Data analysis in this study used Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26 for normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The results of the data analysis in the hypothesis testing of physical literacy assessment for both male and female students showed significant values greater than the alpha value of 0.05, namely 0.234 > 0.05 for males and 0.362 > 0.05 for females. Then, in the hypothesis testing of knowledge and understanding, it showed a significant value of 0.094, greater than the alpha value of 0.05, whereas in the hypothesis testing of motivation and self-confidence, it showed a significant value of 0.008 less than the alpha value of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sports implementation time, namely morning and evening, on the VO2Max of futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 4 Makassar. Formulation of the problem What is the difference in the VO2Max value of futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 4 Makassar who exercise in the morning compared to those who exercise in the evening? This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The research sample consisted of 10 futsal athletes who exercised in the morning and 10 athletes who exercised in the evening. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical tests with a significance value of P<0.05. The research results showed that the average VO2Max value of athletes who exercised in the morning was 37.8700, while athletes who exercised in the evening had an average VO2Max of 36.2100. The statistical test results showed a P value of 0.00 (P<0.05), which indicated a significant difference between the two groups. The difference in VO2 Max between morning and evening exercise is 1.6600, which shows that morning exercise tends to provide better VO2 Max results than evening exercise. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the timing of sports has an influence on the VO2 Max of futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 4 Makassar. Exercise done in the morning is more effective in increasing VO2 max capacity compared to exercise in the evening.

Abstract

The sport of football is a branch of sports that has gained a lot of enthusiasts and competitors aiming to become high-achieving players. Therefore, players must train their mental resilience from an early age in order to be able to manage anxiety when facing a competition. This study falls under the category of a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach, using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The focus of this research is to investigate the anxiety levels of players before facing the competition in the 2023/2024 Liga 3. There were 22 players selected as samples for this study. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire designed to measure the players' anxiety levels, utilizing the Sports Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT) as a sports anxiety instrument. The implementation phase involved providing instructions to the sample regarding the process of filling out the questionnaire regarding the profile of anxiety levels in players, and then collecting the data by distributing the questionnaire to the players. The results of this study showed that the anxiety levels of the Serpong City FC players for the 2023/2024 season before competing in the Liga 3 Indonesia 2023/2024 were as follows: 7 respondents (32%) experienced low anxiety levels with an average score of 15.14, 10 respondents (50%) experienced moderate anxiety levels with an average score of 19.5, and 5 respondents (22%) experienced high anxiety levels with an average score of 25.4. This provides insight to the coach and officials that they should focus on training the mental resilience of the players and help find solutions to the anxiety issues experienced by the Serpong City FC players, especially those participating in the Liga 3 competition for the first time. It also raises the question of whether the anxiety is intrinsic or extrinsic. Based on the results obtained, it can be interpreted that the anxiety levels of the Serpong City FC players for the 2023/2024 season fall into the moderate category, with an average score of 18.9.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of muscle and cardiovascular endurance of Patalassang Football Association (PERSEPAT FC) players. The method used in this study is a survey with data analysis techniques using SPSS 21. The research sample consisted of 10 PERSEPAT FC players. The results of the analysis showed that the level of muscle endurance of PERSEPAT FC players based on Table 4. 3 had the following distribution: 2 people (20%) were in a good category, and 8 people (80%) were in the fair category. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of cardiovascular endurance levels based on Table 4.4 show that 2 people (20%) are in the very poor category, and 8 people (80%) are in the poor category. These findings indicate that the majority of players have a sufficient level of muscle endurance, but cardiovascular endurance is still relatively low. Therefore, a more focused training program on improving cardiovascular endurance is needed to improve players' physical performance.

Abstract

This aims to determine the effect of target practice on shooting accuracy in extracurricular soccer at SDN Parakanmuncang II. The research method used is Quantitative with the Research Design used, namely One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, one group will be given a Pretest before being given Treatment and Posttest after being given Treatment, the Sample used is Random Sampling. Data was collected using a shooting test into the goal. The results of data analysis show the normality test Pretest sig value 0.189> 0.05 while the Posttest value is 0.441> 0.05, it can be concluded that the Pretest-Posttest data has a normal distribution. The Homogeneity Test shows 0.804> 0.05, so the Pretest and Posttest data are Homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-Test Test with a sig value (2-tailed) shows a result of 0.001 <0.05 which means H study 1 is accepted and H 0 is rejected, it can be concluded that there is an effect of target practice on shooting accuracy (accepted). To find out how much influence target practice has on shooting accuracy, the R Square test is carried out with a value of 0.905 x 100 = 90.5%, this shows that each student has an increase from Pretest to Posttest results, it can be interpreted that target practice can improve student shooting accuracy by 90.5%. The results of the study can be concluded that target practice has a significant on the ability of accuracy effect shooting in at extracurricular soccer SDN Parakanmuncang II.
