Abstract

Google Play Store merupakan layanan konten digital yang dimiliki oleh Google yang melingkupi toko online. Peningkatan unduhan aplikasi shopee pada google play store membawa berbagai macam komentar yang di berikasn oleh semua orang yang menggunakan aplikasi shopee meliputi komentar yang positif, netral atau negatif mengenai aplikasi shopee tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan menggunakan 2 algoritma klasifikasi yaitu algoritma Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Pembagian data penelitian ini menggunakan K-Fold Cross Validation yang kemudian dihitung akurasinya pada data ulasan aplikasi dan produk Shopee. Akurasi data ulasan aplikasi KNN lebih tinggi dibandingkan PNN dengan akurasi KNN sebesar 77,85% sedangkan PNN dengan akurasi 72,43%. Untuk data produk akurasi KNN lebih tinggi dibanding PNN dengan akurasi KNN sebesar 91,43% sedangkan PNN sebesar 85,71%. Jadi hasil akurasi pada data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, algoritma KNN memiliki performa lebih baik dibading PNN.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2005 banjir menjadi permasalahan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir hingga saat ini, banjir terparah pernah terjadi pada tanum 2011-2014 yang menyebabkan banyak daerah dan warga secara langsung terdampak akibat hal tersebut, sehingga masyarakat sangat membutuhkan bantuan dari beberapa pihak terutama pihak instansi pemerintahan seperti dinas sosial, untuk membantu mengurangi beban masyarakat dinas social memiliki salah satu program kerja yaitu memberikan bantuan secara langsung baik moral maupun logistic bagi para korban banjir dikabupaten rokan hilir. Agar dinas social dapat memberikan bantuan yang tepat waktu, lokasi, sasaran, kualitas, kuantitas, dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat, dibutuhkan klastering pada daerah rawan banjir. Pada penelitian ini dikelompokan wilayah yang rawan banjir di kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Untuk melakukan klastering pada penelitian ini akan digunakan algoritma K-Means dan K-Medoids. Setelah dilakukan percobaan menggunakan tools RapidMiner pada klaster K=2 sampai K=6 didapat metode K-Means lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode K-Medoids pada data kejadian banjir di Rokan Hilir pada tahun 2019-2022 dengan jumlah k paling optimal adalah k = 3 dengan nilai validitas Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) sebesar 0.218%, sedangkan algoritma K-Medoids klaster optimal terdapat pada K=4 dengan nilai validitas sebesar 0.525%.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan Sosial merupakan matlamat bangsa Indonesia yang tertera dalam UUD RI  Tahun 1945. Akan tetapi, hingga kini tujuan tersebut belum tercapai karena masih banyaknya Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS), salah satunya disabilitas. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengelompokan data penyandang disabilitas di kabupaten Rokan Hilir guna memberikan informasi terhadap pemerintah dan instansi yang bersangkutan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Untuk pengelompokkan pada penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma K-Means. Klaster yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini berjumlah tiga klaster yakni cluster_0 : kelompok kecamatan disabilitas rendah,  cluster_2 : kelompok kecamatan disabilitas sedang, dan cluster_1 : kelompok kecamatan disabilitas terbanyak. Dari 18 kecamatan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, 1 Kecamatan cluster tingkat tinggi untuk wilayah penyandang disabilitas terbanyak yakni kecamatan Bangko, 3 kecamatan cluster tingkat sedang yakni kecamatan Rimba melintang, Rantau Kopar serta Pujud dan 14 kecamatan lainnya termasuk cluster tingkat rendah. Hasil yang diperoleh mengindikasikan bahwa metode K-Means cukup baik untuk melakukan pengelompokkan data penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dengan hasil validasi dengan metode Davies Bouldin yang dihasilkan adalah 0,063.

Abstract

Salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak di bidang pemasaran khususnya sebagai distributor suku cadang alat berat adalah PT. Traktor Nusantara. PT. Traktor Nusantara saat ini mengalami kendala dalam memilih reward yang akan diberikan kepada costumer karena masih melalui cara subjektif yang bukan merupakan cara terbaik. PT. Traktor Nusantara sering melakukan kesalahan saat membagikan reward kepada pelanggan. Membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan penerima reward pada costumer PT. Traktor Nusantara adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pemilihan ini yaitu mengunakan metode SMARTER, dan menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu transaksi pertahun, maksimum transaksi item pertahun, frekuensi kemunculan perusahaan pertahun, jumlah item yang sering di beli pertahun, jumlah item yang di order pertahun dan menggunakan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) untuk perhitungannya. Dengan total skor 0,411, PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama memiliki peringkat tertinggi di antara alternatif potensial pada hasil penelitian ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah PT. Traktor Nusantara pemberian penghargaan dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam pemilihan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Drones are unmanned aircraft that are controlled by robotic systems and computer systems remotely by pilots on the ground. Drones are able to see the condition of forest areas such as identifying environmental changes and monitoring large areas, it is difficult and time consuming if carried out using land vehicles or on foot can be done easily by simply flying the drone. The use of drone technology can help the management of the Hasanuddin University Education Forest to solve the problem of forest encroachment from time to time. The educational forest area of ​​Hasanuddin University has an area of ​​1,460.50 ha and there are several lands that have been used by the community. Therefore, in this study, identification of community land use in the Education Forest area was carried out by looking at the results of drone aerial photos. The research variable is the recording of land use in the forest in the form of aerial photographs. The photo recording results are combined using agisoft to produce a perpendicular image with a resolution of 8.2 cm – 20.3 /pix. In the identification of land use, it is done using ArcGIS Software. The results of the study illustrate that community use in the forest is in the form of dry land agriculture and rice fields covering an area of ​​33.3 ha or 19% of the total area of ​​the Bengo-Bengo Education Forest area of ​​Hasanuddin University. The occupation that occurs in the Hasanuddin University Education forest is a claim of ownership over land in the forest area. The use of drone technology can help the management of the Hasanuddin University Education Forest to solve the problem of forest encroachment from time to time.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Scout extracurricular activities at MI Muhammadiyah Tegalurung, along with the supporting factors and obstacles. Scout extracurriculars are scheduled once a week after Saturday afternoon. The Scouting education method is carried out classically on the grounds that it is more effective and efficient in terms of time and funding. Even so, MI Muhammadiyah won the top 10 Scout Jamboree for the last. In addition to that, the geographical factor and the distance between the school and the students' homes that are too close to the madrasa are easily seen by Covid-19 officers. Scout extracurriculars are a vehicle for instilling discipline values ​​which are reflected in learning, especially during a pandemic through health protocols, namely wearing masks, washing hands diligently and keeping your distance from teacher supervision. In addition, the activities of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah which are followed by students after learning contribute to forming religious character and noble character. Supporting factors for Scout extracurriculars include teacher human resources and sufficient facilities for training and participating in the Scout Movement Jamboree. The inhibiting factor is the cultivation of values ​​that have not been fully accepted by students. This is overcome by an appreciation approach for the effort obtained by the teacher who is also a Scout coach so that students are enthusiastic about participating in extracurricular activities and build self-confidence

Abstract

Interprovincial movement activities from the city of Lhokseumawe to the city of Medan is a busy travel route because land routes connect many cities. Minibusses and buses serve transportation needs across these cities. Travelers tend to choose minibusses because of their convenience, fast travel time, and the excellent level of comfort provided. The bus mode also offers smooth and comfortable travel, making it a popular choice among travelers on the Lhokseumawe to Medan route. This research aims to determine the characteristics and percentage of transportation mode choices by travelers. The approach used is the analytical hierarchy process method. The results of the analysis showed that the percentage of travelers interested in choosing a particular mode resulted in 42% of passengers choosing the Hiace Minibus, 24% choosing the Sempati Star Bus, 20% choosing the Putra Pelangi Bus, and 14% choosing the Kurnia Bus. The criteria that influence the choice of transportation mode are convenience with a percentage of 22%, time with a percentage of 19%, comfort with a percentage of 16%, cost with a percentage of 15%, headway and safety with a percentage of 14%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAlat pengukur tinggi badan dan penimbang berat badan yang sekaligus memberikan informasi berat badan ideal akan sangat bermanfaat bagi para pengguna. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini, dirancang dan direalisasikan suatu alat ukur yang sekaligus dapat mengukur tinggi badan dan berat badan serta memberikan informasi ideal atau tidaknya berat badan yang terukur. Alat ukur ini menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai otaknya, sensor ultrasonik untuk mengukur tinggi badan, dan sensor strain gauge untuk mengukur berat badan. Data dari kedua sensor tersebut diolah oleh Arduino untuk mendapatkan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan berat badan ideal (BBI). Nilai tinggi badan, berat badan, dan berat badan ideal akan ditampilkan pada LCD. Selanjutnya, informasi suara menyangkut kondisi berat badan yaitu ideal, gemuk, atau kurus akan dikeluarkan oleh speaker. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis data maka diperoleh nilai persentase keberhasilan rata-rata pada pengukuran tinggi badan adalah 96,80% dan pada pengukuran berat badan adalah 99,04%. Sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan penampilan informasi suara adalah 95%.Kata kunci: Alat ukur digital, tinggi badan, beratbadan, Arduino, output suara.ABSTRACTAn instument for measuring height and weight while providing information ideal weight for users will be very helpful. Therefore, in this study, it was designed and realized a measuring instrument which can simultaneously measure the height and weight as well as providing the ideal information whether or not the weight measured. This instrument uses an Arduino Uno as the brain, the ultrasonic sensor to measure the height and strain gauge sensor for measuring weight. Data from the sensors is processed by the Arduino to get a body mass index and ideal weight. The values of height, weight, and ideal weights will display on LCD. Furthermore, voice information regarding the ideal conditions of weight, namely ideal, fat, or thin will be emitted by a speaker. Based on test results and data analysis, obtained that values of the average percentage of success at the height measurement was 96.80% and the weight measurement was 99.04%,respectively. While the success rate of emitting the sound information is 95%.Keywords: Digital measuring instrument, height, weight, Arduino, sound output.
