Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk kerukunan horizontal atau kerukunan antar umat pemeluk agama Kristen Protestan dan Islam dan juga faktor pengaruh kerukunan horizontal atau kerukunan antar umat pemeluk agama Kristen Protestan dan Islam di Kelurahan Maesa UNIMA Kecamatan Tondano Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kerukunan antar umat pemeluk agama di kelurahan maesa UNIMA sendiri yaitu: saling menghormati hari ibadah agama lain, saling berkunjung di hari raya besar antar umat pemeluk agama lain, saling tolong menolong walaupun berbeda agama dan tidak pernah terjadi konflik antar umat pemeluk agama.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana masyarakat etnik Talaud melakukan migrasi ke arah timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dan alasan digunakannya metode penelitian kualitatif adalah untuk membantu peneliti dalam mengidentifikasi tujuan penelitian yang spesifik, memahami lebih detail, dan menggali informasi lebih dalam secara kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan bersamaan dengan teknik analisis data seperti reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan verifikasi (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa perpindahan suku Talaud di Desa Tanure berupa migrasi horizontal, atau mobilitas penduduk lintas batas wilayah. Pola migrasi masyarakat Talaud di Desa Tanure merupakan pola pemukiman tetap, oleh karena itu migrasi penduduk etnik Talaud di Desa Tanure merupakan pola pemukiman tetap tanpa ada maksud untuk kembali ke tempat asalnya. Masyarakat etnik Talauad di desa Tanure sudah merasa hidup tertib, meskipun mereka belum dianggap mampu untuk menyekolahkan anaknya ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Digital detox adalah proses menghentikan atau mengurangi perangkat seperti ponsel, laptop, komputer dan media sosial lainnya untuk meningkatkan hubungan sosial di dunia nyata, tanpa adanya layar, atau interaksi langsung dengan orang lain. Dunia saat ini, termasuk di Bandung, Seakan tidak lepas dari teknologi media sosial, penggunaan teknologi oleh masyarakat menjadikan dunia teknologi semakin lama semakin canggih. Dulu saat belum ada teknologi komunikasi memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam penyampaiannya, kini dengan adanya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi segalanya menjadi sangat cepat seakan tanpa adanya jarak. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berkembang menjadikan sesuatu dapat diselesaikan secara praktis dan efisien. Jika seseorang tidak mendetox digital kemungkinan lebih cepat mengalami stres dan tidur tidak teratur. Tujuan Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk membahas Penelitian mengetahui bagaimana digital detox di kalangan Generasi Remaja di Bandung meningkatkan kesadaran penuh dan mengurangi stres. Metode penelitian, studi literatur dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdapat dari Google scholar,artikel dan rujukan ukuran dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil dari beberapa artikel penelitian dan rujukan buku yang telah di dapat mengemukakan bahwa adanya digital detox seseorang bisa terhindar dari kecanduan digital. Jika tidak adanya upaya untuk segera melakukan detox maka cenderung akan melakukan banyak penyimpangan dan bisa mengancam kesehatan mental.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the madrasah committee's role as a strategic partner in improving educational quality. A preliminary study at MA Babulkhair Bongkudai indicates that the madrasah committee has not optimally performed its role, tends to be considered merely administrative complement, and faces various operational constraints. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the madrasah committee's roles as an advisory, supporting, controlling, and mediating body, as well as to identify factors affecting the effectiveness of these roles. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants include the principal, committee chairman, and purposively selected teachers. Data analysis utilizes an interactive model with source and technique triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the madrasah committee's roles vary in their effectiveness. The advisory and supporting roles have functioned adequately, however, the controlling role remains suboptimal and the mediator function is limited to internal communication. Supporting factors include harmonious communication and transparency from the madrasah management, while inhibiting factors include limited human resources, time constraints, and weak coordination among committee members. The research concludes that there is a need for paradigm transformation and capacity building of the madrasah committee through the development of technology-based management systems, enhancement of member competencies, and strengthening of cooperation networks to optimize the committee's role in improving educational quality.

Abstract

The problem in this research is to look at the adaptation of iron craftsmen in Bintau village during the pandemic with a problem focus, namely how iron craftsmen can adapt during the pandemic in meeting the economic needs of their families using qualitative research methods with interview and observation data collection techniques. What was found were several adaptation efforts made by dangdut music workers, namely, first, by continuing to sell during the pandemic using minimal communication media and not selling widely on social media because permission was constrained and if they posted they would be banned or blocked because they were considered dangerous posts, and secondly, in order to meet their family's needs, they have to work side jobs processing their agricultural products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze gender dynamics in access to higher education in remote areas of Indonesia, focusing on structural barriers, cultural constructs, and community adaptation strategies. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review of publications from 2014-2024 from various electronic databases including Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science. Data analysis was conducted through a thematic approach that integrates an intersectional perspective to understand the complexity of gender issues in the context of higher education in remote areas. The results reveal that structural barriers include limited technological infrastructure, inaccessible financing systems, and institutional biases that create multiple disadvantages for communities in remote areas with different impacts based on gender. Cultural constructs regarding traditional gender roles interact with geographic and economic factors to create different expectations and limitations for women and men. Communities in remote areas develop innovative adaptation strategies including informal mentorship systems, community support networks, and the collective use of digital technology to overcome barriers to accessing higher education. The findings demonstrate the need for a multidimensional approach that integrates structural interventions with community empowerment to achieve gender equality in access to higher education in remote areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential, challenges, and opportunities for implementing blockchain technology to improve educational transparency in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review, involving searching scientific articles, books, and research reports through the Google Scholar database. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and meanings relevant to the Indonesian educational context. The results show that blockchain has significant potential to prevent academic document forgery, increase education budget transparency, and facilitate the implementation of digital credentials. However, significant challenges remain, including the lack of a clear legal framework, limited technological infrastructure in certain regions, and issues regarding student data privacy. The opportunity for blockchain implementation is wide open thanks to national policy support and the readiness of some educational institutions that have experimented with blockchain application prototypes. This study recommends that blockchain implementation be carried out in stages, accompanied by human resource training and strengthening regulations on personal data protection. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and education practitioners in adopting blockchain technology to improve educational transparency and accountability in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the basic education curriculum in Indonesia and its impact on the quality of learning through a comprehensive historical and theoretical perspective. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review of academic publications for the period 2010-2023, using thematic analysis to identify key patterns in curriculum evolution and its implementation. The results show that the Indonesian curriculum has undergone a significant transformation from a behaviorist to a constructivist orientation, with three main findings: first, the evolution of curriculum policy reflects adaptation to socio-political dynamics and global demands; second, the implementation of the new curriculum has a positive impact on the quality of learning through increased student engagement, diversification of learning methods, and character development; third, implementation faces complex challenges such as unprepared human resources, limited infrastructure, and lack of stakeholder support. Analysis through the theory of educational change, constructivism, and change management reveals that successful curriculum implementation requires a systemic approach that integrates all components of the education system. This study provides theoretical contributions in understanding the dynamics of curriculum change and practical in developing more effective implementation strategies to improve the quality of basic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of digital technology in learning in the digital era with a focus on challenges and opportunities for teachers. Digital transformation in education has changed the traditional learning paradigm, demanding the adaptation of the teacher's role from instructor to digital facilitator. The study used a qualitative approach with a systematic literature study method, analyzing academic publications from 2020-2025 related to the implementation of digital technology in education. Data sources were obtained from scientific journal articles, books, and relevant academic publications, then analyzed using thematic content analysis techniques to identify key themes. The results of the study show three main findings: first, the transformation of the teacher's role requires the development of integrative digital competencies covering technical, pedagogical, and social aspects; second, the implementation of digital technology has succeeded in increasing student engagement (82%) and digital literacy (76%), but faces obstacles in infrastructure, teacher training, and resistance to change; third, strategies for developing teachers' digital competencies require a holistic and adaptive approach with systematic support. The study concludes that the successful implementation of digital technology in learning requires the integration of teacher competency development, technological infrastructure, and a sustainable digital learning culture to create an effective learning ecosystem.
