Abstract

Tulisan ini menggambarkan potret Islamisme atau Dunia Islam terjebak dalam prahara konflik Kawasan Timur Tengah. Spekulasi Barat terhadap Islamisme mengenai isu keagamaan yang ekstrimisme-ekslusif yang bermuara pada terorisme. Adapun tujuan penulisan ini mendeskripsikan pertama, fenomena Timur Tengah dalam Prahara; kedua, mendeskripsikan Islamisme dalam perdebatan, ketiga, fenomena Islamisme di Kawasan Timur Tengah sebagai Gerakan Politik Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Sedangkan pengambilan data bersumber dari beberapa buku dan artikel media yang bersifat kontemporer. Adapun poin terpenting yakni: pertama, konflik Timur Tengah karena adanya benturan kepentingan antara Dunia Islam dan Barat; Kedua, perbedaan cara pandang mengenai pemahaman Islamisme; Ketiga, Islamisme dalam Gerakan Politik Islam Kawasan Timur Tengah, sebagai bentuk protes terhadap hegemoni Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relevance and challenges confronting Islamic education amidst the rapid advancements in technology. Employing a Descriptive-Qualitative methodology with a library research approach, this research draws primarily from books, journals, documents, magazines, and other pertinent sources. The findings of this study underscore the significant challenges facing Islamic education, primarily stemming from the dichotomous paradigm inherent within it. This paradigm often delineates between religious-based knowledge and general science (social science), thus impeding the adaptability of Islamic education to the evolving landscape of the modern era. Furthermore, the pervasive influence of technology and science profoundly impacts the realm of education, necessitating continual relevance and adaptability to equip students with the requisite skills and knowledge to navigate the swiftly changing times.In conclusion, the study highlights the imperative for Islamic education to overcome inherent dichotomies and embrace interdisciplinary approaches to remain relevant and responsive to contemporary challenges. By integrating Islamic teachings with modern knowledge and technology, Islamic education can effectively prepare students for the complexities of the contemporary world while upholding the core values of Islam.

Abstract

The findings of this study reveal several salient points. Firstly, the integration of Islam and science serves as a conduit for harmonizing religious principles with scientific inquiry, preserving the integrity of both domains while fostering unity. Secondly, the relationship between religion and science is depicted as complementary, wherein religion nurtures scientific inquiry while science corroborates the divine revelations of Allah SWT. Furthermore, the relationship between Islam and science is delineated through four distinct approaches: conflict, independence, dialogue, and integration. This multifaceted engagement underscores the dynamic interaction between religious and scientific paradigms. Moreover, the scientific integration of Islam and science underscores the burgeoning influence of scientific discoveries on civilization. Numerous Muslim scholars have contributed novel insights derived from Western scientific advancements, which are subsequently imbued with Islamic values, thus enriching the intellectual landscape and fostering progressive Muslim thought. In conclusion, the ongoing dialogue and integration between Islam and science signify a nuanced and evolving relationship, characterized by mutual enrichment and dynamic engagement. By integrating scientific advancements with Islamic teachings, Muslims are poised to cultivate an enlightened worldview that embraces both spiritual values and scientific progress, thereby advancing societal development and intellectual discourse.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evolution of Islamic education in Indonesia, recognizing its pivotal role as a driving force for national progress and human advancement. Education, being a fundamental tool in societal development, must remain responsive to the evolving needs and dynamics of society. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, this research adopts a library research approach to delve into the subject matter. The findings of this study underscore the centrality of the Quran in Islamic education, serving as its foundational pillar and primary source of guidance. Islamic education, contrary to a dichotomous view of knowledge, emphasizes integration, harmonizing religious teachings with contemporary knowledge systems. The integration of Islamic religious education with modern sciences and technology is envisaged to imbue learning with depth and accessibility. Furthermore, Islamic education endeavors to instill comprehensive understanding, appreciation, and adherence to Islamic principles, fostering virtuous character and devoutness among learners. This pedagogical objective is pursued through various instructional methods, including teaching, training, and experiential guidance activities. The scholarly discourse surrounding the interface between Islamic and general sciences delineates three predominant typologies: Restorationist, Reconstructionist, and Reintegrationist. While differing in approach, these typologies converge on the notion of integration and interconnection between Islamic and general sciences, emphasizing a holistic perspective. In conclusion, this research illuminates the dynamic landscape of Islamic education in Indonesia, advocating for its alignment with contemporary needs and advancements. By fostering integration and harmonization between Islamic teachings and modern knowledge systems, Islamic education endeavors to nurture individuals equipped with profound religious insight and worldly wisdom, contributing to the holistic development of society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam membina perilaku siswa agar memiliki karakter dan moral yang baik melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang dimotori oleh guru. Guru memiliki peran yang krusial dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini fokus meneliti tentang strategi guru di MA Al-Manar. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian merupakan tempat berlangsungnya kegiatan penelitian. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di MA Al-Manar, MA Al Manar termasuk dalam naungan organisasi Al Karim yang juga memiliki sekolah yaitu pondok pesantren Fathul Mubatdiin dan sebagian besar siswanya adalah santri yang mukim di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yang berasal dari observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder bersumber dari buku, jurnal, artikel dan penelitian lainnya. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan, tahap reduksi, tahap penyajian dan tahap kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru MA Al-Manar yaitu melalui beberapa kegiatan berupa kegiatan keagamaan dan ekstrakulikuler. Kegiatan keagamaan dilakukan dengan membiasakan siswa untuk selalu salat berjamaah, istighosah, dan infaq, sedangkan ekstrakulikuler berupa kegiatan multimedia, tata boga, pramuka dan PMR. Selain itu, lembaga pendidikan juga melakukan pelatihan bagi guru untuk mengendalikan perilaku siswa, hal ini memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap kreatifitas guru dalam membangun perilaku peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi-interkoneksi sains dan Islam perspektif Ibnu Rusyd. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan sumber data berasal dari buku, jurnal, hingga artikel ilmiah yang kemudian dikaji dan dianalisis untuk menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi-interkoneksi dalam pandangan Ibnu Rusyd dipandang bahwa sumber pengetahuan bukan intelek aktif, melainkan realitas dan teks suci (wahyu) sekaligus. Realitas sebagai sumber ilmu tergali lewat prinsip-prinsip dan hukum sebab-akibat yang ditampilkannya, sedangkan wahyu sebagai sumber ilmu tergali lewat informasi-informasi yang disampaikannya. Meski demikian, dua sumber ini bukan sesuatu yang berbeda atau bertentangan, melainkan satu kesatuan yang saling melengkapi. Hal ini terjadi karena wahyu mengajarkan dan memerintahkan manusia untuk menelaah dan mengkaji realitas. Jika diperintahkan, tidak mungkin prinsip-prinsip hukum alam bertentangan dengan wahyu dan tidak mungkin informasi wahyu berbeda dengan ketentuan hukum alam.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of the ruqyah method in addressing household problems at Jam’iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja (JRA) Sidoarjo, its impact on marital relationships, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. Using a descriptive approach, the study found that the ruqyah method, which involves the recitation of Qur'anic verses, helps improve strained marital relationships. Patients reported improvements in physical conditions, such as relief from headaches, heavy shoulders, and excessive emotional outbursts after undergoing the ruqyah process. They also felt more motivated to improve themselves and became more diligent in worship. Supporting factors for the implementation of the ruqyah method include public awareness of the Qur'an's function as a medium for healing, the dissemination of information through social media, and the simplicity of the method, making it accessible to everyone. Inhibiting factors include public perceptions that ruqyah is solely for non-medical complaints, fears of reactions such as possession during the process, and the view of ruqyah as merely an alternative treatment. This study highlights the potential of the Qur'an-based ruqyah method as a holistic solution for household problems, connecting spiritual aspects with emotional well-being, while also opening opportunities for further research on integrating spirituality into family conflict resolution.

Abstract

Artikel ini menelaah pandangan Djazimah Muqoddas terkait kedudukan hakim perempuan dalam sistem peradilan Islam melalui lensa teori perubahan hukum dan sosial. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi celah dalam literatur mengenai penerimaan hakim perempuan di negara-negara Muslim dan menganalisis pandangan ulama klasik serta kontemporer terkait peran perempuan sebagai hakim. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dan analisis kritis, artikel ini mengungkap bahwa Muqoddas mendukung penerimaan hakim perempuan dalam seluruh jenis perkara, berdasarkan prinsip teori perubahan hukum yang dikaitkan dengan konteks sosial dan politik. Temuan penelitian memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam perdebatan hukum perempuan menjadi pemimpin, khususnya di lembaga peradilan.

Abstract

Negative behavior such as bullying shows the fragility of character in educational institutions. Discussions and studies about solutions to moral decadence are increasingly being discussed. One of the authors offers an education on friendship/communicative and peace-loving characteristics from Shaykh Muhammad Syakir which is then relevant to basic education. With the problem statement (1) What is Muhammad Syakir's perspective on character/communicative and peace-loving education in the Book of Waṣōyā Al-Ābā'i Lil Abnā'i? (2) What is its relevance to basic education? The type of research used is library research which is qualitative in nature, with an approach using hermeneutics. The results of the research are: (1) Material about friendly/communicative and peace-loving character education in the book Waṣōyā Al-Ābā'i Lil Abnā'i by Syaih Muhammad Syakir, namely a. communication with friends b. communication in learning and discussion c. communication in meetings/majlis d. social etiquette (2) There is relevance between the values of friendly/communicative character education and love of peace contained in the book Waṣōyā Al-Ābā'i Lil-Abnā'i with character education in basic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan metode ceramah pada hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits dan metode diskusi pada hasil belajar Fiqih di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Darussalam Plumbon Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis studi komparative. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, Uji Hipotesis, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan penelitiannya tidak terdapat perbedaan antara metode ceramah pada hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits dan metode diskusi pada hasil belajar Fikih kelas IV di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Darussalam Plumbon Indramayu, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,427 > 0,05 maka Hipotesis nol (H0) diterima dan Hipotesis Alternatif (H1) ditolak.
