Abstract

This study aims to determine, assess, and analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia PERSERO Tbk as measured using the CAR, ROA, LDR, and BOPO ratios using financial statements from 2019 to 2021. The data collection technique used is secondary data observation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. And the data validity technique used is source triangulation.The theoretical implications in this study are seen from the calculation of CAR, ROA, and LDR: bank management needs to pay attention to the balance of high returns with the level of risk faced. Meanwhile, when viewed from the calculation of the BOPO ratio, banks need monetary policy and credit stimulus to continue to grow, maintain fiscal sustainability in the short and long term so that the costs incurred for operations are more effective and efficient, and prevent and handle COVID-19 from human aspects, especially health aspects. Practical implications of the results of this study can be used as a consideration for future researchers to expand the range of research by adding samples and using a longer observation period so that the results obtained are more concrete and volatile.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of administrative procedures for managing and securing inventory in the finished goods warehouse at PT. Aidai Indonesia Jaya. The data studied is in the form of finished goods inventory management reports for PT. Aidai Indonesia Jaya. The data collection technique used is documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The results of this research indicate that inventory management must be very careful regarding data and physical stock. Using a custom system that has been structured in accordance with company procedures. Checking physical stock of goods and matching item data is important to achieve the desired goals. Securing goods is also something that needs to be considered to avoid theft and disputes. The benefit of regular checking and checking of stock is to provide relevant data and the company's sales will be well controlled.

Abstract

The trend of the last few years shows a significant amount and uses it mostly for social media, especially for students. The gap between the limited purchasing power due to the lack of individual income makes students not have enough purchasing power to make transactions. On the other hand, students easily have a desire because of digital marketing on their social media. Based on this background, this research was conducted to analyze the effect of digital marketing-based branding on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is done to get an idea of how much the impact of product branding using digital marketing can change a person's purchasing decision. The method that researchers use is the descriptive causality quantitative method with data collection using an online form. To determine the sample, the author uses probability sampling with a Purposive Sampling approach. The respondents were 90 people who met the previously established answer criteria. The analysis techniques used are data quality test, the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. Based on this research, it shows that product branding and social media variables partially do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of product branding and social media tiktok on purchasing decisions is 11.2%. Then the remaining 88.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of the effect of ease of use, security, and trust on purchasing decisions on the shopee application on STIE Youth Surabaya Students. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method using the SPSS program version 25.0. This study used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The sample in this study was as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study show that Ease of Use, Security and Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions using the Shopee application for STIE Youth Surabaya students, where F counts at 22.746 while F table is 3.09 and significant 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the R2 test show that an Adjusted R Square of 0.397 means that purchasing decisions can be obtained and explained by the variables of ease of use, security and trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the online marketing strategy implemented by MSME Elvin Snack Banana Chips to increase sales. Collect data through observation, interview, document techniques. Data analysis is done by identifying problems, categorizing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy to increase sales at MSME Elvin Snack Lamongan Banana Chips in addition to cooperating with stores and agents as well as implementing online marketing strategies, namely product marketing through social networks like Whatsapp and Instagram.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of distribution of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS), grant spending, subsidy spending, and social assistance spending on poverty with unemployment and GDRP per capita as control variables Design/methodology/approach: Using explanatory quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis models for panel data from 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra from 2019 - 2021. Findings: The results show that ZIS distribution has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty. Grant spending and unemployment have a positive effect on poverty, while subsidy spending has a significant negative effect on poverty. Research limitations/implications: The limitation of this research is that the amount of zakat distribution has not been evenly distributed from 2019 onwards so that the research is limited to be conducted below that year. Practical implications: Grant spending and unemployment have a positive effect on poverty, while subsidy spending has a significant negative effect on poverty. Paper type: Research paper. Abstract

Analysis of Income and Expense Recognition of Bumdesma Podo Rukun during the 2021 Covid-19 Period in Wilangan District, Nganjuk City.The aim of this research is to analyze the Recognition of Income and Expenses of Bumdesma Podo Rukun during the 2021 Covid-19 Period in Wilangan District, Nganjuk City. This research was carried out from November to July 2022, where primary data was obtainedfrom the object under study or the main source by observing cases that have been encountered directly. This data was collected using qualitative methods or through field surveys, interviews and documentation. To collect this data the author carried out data presentation, data reduction and conclusions.Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that in 2021 Bumdesma Podo Rukun, Wilangan District, Nganjuk City, the recognition of income and expenses uses the accrual basis method and is in accordance with PSAK 23.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of NPL (bad credit) and CAR (capital) on profitability at the Ngudi Lestari Women's Cooperative in 2020. Bad credit is calculated using the NPL (Non Performing Loan) ratio, then capital is calculated using the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) ratio. ) and profitability is calculated using the ratio ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity) and NPM (Net Profit Margin). This type of research is quantitative research, using secondary data sources in the form of 2020 financial reports in the form of capital reports, Business Results Calculation Reports, remaining accounts receivable reports, Balance Sheet Reports and Balance Sheet reports. The collection technique is by analyzing archival evidence of the financial reports of the Ngudi Lestari Women's Cooperative in 2020. Data was analyzed using the SPSS version 16 program with descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and then hypothesis testing. in the form of t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that bad credit has an insignificant negative effect and capital has a significant positive effect

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of the information exchange system for Labuan Bajo's Makan Pancoran 7 building. The main goal of the study is to design and implement an information system that can increase operational efficiency and the accuracy of transaction processing in the aforementioned makan. The methodology used in this study includes requirements analysis, system penetration testing, system implementation, and system evaluation. Descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The data used is in the form of information related to the sales process flow, organizational structure, as well as the vision and mission of pancoran 7 labuan bajo restaurant. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique, the stages in the analysis are data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. Information systems for sales that are implemented include inventory management, sales tracking, order processing, and inventory management. To facilitate data access and handling, web-based pendekatan is used in system development. The research findings indicate that the implementation of this information selling system has improved the operational efficiency of the restaurant, reduced the amount of waste that is produced, and accelerated the sale process

Abstract

In this study, an audio-visual flipbook-based e-module product was developed for the ledger material of accounting subjects studied by students at SMK Arif Rahman Hakim Surabaya. The Borg & Gall model was used in this development research. Furthermore, quantitative and qualitative data types were used with a Likert scale, and the data collection tool was a validation sheet. The data were analyzed by descriptive data analysis technique. Furthermore, three validators-material expert, media design expert, and language expert-tested the developed module according to their expertise. To ensure that the learning E-module was feasible, a validation test was conducted. An innovative and creative audio-visual flipbook-based E-module should be developed based on the problem. Further in this article, researchers will discuss the product validity of their audio visual flipbook-based e-modules. The validation test results are as follows: material expert validation results of 84 percent, media design experts of 83 percent, language experts of 81.5 percent, and the average validation results from student responses of 76.9 percent. By considering the criteria for the level of validity of the product, it can be concluded that the e-module product based on audio-visual flipbooks in general ledger accounting lessons is feasible to be widely tested at a later stage
