Lack of student interest in learning mathematics and the use of methods which are not effective in the learning process leads to lower student learning outcomes. One alternative solution to overcome this problem is to apply the learning model ATI. This study aimed to describe the Model ATI to Increase Interests and Student learning outcomes on the Topic Circle at SMPN 3 Praya Timur in academic year 2016/2017. This research is a classroom action research. This study consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: plan, execution, observation, and reflection. The data sources obtained from class VIII-A, amounting to 29 people. Types of data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes with a percentage of 42% to 86%. While the student's interest in learning increased from 1.75 to 1.85. The results showed that the use of ATI Learning Model can Increase the Interest and Results of Academic Students of SMPN 3 Praya Timur in the academic year 2016/2017.

Problems encountered in mathematics at SMP State 3 Batukliang is low motivation and problem solving skills in mathematics. Therefore this study is to describe the application of problem solving learning method that can increase motivation and problem solving skills mathematical subject matter circle in class VIII B of SMP State 3 Batukliang in the academic year 2015/2016. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet activities of teachers, students' learning motivation questionnaire and evaluation test. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the results of analysis activities of teachers in the first cycle Quite good and well, while on the second cycle well. Analysis of motivation in the first cycle Says gori high motivation and the second cycle Uncategorised very high motivation, problem-solving ability evaluation test on the first cycle with an average value of 66.5 and yet get the average value that has been set is ≥ 70 and the results of tests evaluating the ability of problem solving cycle II, the average value reached 77.85.So the results obtained from each cycle increasing. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of learning methods Problem Solving can increase motivation and problem solving skills math class VIII B subject matter circle in the academic year 2016/2017.p

This study aims to determine the effect of using hypnoteaching on problem based learning toward the students learning outcomes at VII grade studen of SMPN 2 Utan. The Type of research is a eksperimental research. The population of this research includes all students of class VII SMPN 2 Utan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The class VII2 as the experimental class  and class VII 4 as the control class. The data collection is done by using about pre-test and post-test form. Data processing is done by statistical analysis. The results showed that t_count = 2.17 is greater than t_table = 2.001. so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected Ho and Ha accepted. That  means that the treatment given to the experimental group have an influence towars the student learning outcomes using model hypnoteaching on problem based learning at VII grade student of SMPN 2 Utan

Students learning outcomes especially on the subject matter of Circle are low. This is caused by teachers less to relate mathematics to the real world. Therefore, in order to increase student interest and learning outcomes, it needs a learning model that relates to daily life. The purpose of this research is to know the increase of students interest and learning outcomes by applying Realistic Mathematics Education at VII grade students of MTs. AL-Ma'arif NU Sinah in academic year 2016/2017. The type of this research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The data of student learning outcomes collected through evaluation test and the data of student interest is collected through questionnaire. Based on the results data analisys can be seen the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes from 47.82% to 87.5%. it is known that the implementation of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) able to increase the student interest and learning outcomes at VIII grades students of MTs.AL-Ma'arif NU Sinah on the subject matter of Cycle of lesson year 2016/2017

this study aims to describe the application of cooperative learning model picture and picture by using the media flashcard can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics class VIIA SMPN 3 Sikur the academic year 2016/2017 in the subject matter fractions. A common issue is the mathematics subjects are still considered abstract, and difficult. The use of the model and the use of media is less precise, less varied. Thus, the lack of attention that adversely affects the student learning outcomes. The use of appropriate methods and media are expected to improve learning outcomes. The use of the learning model type of picture and picture by using the media flashcard is one of the solutions offered to solve the problem. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Types of data used are: Qualitative sheet teacher observation and student observation sheet, quantitative data obtained from the results of student evaluation tests given at the end of each cycle. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, where the results of the first cycle with the classical percentage of 70% and the second cycle peresentase by 87%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model picture and picture by using the media flashcard can improve student learning outcomes class VIIA SMPN 3 Sikur in Academic Year 2016/2017.

Based on the results of the initial observation, problem issues that can be secn in the learning process that students’ of less passion, attention is less focused and less concentration to absorb the lessons. The aimed of this research is to describe the implementation of picture and picture learning model that able to improve studens activity and learning outcomes at VII Grade studen of SMPN 5 Kopang Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. The type of this research is class room action research. the data colection are quantitative and qualitatiy data. Based on  the result of data analysis obtained studen learning outcomens scor is 58,26 at firs cycle and 86,30 at secon cycle. So that it can be con cluded that the implementation of Picture and Picture learning methods able to improve studens activity and learning outcomes at VII Grade studen of SMPN 5 Kopang Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018

This study was aimed to find whether or notthe effectiveness of mother tongue have a significant effect towards students’ memory and motivation in learning mathematics at the eight students of SMP Negeri 1 Ropang. In this research, the researcher used quasy experimental research method. The population were all of the eight students at SMP Negeri 1 Ropang. the researcher divided into two classes. A class is as control group was taught by using Bahasa and B class is as experimental group was taught by using mother tongue technique. The data was obtained through pretest, posttest and laerning motivation questionnaires. The first students’ ability was seen from the result of pretest was calculated by using normality test meanwhile the last students’ ability was seen by using posttest. Before using t-test, the researcher used posttest to calculate normality test with chi-quadrate after that the researcher gave the t-test. The result of the research showed that mean score of experimental group was 42 to be 73 meanwhile control group was 25 to be 60. Therefore, the result of t-tes (0,735 )was smaller than t- table (2,017). It means that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. So, the researcher can concluded the effectiveness of mother tongue technique was not effective toward students’ memory and motivation in learning mathematics at the eight students of SMP Negeri 1 Ropang in academic year 2016/2017.

This development research aims to produce a mathematics lesson plan using ELPSA framework in order to improve students problem solving abilities and to know the quality of lesson plan based on validity and practical aspects. The type of this research is development with ADDIE model. The subject of this research is the development of lesson plan using ELPSA framework on math logic material. The instruments used are questionnaire for aspects of validity, teacher evaluation sheet and student response questionnaire for practicality aspect, and test of learning result to know problem solving ability. The quality of lesson plan validity assessed from material aspect get percentage score of 85% included in very good category. Aspects of media get a percentage score of 89% included in the category very well. So the lesson plan is said to be valid. The quality of the practicality of lesson plan based on teacher evaluation sheet gets the average percentage score of 85.5% included in very good category. So the lesson plan has a practical quality, based on the questionnaire of student responses obtained average student score is 72.5 included in the good category, which means the lesson plan has a practical quality. Problem solving abilities in terms of student test result based on pre-test and post-test results increased with average score from 54.3 to 85. The results of this study indicate that the lesson plan that developed with ELPSA framework can improve problem solving ability and it has been said is feasible to be used in the learning process in SMA/MA using KTSP Curriculum because it meets the criteria of lesson plan quality (validity and practical).

Habits of teachers in only use conventional teaching methods in teaching and learning mathematics cause less enthusiastic students to follow the lessons. Therefore, teachers are required to select a model appropriate learning characteristics of students and the material being taught. Thus, students will more easily understand the material. This study aims to determine the effect ofapproach SAVI (Somatic, Visual, Intelectual) the on communication skills of mathematics students of class VII MTs. NW Men 2016/2017 school year. population in this study consisted of 327 students and is where the study sample consisted of two classes of class VII B (experiment) and VII C (control). Determination of the experimental class and control class is determined by Probability Sampling and obtained class VII B as an experimental class while the class VII C as the control class. The results showed the average value of 61.56 while the value - average for the control class 45.17. While Test-T to the achievement of the control class experiment belajarkelas obtained tcount > ttable (3.285> 2.002) that concluded the application of the model approach SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) affect the ability of students' mathematical communication VII MTs. NW Men Narmada in the academic year 2016/2017.

The background of this study is the low activity and student achievement in learning mathematics is still one of the causes of low quality education, especially in math. One effort to further streamline the learning of mathematics is to apply the learning model Conceptual Understanding Prosedures (CUPS). The purpose of this research is to improve the activity and student achievement MTs At-Tahzib Kekait VIII class A through learning model Conceptual Understanding Prosedures (CUPS). This research was conducted in MTs At-Tahzib Kekait in class VIII A. The method used was classroom action research. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet student activities, teacher activity observation sheet, and test evaluation. By applying the learning model Conceptual Understanding Prosedures (CUPS) in mathematics. Activities and student achievement during the learning process is increasing. This fact is shown by the acquisition of an average score of student activity in cycle I and II respectively of 2.55 and 3.16. In addition didikung by an increase in student achievement is increasing. This is evidenced by the average value of the test results of the evaluation cycle I and II is 68.59 with classical completeness of 58.33% and 78.87 with classical completeness of 87.5% in the second cycle. Based on the analysis of data that the application of learning models Conceptual Understanding Prosedures (CUPS) by increasing the activity and student achievement MTs At-Tahzib Kekait VIII grade A academic year 2016/2017.Â
