This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis qualitative. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles with each cycle including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 23 students of class V SDI BTN IKIP 2 Makassar. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate a change in that audio-visual learning media can improve the learning outcomes of class V students in the PJOK subject of volleyball underhand passing. In the first cycle, it was shown that out of 23 students, the student's learning efforts had begun to show a significant increase because 16 students had completed it with a percentage of 69.56% and 7 students had not completed it with a percentage of 30.43%, which means that it is still far from the expected success indicator and in Cycle II there has been a very significant increase of 23 students completing it with a percentage of 100%. From these results, the research ended in cycle II because it had reached the success indicator.

Abstract

The development of animated videos as a learning media for nutrition for elementary school students in the Rantau Rasau District has proven to be effective and feasible to use. This is supported by several important findings. First, the validation results showed very good quality, with the assessment of media experts reaching a value of 46 and material experts reaching a value of 45 (both in the "Very Good" category with a range of 40-50). Second, trials in small groups showed a positive response with 80% of students giving a good rating and 20% of students giving a very good rating, with an overall average of 47.70. Furthermore, in the large group trial, consistent results were obtained with 66.7% of students giving a good rating and 33.3% giving a very good rating. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the animated video developed is not only valid in terms of content and media, but also practical in its implementation as a learning tool. This learning media has succeeded in achieving its goal of improving students' understanding of balanced nutrition and healthy eating patterns, as well as presenting nutritional information in an interesting and easy-to-understand way for elementary school students in Rantau Rasau District.

Abstract

This study focuses on the psychological condition of bridge athletes in Jambi Province, highlighting three main aspects: mental toughness, anxiety, and self-confidence. Bridge athletes often face pressure that can affect their performance, and this study aims to analyze how these psychological factors play a role in achieving achievements. This study uses a Mixed method between quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample consisted of 32 athletes, 3 coaches, 2 administrators of the Jambi Province Female Bridge Athletes. The instruments used were interviews and questionnaires. Initial findings indicate that many athletes experience difficulties in managing emotions and making decisions while competing. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the Standard deviation ranged from 0.69025 to 1.32698, indicating a fairly large variation in anxiety assessments among respondents. Overall, these results illustrate that despite the variation, the average level of anxiety of respondents tends to be low, with an overall average value of 68.7500 for the total score. This indicates that respondents are relatively not experiencing high anxiety.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look into the use of technology analysis in physical education. The PRISMA standards for systematic reviews and meta-analyses were followed in this review investigation. The study must have been published within the prior five years, from 2020 to 2025. In the search procedure, the following keywords are used: (1) physical education and (2) technology. The search engines Scopus (Science Citation Index Expanded; Social Science Citation Index; Arts & Humanities Science Citation Index). This evaluation included the results of 10 articles. The study revealed two key findings: firstly, Physical Education Pre-Service Teachers (PPETs) frequently employed technology for planning, instructing, and assessing secondary PE classes while also encountering notable barriers in its implementation. Secondly, systematic instruction led to a significant increase in evaluation scores, highlighting the efficacy of structured teaching methods. Additionally, discussions in the article addressed theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and future directions, emphasizing the importance of integrating technology with a clear pedagogical purpose to impact student learning. Technology integration in physical education has enhanced teaching methods and safety, while e-learning adoption in Indonesia requires infrastructure improvements. Additionally, challenges persist in healthcare, including evaluating vaccine models and implementing blockchain technology.

Abstract

Physical education is a learning process that aims to improve physical fitness, motor skills, and healthy living behaviors. In this context, the long serve technique in badminton is one of the basic skills that are important for students to master. This study aims to develop an effective learning model in teaching long service techniques to grade V students, using a Research and Development (R&D) approach through the ADDIE method. The learning process includes needs analysis, material design, media development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that 85% of students achieved the excellent category in long service skills, with 10% good and 5% adequate. This data was obtained from observations and interviews that showed student enthusiasm and the availability of adequate learning media. This study concludes that systematic and structured teaching of basic badminton techniques can significantly improve students' skills. The advice given is that students stay active and focused in learning, and teachers are expected to be able to convey the material clearly to achieve optimal learning goals. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of physical education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the handle on the short-service ability of badminton games in Penjaskesrek students. This research is a pre-experiment, namely two Group pretest-posttest design, the population in the study were 40 students of Physical Education Class 2022, Makassar State University. The data collection technique uses a short service test instrument, namely the forehand grip service test grip. Based on the data analysis, the results obtained from the pretest average value of the forehand grip ability of 32.3500, the average posttest value of the forehand grip of 52.6000, the value of t count> is 7.818, the significance value of the probability is 0.000, and the t table is 2.818. and the mean value of the backhand grip pre-test ability of 32.1500, the average value of, the significance value of the probability of 0.000, and the t table of 2.746. the value of t table 0.050 is greater than t count 0.025 and the value of sig <a (0.000 <0.05), so it can be seen that Ho is accepted and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of the effect of the forehand grip of badminton on students by 95%.
