Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of going concern opinion by analyzing the effects of operating cash flow, financial distress, and sustainability report disclosure, while investigating the moderating role of managerial ownership. This research employs a quantitative approach using logistic regression and moderated regression analysis, with data processing conducted through STATA 15. The sample consists of 74 basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period, resulting in 370 firm-year observations. The findings indicate that operating cash flow and financial distress have significant negative effects on going concern opinion, while sustainability report disclosure has a negative but insignificant effect. Managerial ownership does not moderate the relationship between operating cash flow or financial distress and going concern opinion, but significantly moderates the relationship between sustainability report disclosure and going concern opinion. These findings highlight that auditors continue to emphasize financial indicators in evaluating business continuity, while ownership structure influences the credibility of sustainability-related information. The study provides practical implications for corporate managers in improving financial resilience and strengthening disclosure quality to support stakeholder confidence. This study contributes to agency theory and signaling theory by providing empirical evidence on how financial conditions and governance mechanisms shape going concern assessments in emerging markets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research employed the SLR method by analyzing 32 Indonesian-language scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, sourced from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, SINTA, and DOAJ. The article selection process followed the PRISMA protocol, which initially identified 247 articles and subsequently narrowed them down to 32 studies that met all inclusion criteria. The findings indicate that transformational leadership, encompassing four core dimensions—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—consistently exerts a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Among these dimensions, inspirational motivation emerged as the most influential factor in enhancing team productivity, while individualized consideration made a substantial contribution to employee satisfaction and autonomy. Furthermore, mediating variables such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work engagement were consistently found to strengthen the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve human resource performance through the development of adaptive and inspirational leadership practices.

Abstract

The rapid growth of social media has transformed Instagram into a strategic marketing platform, intensifying competition among local cosmetic brands, including Oh My Glam (OMG) Beauty. This study aims to analyze the influence of  brand awareness, content marketing, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on consumers' purchasing decisions for OMG Beauty products on Instagram. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents selected based on the Lemeshow formula. Primary data were collected through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption, and multiple linear regression tests with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The findings reveal that brand awareness and content marketing have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions, with brand awareness emerging as the most dominant variable. Conversely, e-WOM does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, indicating that online reviews are not the primary consideration for most respondents. Simultaneously, the three independent variables explain 92.9% of the variance in purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that strengthening brand awareness and consistently delivering informative content are more effective marketing strategies than relying solely on online consumer reviews to increase purchase decisions through Instagram.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory in building sustainable competitive advantage among creative economy MSMEs in Semarang City through four VRIN dimensions: Value, Rarity, Imitability, and Organization. The study employed a mixed method sequential explanatory approach using data from interviews, observations, and Likert-scale questionnaires administered to 96 MSME actors in the culinary, fashion, and craft subsectors. Data were analyzed through qualitative triangulation and descriptive statistics based on the average scores of each dimension. The results show that Value obtained the highest score of 4.04, while Imitability was the lowest dimension at 3.34. The craft subsector demonstrated the strongest RBV profile with an average score of 3.78, while the culinary subsector excelled in Value but was more vulnerable to imitation. The findings highlight the need to strengthen intellectual property protection and organizational capabilities to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students’ interest in using QRIS as a technology-based payment system. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of Accounting students at Universitas Brawijaya aged 18–22 years who are familiar with or use QRIS. The sample consists of 295 respondents selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, namely active undergraduate students, aged 18–22 years, familiar with or having used QRIS, and willing to participate in the study. The results show that all examined factors play an important role in increasing students’ interest in using QRIS. Ease of use is the most dominant factor, followed by affordability and accessibility, transaction speed, convenience, and security and data privacy. This indicates that increasing QRIS adoption is not only determined by technological aspects but also by overall user experience. This study implies that QRIS development should focus on improving system ease of use, accelerating transaction processes, expanding accessibility, enhancing user convenience, and strengthening data protection to increase adoption among students.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of Economic Value Added (EVA) in healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019–2025. Using a quantitative causal approach, the study analyzes 84 firm-year observations from 12 companies selected through purposive sampling. The independent variables consist of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Total Asset Turnover, and Operational Efficiency, while EVA serves as the dependent variable. Panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model and White cross-section covariance was employed to obtain robust estimates. The results indicate that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Operational Efficiency do not significantly affect EVA individually. In contrast, Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on EVA. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence EVA, with an Adjusted R-squared of 0.914873, indicating that 91.49% of EVA variation is explained by the model. These findings emphasize the importance of asset profitability in creating economic value and support integrated financial management strategies for healthcare companies. Effective asset utilization therefore remains central to strengthening shareholder value creation and long-term corporate performance.

Partially, digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of 0.345, t = 3.833, and p < 0.001. Product quality also had a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.494, t = 5.661, and p < 0.001. Simultaneously, both variables explained 45.1% of purchasing decision variance, indicating the importance of integrating effective digital promotion with consistent product quality. These findings suggest strengthening content quality, transaction convenience, product durability, and trust to improve TikTok Shop performance.
