Abstract

This study explores the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the verification (tahqiq) of Arabic manuscripts, focusing on digitizing classical texts at Universitas Al-Wasatiya Hadramaut, Yemen. The tahqiq process, essential for final-year Ushul Fiqh students, involves transcribing and verifying handwritten manuscripts to preserve Islamic intellectual heritage. Challenges like unclear handwriting, complex terminology, and damaged manuscripts complicate this task. The research highlights AI tools, such as Google Image Search, to improve manuscript digitization efficiency and accuracy. AI aids in handwriting recognition and speeds up transcription, though manual oversight remains necessary for text authenticity. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and observations. Findings show AI significantly supports tahqiq by reducing manual effort and speeding up transcription. However, technical issues, like errors in character recognition, emphasize the need for human expertise. Recommendations focus on integrating AI to modernize tahqiq while preserving cultural heritage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Artificial Intelligence (AI) in English language teaching at higher education. The research focuses on the opportunities and challenges in English language teaching. A qualitative approach using phenomenological methods was employed to explore the experiences of lecturers in utilizing AI during the language learning process, through surveys and in-depth interviews. Data were collected via questionnaire created using Google Forms and distributed to English lecturers. The research sample consisted of 10 English lecturers from East Java. Analysis of the questionnaires and interview transcripts revealed that the presence of AI technology has introduced both opportunities and challenges in English teaching and learning. AI has transformed the way English is taught in higher education. Lecturers utilize various AI tools for purposes such as enhancing learning motivation, answering and solving queries, paraphrasing, and reviewing literature. The study also highlighted the benefits of AI in teaching and learning. However, AI also presents new opportunities and challenges for the future of English language teaching. Therefore, English lecturers are encouraged to continuously improve their digital skills to adapt to these advancements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Independent study berbasis artificial intelligence dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi. Fokus penelitian ada tiga hal yaitu bentuk kewirausahaan yang dipilih mahasiswa untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut, strategi tutor (dosen) dalam memberikan bimbingan pada mahasiswa untuk memperkuat kewirausahaan, dan efektivitas strategi independent study berbasis artificial intelligence terhadap kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method, data diinput dengan interview dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, bentuk kewirausahaan yang diminati mahasiswa untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut, reseller, dropshipper, took online, pemasaran afiliasi, dan pemasaran melalui whatsapp. Strategi dosen untuk membentuk kewirausahaan mahasiswa, melalui fasilitator, tugas mandiri berbentuk paper, menentukan ide baru, membuat produk usaha, membuat iklan online. Adapun hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran independen berbasis artificial intelligence berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Artinya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kewirausahaan mahasiswa dapat digunakan strategi pembelajaran independent study berbasis artificial intelligence.

Abstract

It is undeniable that at this time technology has developed very rapidly. Various kinds of electronic media were created to facilitate human affairs such as television, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, computers, and so on. With the development of the times, there is nothing wrong with starting to use electronic media as a learning resource, even though electronic media is seen as having many disadvantages but there are great benefits if electronic media can be used as well as possible. Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that allows students to use electronic media as a source of media for learning. This study uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples is 50 students using purposive sampling. The research instrument uses a scale, namely the electronic scale media, with a reliability value of = 0.872 and a learning success scale with a reliability value of = 0.926. The results of this study are (1) the level of use of electronic media among students at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Unit Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri has a moderate level of use of electronic media that is 38%, (2) The rate of learning success among students at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Unit Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri Has a level of moderate, namely 42%, (3) There is an influence of the use of electronic media on the success of learning among students at the Pondok Pesantren Putri Darussalam Lirboyo Unit Kediri. which is evidenced by the slight influence between the use of electronic media on learning success that is equal to 18.1%.

Abstract

Early childhood education strives to prepare a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has strong computational thinking and numeracy skills. This study aims to explore the use of artificial intelligence-based numeracy learning media in developing computational thinking patterns in early childhood. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with literature studies to understand the phenomenon and design relevant learning applications. The steps in media development include needs, design analysis, interactive content creation, implementation, and revision based on feedback. The designed learning media, such as "Treasure Box", integrates gamification elements and AI technology to create a fun and effective learning experience. The results of the study show that this media can improve students' numeracy skills and stimulate creativity and problem-solving skills. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of PAUD education in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of auto-pilot car technology as part of the modern transportation revolution presents various legal and security challenges, especially in the context of its implementation in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the legal challenges that arise from the implementation of auto-pilot cars from a transportation law perspective in Indonesia, including the issue of legal responsibility in accidents. In addition, this article also evaluates the potential security risks associated with the use of autopilot technology, such as system errors and driver negligence. Normative juridical methods were used for this research, and focused on good legal standards found in Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 22 of 2009 which regulates road traffic and transportation. The research results show that the current legal framework is not fully able to accommodate the operation of auto-pilot cars, especially in terms of legal responsibility in the event of an accident.

Abstract

Expressions of joy, tremendous courage, and a high sense of self-worth all arise in the adolescent phase. As a result, children in this stage often make noisy and irritating noises. Adolescents in this stage have lofty, often unattainable goals and overly optimistic thinking. Their speech, which is often “normal,” becomes unpleasant or pathetic in this phase because they are very sensitive to the opinions of others. When viewed as children, especially young ones, they are highly resented. Based on this description, this research intends to examine how the role of homeroom teachers in guidance and counseling in the formation of the character of Akhlakul Karimah Santriwati Class 2 KMI (Kulliyatul Mu'allimat Al-Islamiyah) Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 1 Mantingan Ngawi. This research uses qualitative methods which include unstructured interviews, participant and non-participant observations, as well as documentation. From the research that took place at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri campus 1, Mantingan, Ngawi, data processing revealed that homeroom teachers play an important role in the lives of grade 2 students because these students are undergoing a transition period that can lead to crisis. In boarding schools, homeroom teachers act as mentors and counselors, replacing the role of parents. In addition to being teachers and educators, homeroom teachers act as role models and motivators. Homeroom teachers play an important role in moral formation, mental growth, and positive personal development. In addition, homeroom teachers act as confidants and friends to their students, helping them overcome any problems. To improve the morale of their students, homeroom teachers should always provide assistance and counseling to their students before becoming friends and lovers and encouraging them to be more independent and more extreme in handling every problem they face.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of IPAS learning, which has been less interesting and difficult to understand because it only relies on LKS. The experimental bag was created by researcher as a learning tool that helps students, helps teachers, and improves learning outcomes. Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are all parts of the Research & Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. Design experts, material experts, and learning experts validated 97%, 92%, and 98% respectively. N-Gain analysis in the medium category (0.5) showed the effectiveness of the media, and the pilot test showed an average result of 99% in the small group and 101% in the large group. The results showed that the experimental bag can help students understand IPAS lessons in grade V.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi marketing syariah dalam pengembangan bisnis kuliner pada usaha catering Yunissa di Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha catering tersebut. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di desa Selorejo kecamatan Ngunut kabupaten Tulungagung, yang menjadi tempat operasionalnya usaha tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi marketing mix belum sepenuhnya optimal. Beberapa kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya inovasi produk, ketidaksesuaian harga dengan daya beli konsumen, distribusi yang tidak merata, serta kurang efektifnya promosi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan aspek inovasi produk, penyesuaian harga berbasis segmen pasar, peningkatan efisiensi distribusi, serta penerapan strategi promosi berbasis digital untuk mencapai target konsumen yang lebih luas. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi marketing mix yang lebih terintegrasi dan adaptif terbukti dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya terkait bauran pemasaran.

Abstract

Advances in technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), have had a significant impact on education. However, instead of replacing teachers, AI should be seen as a partner that can enrich the teaching and learning process. This research aims to explore how AI can support teachers in creating a more personalised and effective learning experience. The research method used was a literature study and in-depth interviews with educators to understand the perceptions and challenges of AI integration in the classroom. The results show that AI has great potential in supporting learning through personalisation of materials, analysis of student learning data, and reduction of teachers' administrative burden. However, this collaboration will only be successful if there is adequate training for teachers as well as an ethical approach in the application of such technology.
