Abstract

At present, there are many children whose behavior is deviant or has violated the law, as happened a few months ago when several children carried out a narcotics party in a place in Mamuju City. Likewise, some children do wild races on the highway at night so that they can disrupt public order. This fact shows that such behavior is very worrying and is a problem that can unsettle the community and can endanger the country in terms of how the nation's progress and decline are very much determined by how that nation treats and educates its children. Abstract

Public service is the government's effort to improve the welfare of the community as well as to improve the quality and capacity of carrying out the duties and functions of government institutions. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the application of the rules of discipline for Civil Servants at the Health Office of West Kotawaringin Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. Checking the validity of the research data was carried out in three ways, namely member check, data triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis model used in this study uses the Miles and Hubermen interactive model with three components of analysis, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The result of this research is that the implementation of Government Regulation No. 53/2010 in the Health Office of West Kotawaringin Regency needs cooperation and commitment from all parties, especially the leaders of the Health Office and employees.

Abstract

This study aims at improving the entrepreneurship competency of the school principal of through the managerial supervisory strategy of “CINTA” which stands for Coaching, Inquiry Appreciative, Negotiation, Tentukan Rencana Bisnis (Determining the business plan), and Aksi Nyata (the Real action). Through two cycles of the School Action Research (SAR), the implementation of the strategy at the private vocational high schools the researcher supervises, they are: SMKS 2 Pancasila Jember, SMKS Walisongo Rambipuji, and SMKS Al Imam Kalisat, Jember, the criteria of success have been achieved. The average score of school principals’ entrepreneurship increases from 40.28 to 93.33. One of the indicators is the school principals are able to create an innovation program of entrepreneurship development as school income generating unit which involves students as the subjects.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in Indonesia is especially very rapid once the cell, a computer, and the internet have proven to have a positive impact on better human life. Behind of ease offered by a computer and the internet, having turns a dark side that can destroy life and human culture itself. Methods used in this research is by using an approach to a problem juridical normative namely to the concept of law as the norm, rules, the principle, by adopting regulations that are described in a sort of descriptive set based on a problem with various the rules of law and literature, and search for an opinion the law of issues object the problem. Private data protection on an electronic system in law information and electronic transaction ( ITE) covers protection from the use without any permission, the protection of the creation of this electronic system, as well as efforts to protect leakage of access as well as illegal interference. Criminal sanctions that had been established in the act of ITE in the form of criminal sanctions prison and fines. So common interpretation surely has governed by data protection to the provisions in government regulation number 71 in 2019 on the implementation of the system and electronic transaction article 30-33 and article 35 which was about activities that are not allowed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dadu Pancasila learning media (DUPAN) on learning independence and student motivation at UPTD SDN Tunjung 4 Burneh Bangkalan with this quantitative research using a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest. The sample is class III students of SDN Tunjung 4 Burneh Bangkalan, as many as 36 students. The instrument used non-test is a questionnaire of independence and learning motivation. While the analysis tests are validity test, reliability test, normality test and paired sample t-test with the help of the IBM SPSS v21.0 application. This is evidenced in the use of Google site media in learning Islamic religious education to increase motivation and student learning outcomes obtained a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which is a difference in learning independence and learning motivation in the use of learning media (DUPAN) Pancasila dice to increase student independence and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning using WhatsApp Group on the critical thinking skills of students of Civics Education Department Class of 2020 in the Citizenship course. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, observation sheets, cognitive tests, and competence-based tests. The results of this study are described as follows (1) students’ responses are said to be positive with a score of 2.43. (2) the average result of the student's cognitive test is 68. (3) the average result of the student's critical thinking ability test is 80. (4) Students’ activity is said to be good with a score of 67% (5) the implementation of the RPS is very good with the acquisition a score of 3.41. So it can be summed up that online learning using WhatsApp Groups is effective on the critical thinking skills of the 2020 Civics Education Department students in the Citizenship course. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas perempuan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang kapasitas perempuan bekerja dalam meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga di Kota Medan, kapasitas perempuan bekerja dalam meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga di Kota Medan dengan cara memberikan pola asuh anak secara optimal. Pola asuh yang dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga di Kota Medan diantaranya pemberian perhatian, kasih sayang dan apresiasi secara optimal dengan mengedepankan sosialisasi nilai dan norma yang ditanamkan merupakan bagian yang paling penting dalam menumbuhkan sikap semangat dan positif pada anak. Hal ini dikarenakan apresiasi dapat memberikan dorongan stimulus dalam bentuk tindakan yang baik dan diharapkan oleh setiap orang tua. Pemberian apresiasi dan kasih sayang juga pada dasarnya merupakan bagian dari pengakuan yang diberikan oleh orang tua agar anak dipandang bagian dari buah hati para orang tua. Dalam memberikan pola asuh optimal yang dilakukan orang tua kepada anak juga memberikan pendidikan seks mengacu pada doktrinisasi yang diberikan orang tua. Doktrin yang diberikan lebih mengacu dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh seks bebas seperti hamil di luar nikah, berkorelasi dengan kriminalitas, sampai pada sanksi pengucilan pada masyarakat.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of the Mind Mapping Method with Media Pictures on Pkn Class VI Learning Outcomes on the Organization of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) material at SDN Bancaran 2. The research methodology used descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. Descriptive analysis is a research method by collecting data in accordance with the actual data then compiled, processed and analyzed to be able to provide an overview of the existing problems. Based on the results of the analysis above regarding the comparison of data on the results of the Civics learning questionnaire before and after being treated, it shows that the results of the Civics learning questionnaire increased after being treated through the Mind Mapping methode. The average result of the pretest before being given treatment got an average value of 64.00 while the average post-test result got an average value of 84.00. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that PKN learning using the Mind Mapping method for class VI students at SDN Bencaran 2 Bangkalan is effective

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the impact of Twitter as a social media platform on the development of civic disposition among Generation Z. Utilizing a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample collection for this research utilized a non-probability sampling technique known as purposive samplinzqqg. A total of 100 samples were obtained using the Lemeshow formula. Primary data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. In this research, a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms serves as the research instrument, and the Likert scale was used. The data analysis technique involves descriptive statistics to present the data, as well as inferential statistics with parametric statistics to test hypotheses and draw conclusions based on the sample taken from the population. The classical assumption prerequisite tests, including the normality and linearity tests, while the hypothesis test used was simple linear regression analysis, were conducted. the data is normally distributed (0.200 > 0.05) and exhibits linearity (0.871 > 0.05). Furthermore, the final result of this research revealed that there is an influence of Twitter as a social media on the formation of civic disposition among Generation Z netizens. This can be observed from the results of the hypothesis test conducted using simple linear regression analysis. On the other hand, when comparing the value of tcount with the value of ttable, it is known that the tcount is 4.906 > ttable 1.98. This means that the zero hypothesis (Ho) is rejected while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted. Keywords: Civic Disposition, Generation Z, Twitter as Social Media,. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial twitter terhadap pembentukan civic disposition pada kalangan Generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu dengan purposive sampling. Menentukan sampel menggunakan rumus lemeshow diperoleh 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan bantuan google formulir dan memakai skala likert. Teknik analisis data yaitu statistik deskriptif untuk menyajikan data dan statistik inferensial dengan jenis statistik parametris untuk menguji hipotesis dan membuat kesimpulan berdasarkan sampel yang diambil dari populasi. Uji prasyarat asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas sedangkan uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kedua uji prasyarat yang telah dilakukan dinyatakan telah memenuhi asumsi masing-masing pengujian yaitu data berdistribusi normal sebesar 0,200 > 0,05 dan bersifat linear sebesar 0,871 > 0,05. Selanjutnya hasil akhir yaitu hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media sosial twitter terhadap pembentukan civic disposition warganet pada kalangan Generasi Z. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana yaitu apabila membandingkan nilai signifikansi dengan nilai probabilitas berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dari tabel coefficient diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan apabila membandingkan nilai t hitung dengan nilai t tabel didapatkan nilai t hitung = 4,906 > t tabel = 1,98. Artinya, hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak sedangkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dapat diterima. Kata Kunci: Civic Disposition, Generasi Z, Media Sosial Twitter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui Peran Lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas I kota Malang sebagai sistem peradilan pidana dalam upaya penegakkan hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi narapidana. Serta Upaya dalam pelaksanaan penegakan hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi Narapidna di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I kota Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan dasar penelitian dimana menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis yakni metode untuk pengukuran yang cermat terhadap fenomena sosial. Peran penegakan hukum dalam Lembaga pemasyarkatan diatur dalam undang-undang nomer 12 tahun 1995 tentang Lembaga pemasyarakatan pada pasal 8 disebutkan bahwa petugas pemasyarakatan merupakan pejabat fungsional penegak hukum yang melaksanakan tugas dibidang pembinaan pengamanan dan bimbingan warga binaan pemasyarakatan. Upaya dalam penegakan dan pembinaan narapidana supaya terpenuhi hak asasinya, dengan Konsep pengelolaan pembinaan yang berjumlah dua yakni kepribadian dan pembinaan kemandirian. Pembinaan kepribadian lapas kelas I kota Malang berorientasi kepada perubahan mainsait, artinya diluar melakukan tindakan pidana, dan dibina dengan tujuan tidak mengulangi perbuatnya Kembali.
