Abstract

Program bimbingan perkawinan merupakan bagian inisiatif pemerintah untuk membantu calon pengantin mempersiapkan diri secara psikologis, emosional, serta memberikan pengetahuan guna menciptakan keluarga yang bahagia dan stabil. Penulis memilih judul ini karena program bimbingan perkawinan di kantor urusan agama kecamatan ngasem merupakan salah satu program unggulan yang ada Di KUA Kecamatan Ngasem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program bimbingan perkawinan di kantor urusan agama kecamatan ngasem, kabupaten kediri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan perkawinan di kantor urusan agama kecamatan ngasem dinilai sangat efektif, terlihat dari respon positif peserta, relevansi materi dengan kebutuhan calon pengantin, serta partisipasi aktif dari penyuluh. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan serta jumlah peserta yang cukup besar. Secara keseluruhan, program ini mampu meningkatkan wawasan dan kesiapan peserta dalam membina rumah tangga

Abstract

One of the goals of national education is character formation, especially in Islamic education, which emphasizes the formation of religious character. In the midst of globalization and modernization that bring significant challenges to student morality, religious character education is becoming increasingly important. MIN 1 Kota Kediri, as a faith-based primary educational institution, strives to instill religious values through the consistent application of a religious culture. However, the success of implementing this culture is greatly determined by the way the head of the madrasah leads. This research arises from the urgency to understand how the participatory leadership of the madrasah head can support the development of students' religious character through religious culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students, as well as documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which involves the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is ensured through source triangulation, increasing diligence, and data confirmation with informants (member checking). The objectives of this study include describing and analyzing the implementation of the head of the madrasah's participative leadership in developing students' religious character through religious culture at MIN 1 Kota Kediri. The results of the study indicate that the Head of MIN 1 Kota Kediri Madrasah applies participative leadership in the context of a bureaucratic state madrasah, while still allowing room for participation from teachers, staff, and committees in designing religious programs. This contextualization reflects flexibility and collective awareness of the importance of developing religious character. Its implementation is apparent in joint decision-making, fostering religious activities such as dhuha prayers, tadarus, and memorization of juz amma, as well as regular evaluations. This leadership fosters a vibrant religious culture and nurtures students’ character to be religious, disciplined, and of good morals.

Abstract

The era of globalization marked by various moral challenges and character degradation, the need for the formation of disciplined character is becoming increasingly urgent. Scouting is present as a non-formal education solution that integrates the values ​​of discipline through various practical and fun activities. Through the scouting method that includes learning by doing, team systems, and outdoor activities. Students not only learn about discipline theoretically but also practice it directly. The disciplined character formed in scouting will have a positive impact on students. This research is a quantitative research where the type of research is simple linear regression using a survey model. With a sample of 49 students with a random sampling technique from all students at SD Islam Nu Sekaran Kayen Kidul Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the person correlation formula with the help of the SPSS 25 For Windows computer program. Scouting extracurricular activities have a significant effect on the character of discipline with the results of the calculated t value > t table, or 6.376 > 2.012 Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning significant. The character of discipline (Y) is influenced by 46% by scouting extracurricular activities (X), while the remainder (100% - 46% = 54%) is explained by other causes.

Abstract

Establishing a company certainly has various twists and turns and challenges that cannot be avoided, for example, employee turnover which has been rampant for several decades.The number of samples consisted of 31 employees and was carried out at Nolifa Collection Solo City. The research instrument was the result of adopting the UWES and the turnover intention scale. The results of the study show (1) The level of employee engagement of Gen Z Nolifa Collection employees is mostly in the low category with a percentage of 35% and medium with a percentage of 55%. (2) The turnover rate of Gen Z Nolifa Collection employees is in the high category with a percentage of 74%. (3) this means that the lower the employee engagement, the higher the turnover and vice versa. The R-squared value is 0.363, indicating that employee engagement contributes 36.3% to turnover, with the remaining 63.7% influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah pondasi utama dalam membangun peradaban yang unggul,  utuh, berbudi pekerti, dan bermoral. Proses pembentukan karakter tidak hanya terjadi di ruang kelas, namun juga melalui budaya lokal seperti dalam seni pertunjukan wayang Timplong. Kesenian wayang Timplong dapat menjadi alternatif media pendidikan karakter di tengah dekadensi moral yang sedang terjadi di Indonesia. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan cerita wayang Timplong lakon Sekartaji oleh Dalang Suyadi 2) untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam lakon Sekartaji. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini 1) Lakon Sekartaji mengisahkan cinta kasih seseorang yang tulus dan tidak memandang status sosial. 2) Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung adalah kesabaran, kesetiaan, keteguhan dan keberanian, ketulusan dan keikhlasan, kejujuran dan integritas, dan tanggung jawab. Nilai-nilai tersebut sangat penting untuk diajarkan kepada anak-anak mulai dari kecil hingga yang sudah menduduki bangku SMA.

Abstract

Domestic violence (DV) is a violation of human rights that has serious impacts on the safety, well-being, and dignity of women. This study aims to describe the protection strategies implemented by the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women’s Empowerment, and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) of Kediri Regency in safeguarding women victims of domestic violence, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and verification. The findings indicate three main strategies: preventive (socialization and education), curative (complaint and counseling services), and rehabilitative (psychological recovery). Supporting factors include the commitment of the local government, service innovations, cross-sectoral collaboration, and the availability of psychological counseling. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited budget, shortage of human resources, absence of a permanent safe house, and low public awareness. This study underscores the importance of comprehensive strategies in protecting women victims of domestic violence, supported by stronger regulations and more optimal implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to explain public relations efforts and media in forming the school brand image at MTsN 2 Kediri City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research was conducted at MTsN 2 Kediri City. In the data collection process, observation, interviews and documentation techniques were used. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interaction model which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusions. Data checking in this study used increased persistence and triangulation. The results of this research show that: (1) Public relations efforts in forming a school brand image are by using a structured management system starting from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. (2) the media used by public relations in forming the school's brand image include direct communication, social media, print media, as well as accommodating community aspirations which are well managed through SOPs for community complaint guidelines (DOMAS). Public relations emphasizes social media because it has a wide reach and is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Korupsi dikategorikan sebagai extraordinary crime karena dampaknya yang luas, meliputi kerugian keuangan negara, kerusakan tata kelola pemerintahan, kesenjangan sosial, hingga menurunnya legitimasi hukum. Wacana hukuman mati bagi koruptor muncul sebagai upaya memberikan efek jera, meskipun masih menimbulkan kontroversi terkait hak asasi manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan library research, yakni menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, serta literatur akademik relevan untuk menganalisis posisi hukuman mati dalam sistem hukum Indonesia dan alternatif pemidanaan berbasis keadilan sosial. Korupsi berdampak pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan politik sehingga justifikasi pemberatan pidana menjadi relevan. Hukuman mati diatur dalam KUHP dan UU Tipikor sebagai pidana khusus, namun penerapannya belum terealisasi. Alternatif pemidanaan berupa pidana seumur hidup dengan kerja sosial, perampasan aset, dan sistem pemidanaan progresif dinilai lebih tepat untuk menjawab kebutuhan keadilan masyarakat. Pemberantasan korupsi tidak cukup dengan pidana konvensional, tetapi memerlukan pendekatan luar biasa. Hukuman mati memang memberi efek jera, namun kontroversinya menuntut solusi alternatif yang lebih berkeadilan, seperti pemidanaan progresif dan pemulihan aset, demi menjaga kesejahteraan rakyat dan memperkuat legitimasi hukum.

Abstract

This theme is important to analyze because of the dynamics of the post-covid 19 economic sector in Kediri City. Using a quantitative approach, this study applies descriptive analysis to identify variable trends and correlation analysis to understand the associations between variables. The purpose of this analysis of inflation and population to determine: 1. The dynamics of inflation, population and economic growth in Kediri city in 2022-2024. 2. The effect of inflation on economic growth in Kediri city in 2022-2024. 3.The effect of population on economic growth in Kediri city in 2022-2024. Primary secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Kediri. The main findings show a significant trend of disinflation in Kota Kediri from 2022 to 2024, accompanied by consistent population growth. Kediri's economic growth shows fluctuations, with a decline in 2023 followed by a recovery in 2024, while Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita continues to increase

Abstract

Fiqh is often considered a difficult subject due to its theoretical and practical components, such as ablution, dry ablution, and prayer, which are hard to grasp through lectures alone. This study focuses on implementing audio-visual media in Fiqh learning for Grade IX students at SMP Islam Kepung to improve their learning outcomes. The goal is to describe the use of audio-visual tools as an interactive alternative in religious education. This qualitative descriptive research uses observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The findings show that audio-visual media enhances student engagement, clarifies abstract material, and improves understanding of worship practices. Supporting factors include technological facilities and teacher creativity, while barriers include limited time, lack of teacher training, and technical issues. Overall, audio-visual media proves effective in increasing student achievement when supported by proper planning and teacher competence.
