Abstract

Relation of Style of Headmaster Leadership of With The Performance Learn In Elementary School Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar of Relation of Style of Headmaster Leadership of With The Performance Learn in Elementary School Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar. This Research aim to to know the performance picture learn at SD Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassardan relation among style of headmaster leadership with the performance of teacher of Elementary School Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar This Research represent the quantitative research While pursuant to its source, this research use the primary data that is data collected by researcher by xself / passing division kuesioner to responder in this case is teacher of at SD wahdah islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar. with the responder amount as much 36 people. Method of data collecting use the kuesioner with the scale model the likert. Data obtained to be processed with the descriptive statistical analysis. Data processing done by using SPSS version 20 Pursuant to research result indicate that the Style of headmaster leadership be at the high category with the descriptive analysis result equal to 95% and performance gurupun be at the high category with the percentage 100%. style of headmaster Leadership with the teacher performance own the very strong relation assess the value of koofisien correlation of equal to 0,823 and style applied by headmaster of at Elementary School Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar democratic leadership style

Abstract

In this article, the author wants to discuss the development of the STIT Muhammadiyah Ngawi campus from 1989 to the present year 2022 which seems to be silent where this assumption slides through the words of the community in general and STIT employees. because of this problem and agreed by the Dikti regulation which states that in order to improve the quality of institutional management of private Islamic religious universities and public accountability as well as the performance of PTKIS management, the Directorate General of Islamic Education instructs the PTKIS coordinator and leaders of private Islamic religious universities, the Directorate General of Islamic Education. issued circular Number B-2956/DJ.I/HK.007/12/2020 dated December 11, 2020 regarding the position of Chancellor/chairman of PTKIS. The Directorate General of Islamic Education instructs that all private Islamic religious universities are led by the Chancellor/chairman who has a National Lecturer Identification Number (NIDN) on the homebase of the university he leads. have accreditation, a campus that has adequate facilities, a campus that has a standard curriculum and the last level of graduate work acceptance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of learning Physics for students who are given the everyone is a teacher learning model on Newton's Law material at SMP 4 Widodaren. The research sample was 120 grade VIII students of SMP 4 Widodaren. The researcher divided into two classes, namely the first VIII as a control class with 60 students and the second VIII as an experimental class with 60 students. The research used was the Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and t-test. Based on the analysis tcount = 2.928 > ttable = 2.069 and Y = 49.64 + 0.412X In this equation the linear regression direction coefficient (b) = 0.412 is positive, meaning that student learning outcomes in learning physics in Newton's Law material can improve using the Everyone Learning model is a teacher.

Abstract

Competition in the world of education in determining the number of students is very tight in today's era. Especially in private educational institutions. This can be seen from the marketing strategies carried out by various educational institutions to attract people to enter these educational institutions. This is very interesting to do research. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the marketing strategy carried out by the Putra Kalijaga MI Educational Institution. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy in an educational institution is very important to attract new students. The marketing strategy carried out by MI Putra Kalijaga is by direct marketing which includes the use of technology, banners, and social media such as Facebook and YouTube. In addition, the strategy used is to hold outreach to kindergartens and to the community through recitations.

Abstract

This writing aims to describe the integration of the values ​​of Islamic religious teaching within the scope of Pancasila. The research approach used is a descriptive case study. This study was conducted by examining and explaining the introduction and understanding of Pancasila values ​​through religious activities. Pancasila as the basis of a nation or the ideology of a nation is in line with the values ​​of Islamic teachings. As a religion that is rahmatan lil `alamin, Islam is very relevant and flexible in all steps of life. Islam governs all believers in all matters, both in personal and social life. The depth of the philosophical values ​​of Pancasila, which is the embodiment of the values ​​of Islamic teachings, should strengthen our position as a religious nation in Indonesia. A civilized religion with respect for all existing religious adherents, as Bun Carno wanted. Therefore, as Indonesian citizens and religious people, we always lead, maintain and apply the values ​​of Pancasila in the life of the nation, state, society and religion.

Abstract

This study aims to show how self-regulation develops in children at Al-Amin Pandean Kindergarten who are between 4-5 years old. Children aged 4-5 years old were the focus of this qualitative case study research. The three stages of the Miles and Huberman model - data reduction, data display, and data verification - were used in the data analysis technique. Observation, interviews and documentation were used as data collection methods. The findings of the study show that the growth of self-control and language skills occur at the same time. How children regulate their thoughts, emotions and behavior can be greatly influenced by language. Through their interactions in the social world around them, language helps children internalize social structures and conventions. Children who interact with others have a greater awareness of others' opinions and expectations. Based on this research shows that language helps children's understanding of their own experiences and the experiences of others, it is through language that children apply this knowledge to their actions

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are needed in school, without it, the school will not be effective and efficience. This research will examinies “Implementation of the Management Of Policy Facilitities and Infrastructure in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Perwanida 3 Tanjungsari Jogorogo Ngawi”. Which aims to know the optimization of the management of facilities and infrastructure in Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 3 Tanjungsari Jogorogo. Optimization the management of facilities and infrastructure done with seven stage, that is planning infrastructure, procurement infrastructure, the distribution of infrastructure. This research is a quality research descriptive, as an instrument main research focus to the principle and teachers of Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 3 Tanjungsari. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the Library of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan based on the National Library Standard, IFLA/UNESCO School Library Guidelines and the description of the Library of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. This research is a type of qualitative survey conducted in the library of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan. The sampling method used the Snowball sample with a case study approach. Interviews with librarians, staff and library visitors of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan, observations or conditions of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan, and documents related to this study were used for data collection. The conclusion of this study is that the Library of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan has library management, buildings, collections of library materials, staff and services. Based on National Library standards, the building area of the SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan Library is not yet valid. The limitations of library management in SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan are that they have just started learning geography and SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan has not allocated priorities or budgets for classrooms used for teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The professionalism of a teacher cannot be separated from the principal's role as a supervisor. Where the task is to be fully responsible for supervising educators or teachers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the principal as a supervisor in increasing teacher professionalism at RA Nawa Kartika VIII Sidolaju, Ngawi. This research method is a qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal as a supervisor to improve teacher professionalism has been well implemented. The conclusion from this study is that the role of the principal as a supervisor greatly determines the professionalism of teachers at RA Nawa Kartika VIII Sidolaju

Abstract

Abstract Socialization is the most important process that we consciously or unconsciously live in our daily lives. Education policy is very important related to the morals of students. Aims to find out how to socialize education policy; knowing the stages of education policy socialization of education policy. This research was carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach seen from the point of view of education policy socialization, an approach that was in accordance with the circumstances found. The results of this study indicate that; there are several stages that need to be considered in the educational policy socialization process, namely: 1) the preparation stage (play stage), and 2) the action stage (game stage). Education policies that have been formulated can be disseminated using various media, both in the form of communication media such as posters, brochures, banners, and billboards, as well as through electronic media, such as optical discs (compact disks or DVD), sosial media, internet, radio and television.
