maggot composting, and eco enzymes, are capable of reducing organic waste volume by 20–30% and increasing sorting up to 35%. Projection impact on emission shows that if innovation is replicated all over House households in Bogor Regency (±600 thousand), then potential subtraction of GHG emissions can reach 48,000–72,000 tons of CO₂-e / year. Research This produces an integrative model for managing rubbish based on a community that can support the reduction of emissions concretely and strategically to realize a low-carbon city. Findings: This confirms the importance of multi-actor synergy and supports policy adaptive areas to initiate locally.
