The research method used is quantitative descriptive without testing a particular hypothesis. The instruments used are tests and measurements using the Bleep Test. The results obtained showed that there were 3 (30%) athletes in the good category, and 7 (70%) athletes in the medium category. The results of cardiovascular tests on non-smoking players at the Gawang FCC Tumpang, Malang Regency, were that there were 3 (30%) athletes in the very good category, 6 (60%) athletes in the good category, and 1 (10%) athlete in the fair category. So it is recommended that trainers to pay more attention to improving cardiovascular endurance when preparing training programs without neglecting technical or tactical training. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of measuring athletic physical activity in the 100-meter running number. This type of research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach and using percentage data analysis. The sample used was all students of class VII, totaling 70 students. The instrument in this study used a test that measures physical activity in the 100-meter run by measuring speed (100-meter run), endurance (1000-meter/800-meter run), strength (sit ups and push ups), and flexibility (sit and reaches). Data analysis techniques were processed by using normality and percentage tests using computer assistance (excel) and the SPSS 22 program. Based on the analysis of the percentage of data obtained from the results of physical activity running the 100-meter run, this is in a good category with a result of 60.2%. By getting each result that is for speed 70%, endurance 41%, strength 80%, and flexibility 50% the average yield is 60.2% in the good category. The results of this study imply that even if the results of measuring physical activity in the 100-meter run are good, then the results of the speed in the 100-meter run will be good and can support the daily activities carried out by students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between leg explosive power and flexibility and long jump ability in squatting style at UPT-SPF students at SD Inpres Panaikang  II/1.  This research is a descriptive study with one dependent variable, namely squatting long jump ability. The sample in this study consisted of 50 students. The instruments in this study used a long jump test without a start for leg explosive power, a forward bending flexibility test for flexibility data, and a squatting long jump ability test for squatting long jump ability data. Data analysis obtained the following results: (1) There is a relationship between leg explosive power and squatting long jump ability with correction results (r) = -0.451 (P < 0.05). (2) There is a relationship between flexibility and squatting long jump ability with a corrected value (r) = -0.425 (P  < 0.05).  (3) There is a joint relationship between leg explosive power and flexibility and squatting long jump ability with a corrected value of (R) = 0.496 (P < 0.05) and F value = 7.652 (P value = 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to solve the problem of ball feeling on dribbling agility so that players have good dribbling quality and are right in the direction of the ball's goal.  The sample of this study was football students aged 11-12 years in the Sumedang area, namely SSB Bina Putra Pamekar. The number of samples of this study was 16 football training participants, this research test consisted of 1 type, namely the zig-zag ball feeling test where the ball must remain controlled at a distance of feet, the speed test is the same as the zig-zag test with a distance of 5 meters. Lack of dribbling agility in the game of soccer, this ball feeling can have the right influence on dribbling agility in the soccer game. In line with the title of the research that the researchers took, this study uses the Experiment method with the research design using one group pretest-posttest design, because it is to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of the results of the research taken. The results of research conducted by researchers that the implementation of ball feeling affects dribbling agility in football games, the magnitude of the influence is 0.02.

Abstract

Based on the analysis that the authorities saw on the POPDA XII JABAR 2023 most teams entering points is using lay-up skills. Data analysis is a technique of processing data from the results of research data. Then the data is processed and analyzed to test the research hypothesis. Once the test scores have been obtained, the scores are compiled, processed, and analyzed. So from that the researchers chose to use three tests, that is, there is a normality test with Kolmogorov Smirnov, then there's a correlation test and the last one uses a hypothetical test to find the hypothesis of the research. And it can be said that from the data results of this test, there is a relationship. And the last test results of the hypothesis then it is known that the value of the significance of the power of the body muscle against the skill lay-up is 0.733 which means it is not equal to 0 and means it has a strong relationship because with the sum of values between 0.600 – 0.799. Reviewed from the analysis of data above this study can be taken the presentation and the results that are already visible, the conclusion of this study is there is a significant relationship between the power of the muscle branch with the lay-up skills of the POPDA Basketball player Karawang district, with the results of a strong link.
