Abstract

Pengaruh teori organisasi klasik terhadap efektivitas organisasi di era digital. Teori klasik, yang mencakup pendekatan ilmiah Frederick Taylor, prinsip manajemen Henri Fayol, dan birokrasi Max Weber, menekankan pada struktur, efisiensi, dan hierarki yang jelas dalam pengelolaan organisasi. Meskipun teori ini berkembang pada awal abad ke-20, prinsip-prinsip dasarnya masih digunakan secara luas, terutama dalam organisasi besar dan stabil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan studi kasus pada beberapa organisasi digital di Indonesia Tujuannya untuk menunjukkan bahwa meskipun beberapa aspek teori klasik, seperti pembagian kerja dan koordinasi yang terstruktur, masih relevan untuk efisiensi operasional, penerapan yang kaku dapat menghambat inovasi dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi. Oleh karena itu perlu menyesuaikan antara prinsip-prinsip klasik dengan pendekatan manajemen modern yang lebih mudah dan saling meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Al-Washl and Al-Fashl in the chapter “Bayān” of the Ar-Risālah by Imām al-Shāfiʿī. Al-Washl (connection) and Al-Fashl (separation) are two essential concepts in the science of Maʿānī, a branch of Arabic rhetoric (Balāghah) that deals with the rules of linking and separating sentences. Understanding these two concepts is crucial, as they significantly affect the clarity of meaning and eloquence in Arabic expression. Although many studies have addressed Al-Washl and Al-Fashl, this research presents a novel contribution by focusing on Ar-Risālah as the primary object of study—an approach that has rarely been explored from this perspective. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, the researcher systematically analyzes each sentence in the “Bayān” chapter to identify and classify their usage according to the principles of Washl and Fashl

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة ظاهرة الاستعارة في كتاب "الشفاء" لابن سينا من منظور بلاغي، مع الاعتماد على تعريف السكاكي وتصنيفاته الدقيقة للاستعارة. تُعدّ الاستعارة أداة بلاغية فعّالة تُستخدم لتقريب المعاني المجردة إلى الأذهان، ولا سيّما في النصوص الفلسفية التي تتطلب تعبيرًا رمزيًا وتخيّليًا لتوضيح المفاهيم العقلية. انطلق البحث من التعريف الاصطلاحي للاستعارة عند السكاكي الذي يُبرز العلاقة بين طرفي التشبيه على أساس الادعاء العقلي، ثم انتقل إلى تصنيف أنواع الاستعارة بحسب ذكر الطرفين، ونوع اللفظ، والتزيين، والحقيقة. وبتحليل نماذج مختارة من كتاب "الشفاء"، تبيّن أن ابن سينا يوظف الاستعارة لتحقيق وظائف متعددة، أبرزها: التوضيح، التعبير المركّب، بناء المفاهيم، الربط بين المحسوس والمعقول، وإثارة الخيال الفلسفي. وقد كشف التحليل عن وعي لغوي دقيق لدى ابن سينا يُقارب البيان الفلسفي بالبيان البلاغي. وبذلك، يُسهم البحث في إظهار أهمية البلاغة في الخطاب الفلسفي، ويؤكد أن الاستعارة ليست ترفًا أسلوبيًا، بل ضرورة معرفية في بناء الفكر الفلسفي وتوصيله.

Abstract

This paper explores Amin al-Khuli’s critical perspective on classical Arabic rhetoric (balaghah), which he viewed as rigid, formalistic, and outdated in addressing modern communicative needs. In his seminal work Fann al-Qawl, al-Khuli redefined balaghah as the art of effective speech that emphasizes context, purpose, and rhetorical impact, rather than merely aesthetic structure. He advocated for integrating logical and aesthetic elements and expanded the function of declarative sentences to include expressive and emotional dimensions. Rejecting the traditional divisions of balaghah, al-Khuli proposed a more functional pedagogical structure covering words, sentences, paragraphs, and texts. His approach positions balaghah within a dynamic, humanistic framework, closely tied to lived experience and socio-cultural development. This study affirms that al-Khuli’s ideas offer a foundation for revitalizing balaghah as a relevant and applicable discipline in modern Arabic language education.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة كتاب الموازنة بين الطائيين للآمدي دراسةً نقديةً بلاغية، من خلال تحليل منهج الآمدي في المقارنة بين شعر أبي تمام والبحتري، مع التركيز على القضايا البلاغية والنقدية التي تناولها. ويُظهر البحث كيف أن الآمدي جمع بين الذوق الأدبي والتحليل البلاغي في موازناته، مستندًا إلى معايير دقيقة مثل اللفظ والمعنى، التشبيه والاستعارة، الصور البلاغية، وتناول السرقات الشعرية. وقد اتسم منهج الآمدي بالاعتدال والموضوعية، حيث كان يُقوّم النصوص بناءً على قيمتها الفنية دون تحيّز ظاهر لأحد الشاعرين. ومن خلال استقراء الأمثلة النقدية التي أوردها، يبرز البحث تفوّق الآمدي في تقديم قراءة تحليلية تطبيقيّة جعلت من كتابه مرجعًا بارزًا في النقد الأدبي الكلاسيكي. كما يُبرز البحث الفرق بين بلاغة الطبع لدى البحتري وبلاغة العقل والتكثيف عند أبي تمام، مما يعكس تنوّع الأساليب الشعرية وتطوّر الذوق البلاغي في العصر العباسي.

Abstract

Cengkeh sebagai salah satu komoditas strategis Indonesia memiliki permintaan tinggi di pasar Tiongkok, terutama untuk kebutuhan industri makanan, kesehatan, dan minuman herbal. Melalui kerja sama APEC, Indonesia memperoleh peluang untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan mengurangi hambatan perdagangan. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti ketatnya standar mutu di pasar Tiongkok, fluktuasi harga komoditas global, serta keterbatasan pengolahan produk turunan masih menjadi hambatan utama. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengandalkan data sekunder dari sumber resmi perdagangan internasional dan dokumen kebijakan APEC. Dibutuhkan strategi nasional yang adaptif dan sinergi antarlembaga untuk memaksimalkan manfaat kerja sama APEC guna meningkatkan daya saing ekspor cengkeh Indonesia di Tiongkok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in the sustainability reports of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2022–2024 period using a qualitative content analysis approach. The research focuses on how sustainability accounting is applied to measure and report non-financial performance in a transparent and accountable manner. The findings indicate that Telkom has adopted various sustainability indicators in its business strategy, particularly in areas such as digital transformation, energy efficiency, and community empowerment. However, challenges remain, including limited quantification of social and environmental impacts and the need to enhance reporting capacity. This study recommends strengthening the integration of sustainability accounting systems, leveraging digital technology for data collection, and developing qualified human resources. These insights are expected to contribute to the improvement of sustainability reporting practices in both state-owned and private enterprises.

Abstract

This research discusses the representation of women in four selected songs from Paris Paloma: Labour, Drywall, As Good a Reason, and Last Woman on Earth. The purpose of this research is to uncover how women's experiences are portrayed through song lyrics and how these representations fit into the gynocritical framework proposed by Elaine Showalter. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, treating song lyrics as literary texts that express emotional burdens, bodily oppression, and women's powerlessness in the face of patriarchal structures. The research emphasizes that contemporary music, particularly lyrics written by female songwriters, serves as a meaningful medium to explore feminist literary expression. The data were analyzed by categorizing the lyrical elements into three aspects: emotional, bodily, and empowerment, based on gynocritical theory. Each lyric represents women not only as victims of societal norms, but also as agents who reclaim their voice and identity. The results show that the songs reflect different stages of women's consciousness, ranging from survival, resistance, and finally autonomy.

Abstract

This research analyzes the portrayal of misogyny and sexism in the film Suffragette (2015), directed by Sarah Gavron, through the lens of Marxist feminist theory. The analysis uses Silvia Federici’s Marxist feminist theory, which sees that women’s oppression is rooted not only in patriarchy but also in capitalist systems that exploit women's unpaid labor and social roles. The study focuses on the main character, Maud Watts who is a working-class woman, whose experiences reflect gender and class oppression in early 20th-century Britain. Using a qualitative method, the researcher identified 24 key scenes in the film. Nine of them represent sexism and 15 represent misogyny. The findings show that sexism is normalized through unequal labor conditions, domestic expectations, and legal marginalization, while misogyny emerges as punishment when women resist these roles, often through violence and institutional control. Maud’s transformation from a passive worker to a politically active suffragette reveals the potential for collective resistance and highlights the importance of solidarity among women. The study concludes that Suffragette is not only a historical film but also as a powerful critique of ongoing gender and class inequalities.

Abstract

Pemberian kredit multiguna merupakan bagian dari aktivitas perbankan yang memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang kebutuhan konsumtif nasabah. Dalam praktiknya, baik bank konvensional maupun bank syariah memiliki pendekatan yang berbeda dalam menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat, yang masing-masing memiliki konsekuensi yuridis tersendiri. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan karakter risiko hukum yang melekat dalam pemberian kredit multiguna serta membandingkan mekanisme mitigasi risiko yang diterapkan oleh bank konvensional dan bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan normatif dengan analisis yuridis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, fatwa syariah, serta literatur hukum yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa risiko hukum dalam bank konvensional umumnya berkaitan dengan ketidaksempurnaan perjanjian kredit dan wanprestasi debitur, sedangkan dalam bank syariah, risiko hukum lebih banyak bersumber dari kesalahan penerapan akad dan ketidaksesuaian dengan prinsip syariah. Upaya mitigasi dilakukan melalui penguatan struktur perjanjian, verifikasi agunan, hingga keterlibatan Dewan Pengawas Syariah pada bank syariah. Perbandingan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai perlunya penyusunan kerangka hukum yang responsif terhadap dinamika praktik pembiayaan konsumtif di sektor perbankan.
