Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the TEKAD Integrated Village Economic Transformation program to enhance village potential and community empowerment in Bea Kakor Village. Employing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Descriptive Analysis, the research identifies key factors crucial to the TEKAD program's success. The prioritized aspects, in descending order, are human resources, infrastructure, natural resources, and institutions. In the contemporary context, many villages struggle to unlock their potential due to historical centralistic development models, resulting in untapped resources and limited creativity. In response, the TEKAD program, initiated under Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2016, aims to empower rural communities and boost economic development through active community involvement. The study focuses on Bea Kakor Village within the TEKAD program in East Nusa Tenggara, highlighting the pivotal role of human resources, infrastructure, and natural resources. The research utilizes the AHP method to prioritize these factors, emphasizing the significance of human resources in driving economic growth. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and community leaders to enhance the effectiveness of TEKAD and similar programs in fostering sustainable development and inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

Business competition in the banking sector is now increasingly fierce, both in domestic and international markets. The quality of customer service is the main key for banking companies to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. In providing optimal service, the bank integrates technology through Mobile Banking (m-banking) services to meet customer needs. This research aims to evaluate the influence of various aspects of m-banking, such as system security, company credibility, ease of use, and speed on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Mamuju. Quantitative research methods were used by collecting data through questionnaires to 94 respondents. The research results show that the variables of system security, company credibility, and m-banking speed positively influence customer satisfaction, with a joint influence reaching 56.4%. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that system security (X1), company credibility (X3), and speed (X4) have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y). The resulting regression equation is Y = 2.624 + 0.227 X1 + 0.211 X3 + 0.407 X4 + e. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the quality of m-banking services, the greater customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Mamuju will increase. However, there were 2% complaints, indicating that improvements are still needed to improve the m-banking user experience.

Abstract

The research investigates the implementation of the syirkah contract at Nia Cake in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, focusing on its mechanisms, obstacles, and perspectives from muamalah fiqh. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observations, interviews with managers and capital providers, and documentation from Islamic economics experts. Primary data stemmed from field research, while secondary data supported the findings. The study reveals that the syirkah contract begins with both oral and written agreements. The manager educates capital owners about the contract, agreeing on a 50% profit-sharing model, with losses shared equally. All terms are documented in a formal investment agreement. Trust is emphasized as a core principle among partners. From the muamalah fiqh perspective, two types of contracts are utilized: syirkah mudharabah and syirkah inan, both compliant with sharia law. However, challenges persist in educating potential non-Muslim investors about syirkah concepts and finding suitable capital providers. Additionally, the absence of a halal certificate for products complicates matters. The implications of this research suggest that it enhances understanding of syirkah mechanisms within small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and offers practical recommendations for businesses to adopt syirkah contracts to improve access to capital and foster economic growth while raising awareness of Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Regional Original Income (ROI) and Balancing Funds (BF) on Capital Expenditure (CE) and Community Welfare (CW) in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. Using secondary data from the BPS covering the period from 2014 to 2023, the research applies quantitative methods, including multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, to analyze the relationships between these variables. The findings indicate that ROI significantly and positively impacts CW, suggesting that higher ROI contributes to improved community welfare. In contrast, BF and CE do not show significant effects on CW within the observed timeframe. This result highlights the critical role of ROI in driving community welfare improvements, emphasizing the need for effective financial management and strategic planning by regional governments. The study underscores the importance of the prudent allocation of regional funds to optimize public services and infrastructure development, which are essential for enhancing overall welfare. It also points out that simply increasing BF or CE without targeted strategies may not yield substantial benefits for community welfare. To achieve a more comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting CW, further research is suggested. Expanding the scope of analysis and including additional variables, such as education, healthcare, and private investment, could provide a deeper insight into the complex dynamics influencing welfare. These findings are expected to guide policymakers in formulating strategies to foster sustainable regional development.
