Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Game-Based Learning (GBL) as an innovative strategy in Indonesian language learning through a theoretical review. The method employed is a literature review examining various articles, journals, and theses related to the implementation of GBL. Data were collected through a systematic literature search in academic databases such as Google Scholar, SINTA, GARUDA, and university repositories. The findings indicate that GBL enhances students’ motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. Media such as Kahoot!, Wordwall, Genially, Classcraft, and project-based games effectively support reading, writing, speaking, and text comprehension skills. GBL also promotes the development of 21st-century skills (4C), namely critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. However, its implementation faces challenges, including limited teachers’ digital literacy, technological readiness, potential distractions, and unequal access to devices. Overall, GBL has strong potential to improve the quality of Indonesian language learning when systematically designed and supported by adequate teacher competence.

Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This method is used to describe the analysis of the implementation of the Livestock Grant Program in East Lampung Regency (Study at the East Lampung Regency Livestock Service). All data was obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that several major obstacles were identified, namely: (a) Communication Dimension: Communication between relevant parties has not been effective, both between the central and regional governments, leaders and implementers, and between the agency and grant recipient groups. (b) Resource Dimension: Limited resources, particularly the number and competence of human resources, operational monitoring budgets, and infrastructure, are the main obstacles. (c) Disposition or Attitude Dimension: Implementer motivation and commitment in the field are still diverse. (d) The hierarchical bureaucratic structure, unstandardized standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lengthy administrative processes hamper the speed of grant disbursement and oversight.

Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This method is used to describe the analysis of collaboration between government, private sector, and community in marketing tourism events in Lampung Province. All data was obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that, in the Analysis of Collaboration Between Government, Private Sector, and Community in Marketing Tourism Events in Lampung Province, collaboration between the government, private sector, and community in implementing tourism events in Lampung Province has, in principle, been ongoing, but is not yet optimal. This collaboration still faces various structural and functional obstacles, particularly in unifying the vision between actors, increasing local capacity, and ensuring the economic and social sustainability of events. Differing interests, limited community capacity, and the short-term orientation of events mean that the impacts of tourism have not been felt evenly and sustainably by local communities.

Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This method aims to describe the analysis of the implementation of the Social Health Security Agency's policy in Lampung Province. All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Social Health Security Agency's main duties and functions in Bandar Lampung City has, in principle, been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations for the administration of National Health Insurance. Abstract

The main problem in developing the Police and Community Organization Partnership Forum Model in Bandar Lampung City is the absence of a structured and sustainable partnership in preventing political conflict, so that coordination and early detection of conflict have not been running optimally amidst local political dynamics. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the development of the Police and Community Organization Partnership Forum Model in preventing political conflict in Bandar Lampung City. Data were obtained through interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the partnership forum serves as a forum for communication and cooperation between the National Police and community organizations in maintaining political stability, but its effectiveness is not optimal in terms of communication, participation, member capacity, coordination, and conflict prevention performance. The effectiveness of the forum is determined by interacting structural, institutional, social, and cultural factors, so a more systematic, measurable, and sustainable partnership model is needed.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed document management in the banking sector. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, particularly in the Briguna Credit Division, still faces challenges in managing physical archives that hinder operational efficiency. This study aims to design a digital archive system for Briguna credit documentation to improve data accessibility, accuracy, and security. The research employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, involving three stages: requirements planning, design, and implementation. The system integrates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for converting scanned documents into searchable digital formats and a relational database for efficient data storage. The results demonstrate that the digitization process can reduce document retrieval time by 70% and minimize the risk of data loss. Furthermore, the proposed system supports data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, in line with OJK regulations and the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law. This research contributes both theoretically—by applying the DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model to banking document management—and practically, by offering a structured design to support BRI’s digital transformation strategy.

Abstract

Children with Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) often experience difficulties in basic academic skills such as reading, writing, and arithmetic, which can impact their learning development and adjustment in the school environment. Effective support for children with SLD requires the involvement of various parties, especially families and schools, through ongoing collaboration. This study aims to explore the forms of collaboration between families and schools in supporting children with Specific Learning Disorder. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with four participants: two parents of children with SLD and two teachers directly involved in the child's education process. The research data were analysed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of experience, forms of collaboration, and communication dynamics between families and schools. The results showed that collaboration between parents and teachers is realized through communication regarding children's learning development, coordination in the implementation of learning strategies, and emotional support provided to children. However, this study also identified several challenges in collaboration, such as limited communication time and differences in understanding of children's needs. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening partnerships between families and schools to create more effective learning support for children with Specific Learning Disorder.

Abstract

Work fatigue is an important problem in occupational health that can decrease productivity and increase the risk of work errors. One of the factors that plays a role is the hot work climate, especially in semi-enclosed workspaces with limited ventilation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between hot work climate and work fatigue in parking ticket officers in the Manado Megamas Area. The study used an analytical quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach on 63 respondents. Hot work climate was measured using a heat stress monitor (WBGT), while work fatigue was measured using the KAUPK2 questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that most respondents experienced moderate fatigue (57.1%) and the highest exposure to the hot work climate was found in the morning shift (29.8°C). There was a significant association between hot work climate and work fatigue (p = 0.001; r = 0.401), with moderate correlation strength. The study shows that even though heat exposure is still below the threshold value, working environment conditions still contribute to worker fatigue. Therefore, it is necessary to control the working environment through ventilation improvements, the provision of local cooling, and adaptive work-break arrangements.
